This team rocks for Christmas light install. They are amazing!!! Juan and Danny worked so patiently through the rain to make my lights look amazing!!!

I have a very high roof and the crew came out and navigated the issue quickly and effectively. The end-result is perfect. Highly recommend for Christmas lights!

Revive Pro Services did a first-rate job cleaning our exterior windows (and a few interior ones as a bonus) and window sills on my three story house in Seattle — with challenging access and height issues. They use efficient, professional equipment without unnecessary chemicals. They have good safety practices. They make it easy. No hassle. From scheduling to the job itself to payment. The technician ‘Danny’ did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, respectful and courteous. I absolutely recommend them without reservation.

Danny did an excellent job. He washed 37 windows on 3 story old home. Questioned me regarding any screens, open windows, windows that might leak, any dirty messes from sile dirt was cleaned up. He took shoes off and on as he entered my house. On this sunny day, I now shine and so does he.

Exterior window washing - great results with ladderless brushing approach - no spots or streaks. Very attentive to quality and addressing any concerns.

I just had Revive Pro here to deal with the moss on the roof of my 3-storey house, and the roof on my garage, and to clean the gutters. The technicians were on time, very polite, and did a great job, including the cleanup. The roof surfaces look so much better now, and the gutters no longer have plants growing in them! The price for the services was reasonable, and I hope to use Revive Pro again in the future. It was also gratifying to use a local West Seattle company.

Our windows were disgusting, particularly the seals. They look so much better now. There are some smudges, but to be honest, I only got the outsides done, and the insides were awful too, so I'm guessing it would be hard for them to see everything. Next time I'll plan ahead and clean the insides first. Both of the guys that I met were super friendly and positive. Decent pricing. Great company! Just FYI: the seals dont mean all of the lines outside.

Revive pro were in the neighborhood today and popped by to see if I wanted my windows cleaned. I am so happy they did! They were so polite and friendly and did a fabulous job!

Windows had not been cleaned in some time, but they were left clean and sparkly. It included some upstairs windows that had to be accessed from a 2nd story deck. Cleaner was polite and respectful, efficient with his time. Good experience! (exterior windows only)

I typically don’t hire door-to-door services, and this experience reminded me why. While the team cleaned our windows, they didn’t use a squeegee—so every window was left with water spots and residue, which defeats the purpose of a professional clean. I even have photos showing the streaking (attached). I could put more but 3 gets the picture.

But the real issue began when they removed our window screens. During reinstallation, they bent one of our custom-made screen frames so badly you can fit a finger between the screen and the window—it no longer seals out bugs.

When Max came to reinstall the screens, the interaction took a turn for the worse. Rather than taking accountability and being apologetic, he began lecturing me about how my custom screens were supposedly the wrong size—screens that were made specifically for our windows. When I pointed out the severely bent frame that his team had damaged, his demeanor shifted from dismissive to outright rude. He told me to go buy a $35 frame from Home Depot as a solution. For context, our screens are specially made with premium netting and cannot be replaced with off-the-shelf hardware. A million dollar home usually can’t be remedied by cheap, cookie cutter generic replacements - we all know this.

His tone was aggressive, unkind, and completely unprofessional. I was shocked—literally. My body went into a stress response, and I began physically shaking. No customer should be made to feel this way in their own home.

It’s a shame because the other workers were kind and respectful. But Max’s attitude and disregard for both property and professionalism ruined the experience. I cannot recommend this company.

We loved this company for our Christmas lights! So easy to work with. Quick quotes that were reasonable. Lights only took about 1 hour to hang. Timer was set. They even hung our personal wreath which was really nice! Removal was even more swift! No disturbance at all, but the respectful reminder texts.
We look forward to working with Revive pro again!

This is the first year I hired pros to put my lights up and I’m so happy I did. They did such a great job, even though the wind and rain was whipping. I’ll never go back to doing this myself again.

So glad I finally decided to light up my roofline for the holidays with Revive Pro Services. I saw their ad online and they made the whole process easy. Within minutes of reaching out to them, they sent me a solid (and reasonable) estimate based on my address and online photo of my home's exterior.
They let me know there were many color options and that they would take care of everything: install, setting light timer (they showed me how to change it too), and returning in January to take it all down. And they even cleared a bird nest from my gutter while they were putting the lights up.🥳
