Capitol Cleaning has provided window and exterior siding cleaning to Magnolia Heights Condominium for several years with excellent service and results.

Capitol Cleaning is 100 percent reliable, efficient, honest and sincere. We have been using their window and roof and gutter cleaning for 43 years. The owner originally cleaned our windows and over the years saw his company expand because he has a fabulous and dedicated crew. Always appreciative of their services helping to make our house shine.

Capitol Cleaning's two experienced workers left my gutters and windows in excellent, clean condition. They were prompt and worked efficiently. I've used Capitol Cleaning for years and will continue to do so...highly recommended.

Courteous, professional staff. Overall results of soft wash, of roof, siding, and driveway was good, However, I would cautions anyone against having stained or varnished wood doors not to have those, soft-washed with that chemical. My front door has unsightly drip marks on it, even after a second washing, and my teak deck chair was stripped of oil. Both door and chair need refinishing.

The day of service appeared to go pretty well, soft-washing the roof to remove a burgeoning buildup of moss. However, after a month and several rains, I inspected the roof and found that it still had quite a bit of material still embedded in the roof shingles. It took me three months and several calls and emails to finally reach someone in the office. All my previous calls and emails were not responded to. I explained the situation to the person who answered my call, he seemed like a very pleasant person. He apologized and scheduled someone come out at a given date and time.

On the date, the time came and went. I called the office and was able to speak with the same person, letting him know that I hadn’t heard from anyone. He said he would reach out to the guys in the field and call me back. Before he called me back I got a note from the field lead asking if a different time on the same day worked. We agreed to that time, but I hadn’t heard back from the office so I called him.

After that conversation, it was clear to me that the ball had been completely dropped between the office and the field team.

I won’t be doing business with these guys again, no matter how nice they are. I don’t feel that the customer should have to work that hard to just try to get a reasonable follow up to happen.

I have used Capitol Cleaning for Soft Washing my roof, pressure washing my driveway, cleaning my gutters, and installing holiday lights. The work has always been satisfactory.

My mid century home has some wicked crazy storm windows and the crew improvised a scaffold and cleaned them in no time. They made it look easy though it was not. Very courteous and professional crews who do spotless work. Literally.

Bodie and Justice did a great job of cleaning my brick patios, walkways, gutters and windows. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely call on them again.

Capital Window Cleaning did a fantastic job on our windows! They actually started the job a little early which was not a problem. The worker was friendly, very efficient and the windows are clean!!!! Oh I should add their fee is very reasonable! Definitely will hire them again.

A shout out to Capitol Cleaning. They cleaned the roof and gutters of my house and scrubbed off the moss that had collected over the years. The roof now looks as good as new. The two technicians who came to work on the roof were very polite and professional. They removed the debris from my yard before they left. I am very pleased with their work.

Blake and Nelson did a phenomenal job - on time, friendly, helpful, positive attitude and very good at their job. Balconies and windows and more are now pristine. The estimate to execution process went easily. All around a very reputable company to hire.
