I have been using Suburban Housekeeping now since October 2017 and I'm very happy with their service. Very thorough and house is nice and clean. Highly recommend.

They quoted us a very reasonable price for a moving-out cleaning. DeNora and her work partner showed up right on time (slightly early, even), and stuck around to touch up spots we were concerned about. I used Taylor Maid when my cleaner gave me short notice they were not going to clean anymore. She was available when I needed her at short notice. I now have a use Taylor Maid for all my cleaning needs. She is very detailed and professional. Some of my units are left in awful conditions and she restores them to look brand new. I highly recommend Taylor Maid for any of your cleaning needs.

Very reliable and personable. Clear Skies did a wonderful job with pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and didn't mind if I added a task or two. I look forward to seeing them later in the spring to wash my windows.

I recently hired Clear Skies Cleaning to wash the windows, remove moss and apply treatment, clean the gutters, and pressure wash the pathways in the yard. Kasen and Adam were great! They worked fast with great care and attention to detail. The place was spotless when they left.

We like that this is a locally owned and run business that has good people working for it and not some big corporate franchise with high turnover. It shows!

Requesting service was super easy with the simple yet straight forward online form. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. I received a call asking if they could come by earlier as they were finished with the previous job. After arriving, Cody went through the list of services and asked if I had a preference for where to start. Cody was very kind, courteous and professional. The work was very high quality! We had Clear Skies power wash and wash windows. We chose Clear Skies to bid because of multiple positive word of mouth on our neighborhood Facebook page and their bid came in lowest of the three we requested. They were excellent, clear communication, work was done exactly on time, workers were friendly and responsive. They went above and beyond in all the little ways that matter to a customer. Will definitely hire in the future.

Clear Sky Cleaning did a fabulous job cleaning our roof of moss, gutter cleaning, window washing and solar panel cleaning as well. The 2 workers were very friendly, efficient and hard working. They cleaned up the surrounding area of any debris afterwards. I highly recommend them for their work and would have them come back in the future without reservation.

My first experience with Clear Skies was very positive. From first contact and follow-up with Rick to Adam's competent attention to detail and his pleasant manner which made the whole process of my gutter cleaning and repair very smooth and easy! Minimal stress, Adam called when traffic was going to make him 15 minutes later than scheduled, was willing to answer my questions and explain various aspects of the job, along with suggestions regarding future maintenance that were very helpful, made me feel as though he cared about doing quality workmanship in a friendly professional way. We couldn’t be happier with Clear Skies Cleaning! All the reviews previously stated are true and I am here to add one more. Adam and Cinan were here on time and were super friendly and professional. They were meticulous and did an amazing job on our gutters, roof and windows. Our roof pitch is quite steep and our previous window company was not able to clean our skylights due to safety concerns. No problem for Adam and Cinan! We will be using this company from now on.
