A great nursery in Seattle. Helpful staff and a huge selection of both outdoor and indoor plants! I have come in here multiple times with questions and they are always able to track someone down to help me. I also love sitting in the cafe next to the koi ponds and just relaxing

Set up direct deposit here because it’s just easier that way. Trust me I find this on kidfriendlyseattle.com
Love coming here, grabbing a coffee, adding to the plant collection, and just enjoying life. -
This place is huge and though you might end up paying more for plants here than you would at a place like Home Depot, you can’t beat the experience and the level of service.
Big shout out to Elizabeth. She was the only person to ask us if we needed help and when we asked questions she was a great resource. Please give her a raise!
It’s fun to look around at the exotic plants. They have such an interesting wide variety of plants. Where else can you get a yuzu tree?
Got to watch the koi feeding time, as seen in the video. -
Fun coming here during the holidays. Reindeer and a Grinch village train set make it special.
Gift shops and Cafe are great. The cafe seating is among lush tropical plants and a koi pond.
Large selection of planters and beautiful plants available year round. -
Swanson's blew me away. I'm just starting my foray into flora and after shopping around other locations I'm happy to have ended my search here. I went with a roommate on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and spent three hours browsing and enjoying the variety of plants. This was as much a walk in a beautiful park as it was a shopping trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but what really struck me was the kindness and gentleness of other customers. We were approached several times to ask about plants we'd found on our cart, people were generally conscious of others who were shopping, not blocking pathways, being patient waiting for help, and making friendly conversation. I could say so many good things about the facility itself but it speaks a lot louder to me that they have cultivated (heh) such a lovely customer base. Thanks for the Lemon Tree!

So much to explore and see here! The selection of indoor and outdoor plants, pots, accessories, etc. is unmatched. Dogs are welcome to browse too, and don’t forget to check out the indoor koi pond located next to the barista counter!

Fun, beautiful gardening experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a wide variety of plants and tools. Plus they are very kid and family friendly. I highly recommend coming to Swanson's over Home Depot or other box stores.

I was at Swansons this evening with my children and as we were browsing the plants I had not one, not two, but THREE separate female nursery workers make incredibly rude comments to my face about having twin infants and a toddler. Here’s one example: “Oh god. It’s like a school bus” -whilst making a disgusted face. It’s hard enough being a parent, I do not need your obtuse, white, middle-aged remarks. I will shop elsewhere.

Not the best prices but yes on the best selection for plants for the garden. But that’s not why I live Swanson’s. It’s their Christmas display with rain deer, photo ops, and a train display on a different theme each year- with characters from past years hiding here and there.

Amazing place! Huge array of plants and pots for sale, amazing coffee, and just overall good chill vibes. Lots of fun dinosaurs around the place and koi by the cafe!

Disneyland of plant stores, they have any and everything you could ever want, in any verity. Lovely cafe & coffee shop inside with sitting room and a koi pond. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. (+ Thanks for helping direct traffic in the parking lot!)

One of our favorite places! We live up in the north end and have our fill of nurseries, but we always make a trek down to Swansons! This is a green thumb's paradise! The have a bountiful variety of plants, vegetables, flowers, trees, gardening supplies, gifts etc! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and if they don't have something they are willing to order it for you within reason of course. The cafe is a great to get beverages, breakfast or lunch, some baked goodies, gelato amongst the beautiful koi fish!! On a sunny warm day, gelato always hits the spot while meandering the grounds! Whatever we have brought home from here has thrived and is healthy in our yard, home, porch and patio!

Came for indoor plant shopping over the weekend. Great place with a large selection.(I am a novice at gardening). They also have a nice cafe with a bunch of options. I was not prepared for that but I did try a lemon poppy muffin with some Americano.
Service is great and people are so helpful and prompt to answer queries. -
Floating fish is suitable for Noruz 7س.

I feel so ripped off.
On Mother's day I splurged and bought three Double Knock Out rose bushes at $50 each. They are to spruce up our little co-op schools yard!
Today I just happened to come to Home Depot and see the exact same roses, Double Knock Out (same container, same size, same label) for $35 each!
WTH. I don’t get it!?
The roses are already in the ground so can’t exactly return them to Swansons!
Super bummed! -
I love Swanson’s. What lured me in was the fantastic selection, especially for native plants. However, what has kept me a loyal customer is the knowledge and skill of their staff. I had neglected some plants and they were not going to last much longer. I was helped by Marcy and Nathan, who made some kind suggestions based on photos I brought, and now all the previously struggling plants are thriving. Their printed plant care instructions are also very informative. Pictured are the plants they helped me save.

Absolutely adore this local nursery. Not only do they have an incredible selection of gardening items, accessories, tools, but they have a very well curated plant array. They also have a sweet little cafe with koi pond and do fun seasonal events. We will continue coming here!

An extremely nice and upscale nursery for those that are into gardening. The store has a large selection of plants and garden essentials to choose from. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.
The only downside is that this business is rather pricey for some of the items that they offer. I guess that is to be expected when you're located in Blue Ridge. -
I am
Very happy with the customer service and quality of plants from Swanson’s Nursery.
Anna the manager and the owner along with floor employees Levi and Jasper provided superb customer service.
They proved in dealing with a small hiccup that they back their service with the same quality as their plants. I will be back to Swanson’s Nursery.
I am A Master Gardener with a whole city block I built for people and pollinators. -
Lots of plant collections with full informations of the plat care. I was not able to see any carnivorous plants there. But still there are very rare plants . The sequence how they displayed is confusing. Staff is really coperative. Now they issue coupens as reward to by plants after two months and offering 40% discount for rose plants.

Lively nursery with lots of helpful staff. The cafe is worth the trip and price alone! My kids really enjoyed the koi pond and I appreciated the indoor plant selection as well as the outdoor garden center.
