The cleaners arrived early and went straight to work. I had them clean three bathrooms and the kitchen. In the kitchen they also cleaned the interior of the microwave and refrigerator. In about two hours they had these areas so well that even my wife was impressed.

We opted for a one time deep cleaning with Puget Sound Cleaners. They did a thorough job and left the place spotless and smelling great. Super happy with their service and communication throughout the process!

PSC had great communication and kept me in touch when our cleaners were running behind schedule. The apartment looked great after we returned and everything was as cleaned as we had hoped for! We will be using their services again for sure.

I had to reclean my house.

I hired Puget sound cleaners to do a move out clean on my home - which the scheduler referred to as their "most thorough clean". For $550, I was expecting a pretty good job. Instead, I ended up having to reclean my house myself.

The cupboards weren't wiped, they completely ignored my pantry and mud rooms, they didn't clean the outside of my fridge, they didn't clean the windowsills or countertops.

In fact, from what I could tell, they just vacuumed and cleaned the oven, fridge, and microwave. Which while appreciated, isn't all of what I paid for.

On top of that, of the 3 full garbage bags they left behind (as discussed), 2 of them broke which was fun to clean up.

Overall, the quality and thoroughness of the clean I received was so lacking, I had to redo it myself. Which defeats the purpose of hiring them in the first place.

They did offer me a partial refund which I appreciated but I still would have preferred a clean house.

Extremely happy with Puget Sound cleaners! Our cleaner Rose did a very thorough job and our townhouse is sparkling clean just in time to host our family for the holidays!

For cleaning
Lisa did a great job deep cleaning my home. She got rid of the general layer of dust that comes with time and a cat. She made my kitchen shiny. I have 2 floors and 3 flights of stairs. My cat inspected after and she approves.

For scheduling
I talked with Edwin and Win for scheduling. They called me faster than I could fill out the quote form online. It was easy to discuss quote options and schedule. I got automated reminders leading up to the cleaning. I'm impressed by the quick and professional communication.

Puget Sound Cleaners did a fantastic job during my move-out clean today. We had an issue that required a slight delay (my fault) and the technician was very flexible. Once the cleaning was started the process was very efficient and thorough.

Went above and beyond what I asked for. I only needed a room, a stove, and some dusting done but she did all of that and also swept, mopped, etc. The place looks spotless. She was also very nice, worked around me working from home, etc. I will be coming back, likely in a few months when those things need doing again.

I was moving out of my house and I was planning on doing most of the cleaning myself but needed some help with the kitchen and bathrooms. In hindsight I should have splurged for their move-out cleaning service because it was very reasonably priced (oh well, next time). They were so informative with providing the quote and scheduling was easy. The movers arrived right on time and did a solid job. Would definitely hire Puget Sound Cleaners again!

They installed sprinklers and drip irrigation in my front and backyard. It was a big job, took 3 days. I was very happy with the team. They were professional, showed up on time, and did a great job. Highly recommend.
