A neighbor recommended Diamond Cleaners. I was looking for cleaners who were reasonably priced and had great attention to detail. Also, communication is key. This is my first time using a cleaning service and I must say I am very impressed! I have been using them bi-weekly for 5 months now. Jose, the owner, was a pleasure to talk to and got back to me right away. I never have to worry about the schedule because Jose, the scheduler, is always on top of any changes. Communication is great! I normally have the same cleaners, but sometimes changes need to be made and they always let me know. I also get a text and email to remind me when they are coming. The cleaners have always been friendly and very good. Raquel and Marisela are a powerful team. Marisela is very thorough. Most recently, I had Martha, who was also great! I hope I spelled your names right! Some don't speak English and only Spanish, so I just use the translation app and there are no issues. Sometimes, if it's a new cleaner and they can't find my house, Jose will call. It's actually a pretty smooth process. I'm definitely happy with how well everything is cleaned and the great price. I would totally recommend them!!!

Jose and his people were fantastic. Overall, the cleaners and the carpet cleaning subcontractor did a great job. In many ways, especially with appliances cleaning they exceeded expectations. Scheduling was easy, despite a slight miscommunication about the scope of work. That was quickly resolved with the cleaners even with the language barrier. Two small things stopped me from giving a 5 star rating. The first is how late the cleaners arrived. They arrived almost an hour after the scheduled time. Jose did a good job of keeping me posted, but late is late. Especially when the scheduled start time is an hour later than the time discussed when I hired Jose and his crew. Fortunately i did not have anything scheduled for that evening. Secondly, I was never informed that payment of a deposit would be required when the cleaners arrived. Not a huge deal, but irritating. I will recommend this company and Jose to others.

They did a fantastic job deep cleaning my house after moving out. The new owners where very happy to receive such a clean house.

Diamond Cleaners did an excellent job fitting my daughter’s move out cleaning in a day. The service was great from Jose communicating the day, time of arrival and the time completed the clean out. The ladies were professional and started immediately upon arrival. I would recommend if you need a move out cleaning.

This was my first time finding a cleaner on my own. I typically used a cleaner based on friends/family referrals. The reviews from Diamond Cleaners USA were fantastic, so I decided to give them a try. I am so glad we did. jose communication style is quick, friendly and upbeat, which built trust with with me prior them visit. We've used Diamond Cleaners two times now, and them does a wonderful job. I like to think I am clean person, but the before and after photos them sent made me realized how dirty my house really was. We are so glad to have some as through as Diamond we have two toddlers destroying the house

This company is wonderful. My floors and laundry rooms have been sparkling clean in all these months that they have cleaned. I cannot complain about them. I highly recommend them.

Jose and his partner cleaned 1st time, they did a great job and charged $140. When i hired him today 2nd time, he instead send 2 of his workers, who confirmed with me that it will take 2 hours. Jose then tells me that this time he will not charge me $140 and instead it has to be $220 (This is for a 500 sq ft condo with hardwood except for a small rug) . I understand prices change but he should have told me the new price before the cleaning started and not after I left the building. I agreed to pay his new price but no cleaning was performed.

When I called sharing the pictures with him, he wanted me to pay $100 extra and wanted to charge me to come back just to clean the couch and a small rug. He also wanted more for individual appliance cleaning, all this while being rude and threating to take me to collections with a recurring $50 month fee that his collections agency would come after me for.

My house was a mess after a long week and I just couldn’t keep up. I hired a cleaning service to come and help and honestly it was such a relief. Two ladies came and they were super nice and professional. They brought their own stuff and went right to work. They cleaned the kitchen the bathrooms dusted everything and even got under the furniture. The whole place smelled fresh after and it felt so good walking into a clean space. Only thing I noticed was they missed a small spot on a window sill but everything else looked great. They were done in about two hours and didn’t waste time. The price was fair and they even asked if there was anything extra I needed before they left. I already scheduled them for biweekly cause I know I won’t keep it up on my own. If you’re busy or just tired of cleaning this is totally worth it. I feel like I can breathe again in my home. Should’ve done this sooner. They made my week so much easier and I don’t feel stressed looking around anymore.

EDIT: I asked to cancel my cleanings before I even wrote my initial review. I have zero tolerance for rudeness and dishonesty and plan to take this company to court if I continue to be harassed. Adding the rest of the conversation and pictures of the carpet, so everyone can see for themselves.
Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. I booked this team for a deep cleaning at my in-laws place and it went very well so I booked for biweekly cleans. They show up and immediately ask to use our vacuum because theirs is broken. Fine, but it's a cordless stick vacuum so not enough charge for even 1/3 of the house. Everything goes well but 2 hours in and they haven't finished vacuuming the upstairs or the stairs. They finish up everything else within time and point to my vacuum and where they plugged the charger in indicating the vacuuming isn't done. Everything else was fine which I told them that.
Then the person texting me sends me an invoice on Venmo asking for the full amount. I say it wasn't all done because they didn't vacuum half the house. They proceed to accuse me of lying and after insisting offers me a $30 discount. I'm putting my kids to bed so when I get back to read the texts I got, they're being snotty with me about "don't tell my employees something is fine when it's not." So I say no we are done. Cancel my cleanings. And I'm only paying 2/3 because that's how much work was done.
THEN the person starts threatening me. See texts. This place is horrendous.

The team the came to my house did a deep cleaning to prep our place for move in. WOW! They paid Excellent attention to detail, and we’re very kind & polite folks. Will definitely hire from Diamond Cleaners again.

