We have used Gu-Wi for the past three years to clean our gutters, as our neighbors have several trees which drop leaves and needles on our roofs. GU-Wi does an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and downspouts, plus a fantastic over the top job of cleaning up at the end. Miguel came this past week and left our yard cleaner than we expected.

We put out a job request for sweeping our roof and gutter guards and decided to go with Gu-Wi as we had hired them previously and was happy with their work. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and courteous.

Our only problem was with the job quote system. The quote site provides a list of tasks, most of which are suggested extras. We only wanted the roof and gutter sweep, but ended up getting a gutter flush as well. We didn't notice this because the gutter flush was included with no option to unselect it and we didn't see the total cost because we scrolled straight to the bottom of the page (on my phone) to sign.

We ended up paying more than we intended as a result, but Gu-Wi's customer service kindly worked with us to offset some of the cost and provide a discount for future services.

Miguel did an excellent job. The day was getting dark but he continued his tasks until they were done. He was meticulous, conscientious, and hardworking. I am very pleased with his work.

My technician Gabriel did a great work cleaning my cedar shake roof and the copper gutters. They were very careful not leaning ladders on the gutter so didn’t dent it like some other company (a big national chain company that specialized on gutter cleaning) that I used last time. Gabriel also made sure to clean up the dropped debris in my yard afterwards. Their price is also very reasonable. Will definitely used them again!

This experience was seamless! The estimate process was very professional with an online estimate for approval, the scheduling was quick and the service was very professional. During installation, a couple of clogged downspout drains were noticed and I was notified immediately via text with pictures. The gutters and downspouts were a perfect match to our exterior paint. This company will not stop mailing post cards to my house after I’ve never used them or never been associated with them. It should be criminal to send the number of post cards they send me. Wasting all that paper and wasting my time. CROOKS!

Showed up for the appointment with none of their gear and then couldn't come back again for another 2 days. After cleaning my furniture still smells and is still wet 2 days later.
