Clear Skies was great. They came the next day after I asked for a site visit while all the others didn’t show on the first try. They explained their pricing and process in the estimate with great detail. They use pet friendly/ environment friendly moss inhibitor which is great. Their tech, Kintla did a great job removing the moss cleaning my gutters inside & out. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve used Clear Skies annually for the last four years. They clean out the dryer vent, clean all windows thoroughly, clean the screens, and in some years they have cleaned the gutters and pressure washed the driveway and deck. They have always done a great job. I recommend them.

We asked Clear Skies to power wash our blue stone patio and walkways and we are thrilled with the results. First, our scheduled appointment was later than we hoped, so we asked to be placed on a wait-list. Fortunately, a technician was available on a day we were home. Kintla arrived on time, did a fantastic job and finished in less than the estimated time! Our patio and walkways look better than they have in years. Bonus: Kintla was very careful, so our garden is undisturbed. We're ecstatic.

They cleared the moss off our roof, added a powder to the peaks to limit regrowth +. cleaned our windows and gutters. Plus fixed one gutter that was coming off the house and clogged.

My technician was prompt, professional and friendly. I had my windows and screens, dryer vent, and roof done. There was no debris anywhere after the service. They were very neat and did a quality and thorough job. Price was fair. Communication from the scheduling end was excellent. They responded to every single question kindly. I was lucky to get a cancellation so was able to get the work done very quickly.

The guys are Clear Skies were so easy to work with and did such a thorough job! My screens were so clean, at first I thought “I wonder when they’re going to put the screens back in?” They WERE in! My house looks brighter. I had to reschedule my first appt but they were very nice about it and it was easy to do. Professional and reasonable all the way through.

This is the second time I have been using them for moss removal and they did a great job both times. Very friendly, good communication and quality job.

Responsive scheduling, including a reminder email a day prior to the service. Responsible employees who had a clear idea of the services sought. They worked steadily, and made friends with my dog. Courteous and thorough. I had not cleaned our Solar Panals in several years, and wish I had been on top of it. Will certainly have this company out again on an annual basis. Not used to tipping contractors - hopefully the charges for the work affords Clear Sky the wherewithal to pay their employees what they are worth! Great work.
