We’ve had Nathan from Crystal Panes come and clear out all our gutters a couple of times now, and the experience has been great. He’s been friendly, courteous, efficient and careful to avoid all the garden plants etc with the ladders. We’d certainly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again.

My aunt used this company for years to wash her windows. We now live in my aunt’s house and hire Crystal Panes for window washing and gutter cleaning. When I asked them to prepare a quote for gutter guards, they came out and inspected our gutters and property and advised us against gutter guards because of the large fir tree over the house. Other companies just looked at the property digitally and gave us a quote for the work. I trust Crystal Panes’ expertise and appreciate that they came out, inspected, and advised based on the real conditions we had.

Sam did a great job on my windows and gutters, plus he was easy going, efficient and my dog loved him. A nice guy who did his job expertly and unobtrusively. Hope to see him again.

Having a two story house, it was important that I hire with a licensed and bonded company with an excellent reputation to clean my gutters. I got three estimates (all within a similar price range) and decided to go with Crystal Panes Window and Gutter Cleaning, primarily because they’re a local company. Neil worked very hard during miserable weather and I’m very happy with the service. I’ll definitely use them again.

Our home is four levels with many windows! Our window washing professional was amazing. He worked both indoors and outdoors and our windows were spotless when he was finished. He took his time ensured we were happy with the results. We have used Crystal Panes for several years now and highly recommend them for excellent and professional service!

We have a ton of mature trees above our home which accumulates on our slightly sloped roof. We didn’t expect a roof clean in addition to the gutter clean, and so we were so very grateful. I didn’t catch his name but the gentleman thay did the work (by himself!) did an excellent job. I was shocked at the low price for the scope of work. He cleaned up very nicely afterwards too. Would highly recommend this company to all my neighbors and would definitely use them again.

I can not speak more highly about my experience with Connor of Crystal Panes. In the midst of a torrential rain storm, they responded and came to our home to clear the gutters and roof of a mass of needles.

We live on a houseboat and have used Crystal Panes for a number of years. A particularly difficult job given at a certain point he (Ben) has to do it from at a certain point while on a wood float! Ben is awesome! But I also know that the majority of their business is on ‘the dirt’ and large jobs such as business offices, condo’s and private estates.

Best thing about CP other than their staff is the company culture. They operate as a family. They like and support each other! And a couple of times I had a last minute ‘crisis’ and they juggled schedules around to accommodate me. Most impressive was their other clients (whom I did not know)were willing to help me out. So CP is a family based culture and as a client you are part of that family. Pretty reminiscent of the 1950’s, when I was growing up.

Everyone from Crystal Panes was amazing. Danielle and Abby from the admin team were super responsive and accommodating. Nathan cleaned our interior and exterior windows and he did an excellent job. We will be repeat clients!

Went above and beyond. They showed up right on time with a reminder on the way. They called to clarify and confirm a few things about the scope of work. Our roof and gutters look fantastic. It’s amazing they’re able to get it this clean without pressure washing. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Crystal Panes in the future

Fast, efficient and professional. Max and his colleague did a wonderful job cleaning all windows. Our house is built on a slope and they were able to reach the top windows as well.

My partner and I moved into our house a year ago and have tried in the past to clean the windows ourselves. I could never get a clean finish, there was always residue left from the products or streaks from the squeegee I have. I'm so glad I took a chance here. These guys are wonderful and the windows look pristine! The best part? No streaks! Thanks again guys!!
