Did a great job cleaning off my roof and gutters.

Gu-Wi did a great job cleaning our windows and gutters. Want to give a huge shoutout to Miguel and Rodrigo for being so diligent in taking down the screens , cleaning both the inside and the outside of all windows and doing all of that with care and attention to detail! Thank you so much!! For anyone looking to clean their windows and gutters, I highly recommend Gu-Wi!!

So many issues with the customer service side of Gu-Wi. It was honestly laughable at a certain point. The actual cleaning was closer to a 3/5 star experience, missing windows, forgetting screens, etc. When I reached out to see if they could finish the job, their inability to just be gracious with a customer request was beyond unbelievable. It’s as if the entire team has forgotten the most basic element of a quality customer service experience—customer satisfaction. Instead, they had the gall to defer blame, deny responsibility, even implying that their negligence was somehow the fault of the customer.
Mistakes are part of doing business, and are actually a perfect opportunity to win a customer over for life.

I keep coming back to Gu-Wi for gutters and roof-cleaning because they are so reliable. Most recently, their tech, Rodrigo, cleaned my gutters and roof and treated the roof to slow moss growth. He did a bang up job and a very thorough cleaning of my yard and driveway.

Gu-Wi did a fantastic job on my gutters. Communication for scheduling was quick, effecient and my questions were throughly answered. I was made aware of/offered additional services, but there were no high-pressure sales tactics. I was told what was found and how it was taken care of. There was a lot of respect shown for my property, debrie that ended up on my deck, house and drive way was cleaned up, which since I had recently had everything power washed, was greatly appreciated.

Gu-Wi team did a great job to clean my house gutter, it was not cleaned for past 3 years and there were many water blocks in the gutters due to heavy junks and leaves. Everything cleaned properly and water is flowing smoothly now. Thank you for your help. Will work with you in future.

We have used Gu-Wi for gfutter clearing as well as other tasks over the years and they have always provided a wonderful service. Most recently, Miguel showed up to do pressure washing, roof sweeping and gutter clearing - he did a superb job and we will definitely be working with him in the future.

Be warned: this company does satisfactory work on roof & gutters, but the invoicing and customer service are a nightmare.

I used this service in 2020 and then signed up for an annual maintenance plan. The first service was invoiced in a timely manner, with photos documenting work performed, and was promptly paid.

The next 3 annual services were never invoiced and I did not notice the absence of an invoice. Over 3 years later, when I got a call saying my account was overdue and I owed over $2,000.00. It was explained their invoice system was at fault and they had never been sent to me.

I have no confidence in the accuracy of Gu-Wi's invoice system for the following reasons:
-Invoices from Dec 2021, Dec 2022, and Dec 2023 were sent to me for the first time January 6, 2025.
-3 invoices each for $693.93, without any dates service, all generated on the same date of 12/26/2024 without photographic evidence of work performed demanded payment. These seemed possibly fraudulent.
-I contacted GU-WI and explained I would not pay invoices without documentation the work was ever done, I asked for invoices with dates of service and photographic evidence of work performed.
-3 revised invoices, each for $346.42 were provided. There is no explanation for the change in the amount due, nor which is accurate.
-Each of the 3 invoices included a date of service, and each included the very same set of 50 photos without any associated dates of service. Gu-Wi could not tell me which photos are supposed to be associated with a particular date of service.

I spoke with my account manager, Hassan. He apologized and said he would respond to my concerns. Over a week later and one follow up call, no reply from Gu-Wi, except for my first PAST DUE notice to pay or I would be sent to collections.

I contacted Misty, and she also offered to send documentation of work performed by date of service. She sent me over 100 photos without indicating which photos were of my home on any specific date.

In summary, I paid the invoices, because my personal calendar confirmed Gu-Wi was scheduled on the dates of the invoices.

No one from Gu-Wi has apologized for their inept use of the invoice software, the inability to provide documentation of service performed, the reason I was originally invoiced for double the amount due, the inconvenience of a 3 year delay in billing, or the un professional behavior of the employees.

Omar did an awesome job cleaning up our roof and gutters after the latest storm pushed a ton of needles off a nearby tree on our roof. He also cleaned up all the debris around the house and cleared off the porch and deck. Thank you for the awesome job well done.

Got my gutters cleaned today. The Gu-Wi team was quick and efficient. They were also able to accommodate the really tight spacing between houses in my neighborhood. Nicely done!

I've used Gu-Wi several times now and am always happy with the work. They give you an estimate beforehand and can provide photos of the work as well. I love how easily the windows and screens slide after their visits (the track cleaning service is a must!). Staff is always professional and courteous, and the work is usually done faster than I expect.

Disappointed. Everything was text, no personal interaction. Had a small gutter repair. Was sent quote. Accepted quote. Get a call from technician day of who says he does not have the right ladder. WHAT? You repair roofs and gutters and don’t come prepared? Then he blames the issue on something absolutely unrelated. Thankfully my main person came out and saved my home sellers bacon. I am sure this company is fine, probably does good work most of the time, but I won’t be coming back.

Sergio did a masterful job on a very difficult to reach skylight.

Excellent work. Cleaned and inspected all gutters and spouts, cleaned up the Debris in the yard and left. Nobody needed to be home, called on arrival and called before leaving. Very respectful and punctual. I recommend gu-wi to anyone cleaning gutters and downspouts.
