Excellent communication and customer service! Will and Demetri did an amazing job on our cat-urine stains and made sure I signed off on their work before they left. I love that they use organic products as well. I would definitely recommend these folks!

James and Will arrived on time to clean a sofa bed for me, including the fold-out mattress. They were efficient and friendly, and left my furniture clean. I was able to schedule the service with Greenworks on just a couple days notice, and their staff communicated regularly with me leading up to the appointment to make sure the severe weather we had would still allow the cleaning to be completed. Would happily use their service again!

Their Team did an AMAZING job getting multi-colored stains out of a really dirty carpet that we had been considering replacing. They even assisted with a last minute request to clean the carpet in another apartment to help make the home rent-ready for last minute move-in. They exceeded our expectations by far and we are grateful to have found them for our community. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism & amazing skills!

We had another cleaning service scheduled that canceled last minute. Thankfully I got a hold of Greenworks! They were able to show up within a couple of hours. Our carpet looks great and smells fresh!

They showed up on time!! No waiting like for the cable man. They were great! They're we're friendly and concentrated on the area I asked. They did a great job! I loved how they didn't have to drag the hose from outside and leave my door open. The carpet I was most concerned about and initiated my call is clean and no longer smells like dog urine. Otherwise my 3 inch pile shaggy carpet was going to the garbage!
I will definitely be using them for the rest of the house and recommending them.

As a property manager, I have been working with Greenworks exclusively over the past two years. They are my go to Carpet Cleaning service for all of my properties. They are extremely easy to work with very communicative and get the job done right and if there’s anything that has to be redone, they go out and do it. I highly recommend them.

TLDR: I had my carpets cleaned on Friday and today, Monday, they still are not dry and my house now smells of mildew, the stains I hired them to remove are still there and they messed up my Dyson Animal.

I reached out to this company to clean the carpets in the lower level of my home. It is a 14 year old house, the lower level consists of an office, bedroom and rec room, garage and bathroom. I had to reschedule my original appointment due to an upstairs leak that needed remediation. That was fixed by a licensed, bonded contractor and the carpet cleaning was rescheduled two weeks after. It’s important to note the leak effected one corner of one room in the lower level only.

On carpet cleaning day the tech asked to use my Dyson Animal, which I thought was odd but I agreed. He was at my house 9:15 - 10:40 then charged me and left saying the carpets would be dry within 3-6 hours. I didn’t go down until that night around 8pm and WOW. Not only was the carpet still wet, it completely soaked both my and my friends’ socks all the way through. It was like this throughout all the rooms - so wet it was squishy. Saturday the same so I opened every window (there are 6 windows all measuring 34x46”), set the whole house fan to run continuously and borrowed a shop DeWalt fan from a friend. Saturday I also noticed my Dyson. They’d used it on wet carpet and left it totally clogged with wet muck - it’s NOT a wet vac. If they needed one, shouldn’t they supply their own?!

Sunday the carpets were still wet. I reached out to GreenWorks and they said that my house must have poor ventilation or that it’s the plumbing leak from several weeks ago. Read the above - there is zero chance it’s either - the leak affected about 6 square inches of carpet weeks prior and with large windows and a whole house fan there is no ventilation issue. So I bought two space heaters and borrowed another plus a dehumidifier. Ran all of them overnight and this morning - yep, still wet.

They offered to send the same tech tomorrow (Tuesday) to “address” it which I refused - he left my carpets still stained and soaked. Why would I want him back to do more damage? The manager then said it’s unfortunate I’m not more flexible since he’s their most experienced tech, that it must be my fault and not theirs the carpet was over saturated, then condescendingly wished me luck with an okay emoji. Super neat. Oh, and to add insult to injury I had tipped 25% before I knew how badly they ruined my downstairs.

To sum up, if you choose to use them that’s certainly your choice, but be prepared to potentially waste a weekend remediating the mess, not to mentioned the added cost. And DO NOT TIP UNTIL IT’S DRY. See below for the stains that remain and a few moisture readings as of today, Monday.

Great job. Showed up on time and did a great job. Only feedback - the technician wore his work boots inside of my house and didn't ask if that was OK. He should have removed his boots or used boot covers.

This worked out really well. Jose Villa arrived right on time and thoroughly cleaned our sofa and refreshed the carpet. The sofa fabric color is brighter and it smells clean without any perfumed or chemical odors. You know what, the whole house feels uplifted from Anderson's great job cleaning the sofa. I'll definitely recommend Anderson and rely on them in the future. I trust this company.

Making the appointment was super easy, pricing was made clear during the call so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose, our technician was very professional, kind, and explained the process from start to finish. I really appreciated him not trying up-sell me by arriving with bottles of $50 cleaners, rather gave me simple, basic advice for day to day spills and pet stains. Just had a full house carpet clean and it looks amazing. Jose did a great job. Even got out a mystery stain and others I didn't know were there. This is the third time I've used Anderson. They are very professional, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend.

Moses and his team did excellent job to do steam cleaning of my Issaquah home and updated all the information I have requested since I am out of WA. Henry was friendly and efficient. I didn't think it would be possible to use the truck-based system for my third floor condo, but despite that as well as difficult access, he made it work. I am definitely pleased with the service he provided, and will contact Anderson the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I hired Anderson Carpet to clean and buff my engineered hardwood floor. They promptly sent out Jose to give me an estimate and determine what could be done. I used Bona polish on my floors over the years, which trapped dirt and left my floors with a white film, water spots, etc. Jose pretested my floor to see if he could remove the polish. It appeared he could, but told me it might be difficult. Jose came back several days later and spent about 6 hours cleaning my floors. My floors look brand new!!!! I couldn't believe how much dirt came up from the floors that I routinely cleaned. Jose is fantastic to work with and is highly skilled. I'm just thrilled with how my floors look. Great job!!

Cleaned carpet in small house (~1900sqft). Carpet has been a long time without professional cleaning so we weren't expecting anything close to a perfect result as many stains have been long set and only replacement will solve them. Busy year has delayed replacement, so we were just looking for a "tide me over". They exceeded expectations and got out many spots I wasn't expecting to go. Definitely feels like the "sticky" factor is gone, and the heavy traffic areas look much better, so big thanks there!
