On time. Gave a phone call 30 minutes away. Very nice and professional. Answered our questions on doing the wood floor. The carpets came out way better than we expected. The cat had been ill for a long time and there were several pet stains. They came out great. Women owned. Highly recommend.

We have counted on Anderson for carpet cleaning in our home for several years in a row. We have pets, and they do a wonderful job spot cleaning, if you need this. They are always very professional but they still maintain the feeling of a small business. The prices seem reasonable compared to other companies and for the quality of the cleaning. Henry was pleasant and industrious. Did a nice job on some 30 year old carpet! Had 2 stairways, a long hall and 5 rooms so I think the price was worth it! Feels so much cleaner.

Anderson Carpet did an excellent job cleaning all carpeted areas of my home. The technician, Sean, was friendly and knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. Texted before arrival and showed up at the expected time. Lisa was informative and set straightforward price expectations, making the entire experience easy. Only feedback I would have is to provide email confirmation, though to be fair text communication was quick and always answered.

They did a wonderful job. Fast, efficient and timely. Will use next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Contacting and scheduling couldn't have been easier. We were able to speak with the owner directly, she was very transparent and extremely personable.

Pricing was very good well, we don't ever judge our decision off of that but if we were to, it was great.

They came out just as planned, sent reminders, gave us a time frame as soon as they got here. Sean was very polite and professional!

As for the work, it exceeded our expectations we have family coming into town and we had a couple spots on our carpet we were hoping to get a little better. They did better then that, the spots were removed fully. I will be recommending to friends and using them for all my future carpet cleaning needs!
