Years ago they did a good job. When i arrived this morning thinking I was going to the wearer in my jeans tonight That was supposed to be heavy creased.Look like they just ran a iron over them I didnt appreciate such horrible service that they did. They wasnt even covered in plastic ugh never again.

They even called to let me know when my stuff was ready so I could pick up asap, as we were headed out of town early. I was just visiting, but jealous of my friend that this place is in her neighborhood! I would probably get things actually dry cleaned more if so ;)

I had complained recently in a Google review about a gutter repair performed by Gu Wi which had failed in just over a year (gutter had been reattached to my home by them but had pulled away again). They were very responsive to my critique and after some discussions came out to readdress the issue,. Based on recent rain, they appear to have fixed the problem. They were very conscientious in addressing my complaint and issue. Thank you.

Parked their vehicle fully blocking a bike lane at the busiest intersection on Avalon Way in West Seattle, and their employee was extremely rude when that was (politely) pointed out to them. Really unacceptable and incredibly dangerous.

Love this company! They have really saved me as I just can’t get myself to climb up on the roof to clean off the leaves, etc. Friendly staff who provide excellent customer service!

I don't normally put local businesses on blast in reviews, but I am at my wit's end with Gu-Wi.

Gu-Wi quoted me to install soffit venting to ventilate my house's attic, then installed the vents in such a way that they don't actually connect to the attic space. So to start off with, they didn't actually fix the problem they quoted me to fix. At all. Or attempt to verify that the attic ventilation was connected to the attic after they installed it. Or check with me on-site to review and approve the work they did before quietly legging it. Oh, and their crew left garbage in my yard that I had to clean up after. Great.

Then after hounding them on the phone for several days, they sent their carpentry manager out to actually look at the problem and then come up with a new plan to vent the attic. He acknowledges the problem, says he'll suspend the invoice until they come up with a new plan to resolve this, and says he'll get back to me.

Apparently that new plan was to tell me that my insulation contractor is going to fix the problem. I had to follow up with the insulation contractor to verify (as you might well have guessed) that not only is that work not part of their bid (which was my understanding with them to begin with), but they also helpfully added that in their opinion, Gu-Wi's plan to ventilate the attic was never going to work in the first place no matter how they did it due to the small soffits and relatively large amount of ventilation needed. So I wasted another week playing phone tag to verify another incorrect claim from Gu-Wi was, in fact, wrong.

At this point I'm in a mouse maze talking to one front office staffer after another all of whom promise me callbacks that don't happen from "upper managers" who mysteriously turn out to be "out of the office" and I've started getting harassing phone calls about this invoice while one person after another passes the buck and claims they don't know what's going on.

Avoid. Gu-Wi doesn't know what they're doing and if anything goes wrong you are going to be trapped in purgatory trying to get it resolved.

Gu-Wi has great prices and service. They did the work in less than half a day. They cleaned up well did all the work right the first time. Their payment and scheduling system is easy to use.

I've used GuWi multiple times for gutter cleaning. The techs always do a good job, and I like the fact they also offer other services if needed.

The crew at Gu-Wi do an excellent job. Efficient, thorough, and easy to work with for gutter cleaning. Great communication too. Highly recommend hiring these folks!

The communication with Gu-Wi is extremely proactive and their process is very efficient. I’ve completed one job with Gu-Wi for window washing. By text I received constant updates at where they are in the scheduling and estimate process. If they need additional information or to do an on-site walkthrough, they ask for that right away and keep the process moving forward. The estimate is sent nearly the next day, and it is broken down into the individual job parts with prices and description. You get to pick and it totals it up at the bottom, you click Submit and they call to schedule the next day. Their work is excellent. They made 4-stories of new construction windows sparkle!

Now we’re having them come back for some pressure washing and their process is still spot on. Very professional, courteous, responsive, super easy to work with, fine pricing. Thank you Gi-Wi!

Gu- Wi gutters and windows did an excellent job. Estimator came out and gave us a very reasonable bid. Signed up that day. They returned a week later. They cleaned off our roof with a blower. Lots of pine needles from all of our wind storms. Cleaned gutters, cleaned up debris. Everything, from scheduling, response time, ease of payment were 5 star. People in front office, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. WE WILL ALWAYS USE GU - WI for our roofing issues.
