North Seattle Carpeting were very friendly and responsive. They did a good job with old couch and chairs. There were still some stains/discoloration given that they were in and out within 15 minutes, hence the 4 stars.

I had my carpets steam cleaned recently and had an excellent experience - on time, efficient and very professional. I had a red wine stain that did not come out. North Seattle Carpet Cleaning came out again at no charge to re-treat the spot. Siraj was the one who came out. He was very professional/polite and spent extra time removing the stain successfully. I would highly recommend this company!

I forgot his name already but the young man who came was very polite. He took time to do a thorough job. He recommended the deep clean and that made sense to me. Because the carpet was really bad. I was pleased that he said he could clean the four small closets at no extra charge. The price seemed quite fair for the amount of time it took.

These guys are great! Honestly was amazed at how nice my carpet and tiles looked after they finished. I needed my carpets and tile cleaned because I had new tenants moving in, so everything had to be perfect.

Before I reached out to them I actually had another carpet cleaner company stop by to take a look at my condo, and they told me that they weren’t sure if they would be able to clean my carpets fully and they didn’t want to commit to it. But the guys at North Seattle Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job, everything came out perfectly, and they even cleaned my dirty couch cushions at the same time which was a huge plus.

These guys did a fantastic job! They came in saying they will try their best to get the blood out of our couch (our dog tried to bury a treat with her nose), and they exceeded our expectations. Great price, communicative, professional, and efficient.

UPDATED - 11/24. Seriously good customer service! After I left my three star review they got in contact with me and said that they always offer a follow up spot cleaning. They came back 2-3 days later and the same guy returned. I pointed out the areas that still showed dirt and he fixed it. Really great, updating my review to 5 stars.
INITIAL REVIEW - The gentleman who came to clean our couch was kind and knowledgeable. Our couch hadn't been cleaned for prob ~5 years, and there was a definite dinginess caused by our pup having a favorite spot. Unfortunately, after the tech left, and everything was dry, we put the couch back together, and noticed that there was still a lot of the dinginess and oiliness still present. So it's a little better, but I wouldn't call it clean. I feel like the price was reasonable, but I assumed that in the end, the cleanliness would have been better.