I had such a great experience with Diamond Cleaners USA. The cleaners were pleasant and arrived on time ! I’m moving out and they did a deep clean of my apartment and I am overly satisfied with my cleaning !

I requested a deep cleaning of my house and Diamond Cleaners was great to work with.

I needed my house cleaned in order to work on parts of my house for repairs and paint, but needed it cleaned up in a jiffy while I work on other things. I could have done the cleaning myself, but I'm running out of time and this would have taken me so much longer to do by myself. They truly saved me time, and they saved me stress, because time is money!!

I sent a message through Google on Thursday morning with a pretty detailed explanation of what I needed done. I believe the first response I got was within 15 minutes. A few clarifying questions were asked, and then I was given four options for quickest possible dates/times. I could have done Saturday if that was in my cards, sadly it was not. And so, I chose Sunday at 9am. I was given an estimate for duration and esrinated fee.They did request a deposit, and since I saw reviews and they had a legitimate business, I sent the deposit through Zelle. Jose kept me informed the whole time, communicating that he received the deposit.

The workers actually got there early. I was not there at the time, and they waited patiently for me to arrive. Two nice women prepared with all their supplies well organized, sadly I did not catch their names. Shame on me, but my mind was already jumping to the outside work that I was doing that day. I opened the door and they got to work early. Jose was not there, however he was in contact the entire time, both with his team and with me, noting the start and finish times, messaging me the details promptly.

My house hadn't been deep cleaned in forever. They got all the tough stains pretty much. There was a bunch of Kids-bath-time crayons markings in the master bath that were set in for years. Don't ever let your kids do this to your tub, by the way. The product is supposed to wash right away for bath-time fun. The product straight-up lied. It doesn't come out, and you'll forever have to appreciate the precious artwork that your kid poured their heart into for you - so every time you take a relaxing bath (for the next 5 years) you are graced with the visual pleasure of the reminder that "Mama, I made this for you to show you how much I love you!" I had previous scrubbed with all sorts of things trying to remove it. Now, with the help of these workers, there's barely a trace of it. Although it's not gone completely, I am super thrilled at their results. Aside from that, they cleaned up everything and made the whole house sparkle and smell of clean things. I might give them a 4.9 rating since that stain was not completely gone, but I definitely don't want to rate all the way down to a 4 for this minor detail. I have been considering painting with bath and tile paint, so I needed all normal bathroom buildup to be gone, no residue, and to ease the concern that these markings might bleed through the paint. I am no longer concerned with that!

They were nice, professional, and efficient. Once finished up, they asked me to go walk through to inspect. Jose prompltly asked me also to verify the work was completed as requested, and then sent me the final price, minus the deposit. It was $25 more than originally quoted, but they stayed a little longer than the originally anticipated duration. So this extra amount is fine, to be expected. They worked hard to finish when they did. I would definitely hire them back for another project!

I hired Diamond Cleaners for my move-out and Move-in cleaning. The cleaning crew did excellent work on both occasions, including steam cleaning the carpet at the move-out location. Very happy with their work and will hire them again.

They came out fast and the 2 ladies did an awesome job. The price was also reasonable. I had a deep clean for selling our house and it looks great. If I was not moving I would of scheduled regular cleaning going forward.

I would highly recommend this cleaning company! They were honest, efficient and did amazing work. I injured my back and just hired them to clean 2 bathrooms, the oven, and the baseboards prepping to move and I was quoted $250. When they came to clean they let me know that wasn’t enough work for the 2.5 hours I was paying for. They ended up cleaning the whole house. I will recommend them to anyone! Scheduling is easy, and the online payment option is also very useful. Both the owner and the scheduling representative are very friendly and care about the quality of the work.

We just completed our first cleaning in the Burien area with Diamond Cleaners, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. For young children, keeping up with the usual household clutter became a challenge, and as a result, cleaning duties often fell by the wayside. Martha and Irina were amazing—they took an incredibly detailed approach to each task and truly went above and beyond. My house hasn't been this clean since we moved in five years ago. Now it's absolutely spotless and literally sparkles. The sense of relief I feel at having this long-awaited task completed is immense. They were not only thorough but also incredibly sweet, professional, and worked very well together. Jose was patient and helpful throughout the entire process—providing the quote, scheduling, answering all our questions, and taking care of bill payments. We've already scheduled regular cleanings with them, and I can safely say we'll be long-time customers.

We hired Diamond Cleaning, and Jose and his team made my house sparkle. They were very professional, punctual, had reasonable rates, and met our request! I was quoted 2.5 hours of work at a cost of $250 for a deep clean of my 1000 sq ft home. The two cleaners showed up on time, but they spent 1.5 hours on the top floor of the home which was the cleanest to begin with (we don't use that bathroom and the bedroom is practically empty except for a desk). This means they only had an hour to do the other two floors (kitchen, living room, bedroom we use, bathroom we use). At this point it felt like they started working faster.

Overall they did a decent job, however for a deep clean service the level of detail was lacking. I pointed out some hair and dirt on the ground, but even after the cleaners mopped again it was still there. After they left there was still hair on the ground, dirt on the windowsills, grease in the microwave, and spots on the oven backsplash. I called Jose and he told me that the cleaners could take care of all these issues but it would take additional time and cost more money.

Nolon Cleaning Maid Services has been cleaning my home for about 8 months and recently started cleaning my office. The maids are hardworking and friendly. I'm very happy with their services.
