Robert and Joe of Brightscape were professional and prompt. Meeting in person to review scope of work and provide new ideas. Did not over/under promise the delivery and installation even though I was pushing for immediate install date. I obtained a second bid from Washington Outdoor Lighting and estimates were similar price. I chose Brightscape because of their track record and professionalism.

We have been using Britescape for landscape services and maintenance for several years. When Britescape first began servicing our landscape they immediately revitalized many of our plants, and they have kept our yard in fantastic shape ever since. The Britecape team is knowledgeable; they proactively communicate with us; and have been very conscientious about maintaining and developing the varied plants and trees in our natural landscape.

Britescape recently helped us in developing a theme and layout for planters on our rooftop terrace. Abhaigh brought us several great ideas, and worked with us collaboratively to build out an attractive, lush and green sanctuary on our rooftop.

We have used "Britescape" several times over the past 8 years to install/repair/plan our outdoor lighting system. Top notch every time. Personnel at the office and in the field are friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable . Highly recommended.

I have had the pleasure of using Britescape's landscape maintenance crew for the last 3+ years. Every one of the crew members whom I have met over the years has been very professional, courteous, and best of all, knowledgable about plant materials and how they should be cared for and pruned. Most of them are Certified Horticulturists or are studying to be. You will not come home to 'lollipop trees' or shrubs sheared into unnatural shapes (unless that's what you've asked for!)
My current team, Aaron & Donavon, are awesome, and patiently walk through the yard with me each time they arrive, to go over what needs to be done. Other team members I've worked with in the past: Abaigh, Stephen, Adam, Lori, also deserve special shout-outs for their excellent work, even though some have moved on to other opportunities outside the area.
Their customer service is top-notch. Every other week, before their visit, I receive an email from Brandon, the crew manager, asking if I have any special requests for that week. Last year, we held a wedding ceremony in our back yard, and even Robert Hobart, the owner, came out to help with the last minute details, making sure there wasn't a leaf out of place! I'll never forget Robert offering to finish cleaning out our water feature, so I could run in and get ready for the rehearsal that was happening later that afternoon! That was above and beyond!
I highly recommend Britescape's landscape team, if you are looking for a professional, reliable company to maintain your yard.

This is an amazing company. They set me up with holiday lighting that will last for years. Warm white LEDS that replaced my old strings. They install so easily with magnetic clips and compliment the Willowbrites that I got from Britescapes several years ago. Rob, the owner, is the most generous, kind, straight shooting guy. He runs his company and staff with a deep professional work ethic and priority for quality, while developing the staff into quite a loyal family. They are top notch all the way. We had Britescapes install a very intricate memorial garden lighting system. They did such an excellent job, always professional, creating solutions to very difficult challenges. I cannot emphasis enough how great they were to work with and how wonderful the quality of their work has been. I will use them anytime we have a project in the future.

We have Britescapes do our office lighting each year. They do a fantastic job!!! They plan ahead around our schedule and we hardly know they are there. Their staff is very friendly and clean up when they are done. Our office looks bright and classy during the winter seasons. When they come out to remove the lights, they, again, do it without disprution and clean up like they were never there. I guess you could say they are the Elves at work :).

Britescape provided resort-quality landscape lighting to our home and transformed our night views. In the evening, the yard is illuminated by spot accents on cedar trees and down lighting to brighten dark areas. Decorative lanterns invite guests up the driveway. Britescape worked with us on a customized design and provided installation that matched the design so that no corrections were required. The principals are professional and provide good customer service.

We recently moved into a new place with a rooftop terrace, and wanted to create a welcoming outdoor space for dinners with friends and family and lounging on warm Seattle evenings. We contacted Britescape about installing outdoor bistro lights, and they got us on their calendar right away! The owner, Robert, came over and drew up some plans and took measurements.

On installation day, a team of two very capable, professional, personable employees arrived. They paid attention to every detail, even taking care to custom match the color of the poles to our rooftop walls. The end result was absolutely stunning! Having a rooftop that lights up so beautifully creates a cozy, inviting space that we are able to enjoy year-round. We highly recommend working with Britescape for your next lighting project.

Britescapes was recommended to me by our landscaper. When I contacted them, they were extremely responsive and came out in a short period of time to see our place and give us a concept of what might work best in our space. We have a front entry courtyard that was dark and foreboding; the path from the gate to the front door was hazardous at night as it was not effectively lit by the solar lights. Robert suggested a design; I made a few decisions on types and colors of pieces, using both path lights and lights facing the surrounding fence to creat a 'room' effect. Raymond came out and did the installation; he was great to work with. On the first go-round, I felt the central area was still too dark. Robert came out again to look and recommended a light from our eaves to shine down on the central part of the garden. Once that came in, Raymond again did the installation. And now it's great! He also adjusted times for off/on for us. They worked seamlessly together and with me. Much appreciated!!

Thank you for sending Raymond Fenton to diagnose, repair and replace components of our outdoor lighting system. He did a fantastic job - knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly, an absolute trifecta. We'll be asking for him next time we need this kind of help.

We have been customers of Britescape for several years, first for managing our plantings (great job) and more recently for installing landscape lighting. We had wanted to put in lighting for a while, and finally decided to do it last fall. With the help of the Britescape crew, we figured out where lighting should go and what fixtures would be best for our landscape. They were really good about taking us through the process in a budget-conscious way, and also maximizing the visual effects of where lighting was placed. We are so happy with the landscape lights; each night the yard lights up and is nicely defined and enhanced. We'll always recommend Britescape!

I used Brightscape to repair and replace my damaged outdoor landscape lighting. Robert consulted with me and we decided to also add lights which I am glad I did. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the installation crew, their efficiency and their carefulness around existing plantings. I was also delighted that the crew was able to rebuild my bell lights that I was fond of and so glad that they could retrofit all existing light fixtures to LED. Communication was easy and prompt via email and phone. The office staff is very friendly too. I would definitely use Brightscape for further work.

Britescape was just so wonderful to work with on establishing a plan for outdoor lighting and installing quickly! Due to a past negative experience with a contractor, I was left with a huge mess of a yard. Britescape transformed this chaos into a beautifully landscaped space. They worked so quietly that I barely knew they were there (which is important since I spent my days at home on Zoom calls). Their professionalism and commitment had them going out of their way to track down hard-to-find materials to match and complete my unfinished retaining wall. I look forward to hiring them again when I move forward with the next stage of the yard.

Worked with Robert and his team at Britescape on a new landscape light set up for our house. From design and planning, to installation, to follow-up everything went very smoothly and as planned. Very much appreciated that Robert had a great sense of what would work well for our home and designed a top notch lighting system that is commercial grade and functions perfectly. Britescape recently updated our home outdoor-lighting system, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. First, Robert Hobart came out to plan the system with us. He listened carefully to what we wanted and added great, not expensive ideas of his own. One example was the ability to inexpensively modify our existing transformers to make them operable from our phones. Next came the bid, which was half that of other bids we had received. The installation was prompt and professional. Robert then came out at night to make sure everything worked and was what we wanted. He pointed out a couple of minor fixes, and his team quickly implemented those. We love our new system.
