North Seattle Carpet Cleaning is the best! I am a real estate broker and I have hired them multiple times to help my buyers and sellers. Matt and his crew have always come through. On time, on budget, and very responsive. I recently asked them to do a color match on a few bleach stains on carpet that was only 7 years old. They matched the color perfectly and looks good as new, and we avoided having to replace the carpet in those sections. Can't say enough good things about North Seattle Carpet Cleaning!

North Seattle Carpet Cleaning did a terrific job cleaning my sofa and 2 carpets. They were very professional from booking, notifying in advance of arrival, dealing with old house issues, and caring about the work. I recommend them whole heartedly and will trust them in the future with any cleaning needs.

The owner Matt responded quickly and professionally to all questions. Scheduling was easy. Price was competitive. Carpets and rugs look great. I'm very excited to try their new dyeing service to fix the bleach spots on my carpet!

They did a great job! I had horrible pet stains that my husband attempted, and failed, to clean up. Somehow they managed to get it clean. Super high communication as well. Bonus- he was great with my dog!

Raphael L. just left after cleaning my carpet... I had ordered a deep clean and all over "pet spot" cleaning and the carpet looks like new... I had low expectations as it had been years since it had been cleaned, and never professionally! I think it was an excellent value!

Easy scheduling, great communication, courteous, great cleaning job, sensitive to protecting home from equipment, full post-job cleanup, good price, and easy/efficient payment method. Couldn’t be happier and will continue to use and refer to friends.

Regarding the work: The carpet and couch looked great after they were done.
Regarding the price, it was almost double of what I paid for similar cleaning a year ago from a different service

I spilled latex paint on my couch and carpet so I called Matt and he sent August out within two hours. August was great - very courteous, professional, hard working and kind. He really saved the day for me! i also appreciated that Matt gave me a quote when I called. Another place I called gave me a very fuzzy estimate and said they would not know for sure until they came. I highly recommend North Seattle Carpet Cleaning!

My first time using North Seattle Carpet. Nate arrived on time and did a great job cleaning my older carpets.

I recently had my couch cleaned and I am beyond impressed with the results. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The team was incredibly friendly and made sure to answer all my questions, demonstrating their extensive knowledge about different fabrics and cleaning techniques. They worked efficiently without compromising on quality, and my couch now looks brand new. I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely be using them again for future cleaning needs. Service guy arrived late and up-charged me to move a wheeled shelving unit three feet to its left. I didn't even ask him clean there. And later when I went to inspect the work, I saw that he blew a electric fuse. Of course he failed to mention that at his recap. I still give it three stars b/c my carpet looks much better. They could do with better service team members though.
