Fuzzy Wuzzy makes rug cleanings so easy. Pick up and drop off helped so much, and the friendly and consistent communication was much appreciated. They did a good job of getting the stains out of our rug which had about of a years worth of dog debris from in/out yard access. Visually it looks great, only giving 4 stars because some areas of the rug feel almost waxy and aren’t as fluffy as the rest.

I scheduled a last minute carpet cleaning in a rental property we had and they were able to get me in the next day. They did a great job with the cleaning. The only thing I didn’t like is the guy who cleaned my carpets really tried to upsell me on a stain resistant treatment which I did not want (since we have to replace the carpet soon anyway). But I would definitely use them again.

I am disappointed with their service. I have sent details of fine rug composition in text enquiry first and also discussed over phone. I specifically wanted stains to be removed from the rug. And they said they could do it. They didn’t mention anything about not being able to remove stains from viscose rugs. Not at least during pick up. When they returned the rug after 1 week, the person delivering the rug said I would have informed this if I were picking up. And that stains can never be removed from viscose rugs. I paid 300$ and none of the stains gone. I am upset with their service and this kind of different before-after service talk. Why were we not informed before about the specifics .I would not recommend this service and would never reach out to them again.

Engaged Fuzzy Wuzzy to have a hallway rug serviced from a high-traffic area. Pickup was prompt and in the scheduled window, as was delivery. We were pleased with the result--all the colors are back and the carpet did not smell like cleaner.

Fuzzy Wuzzy was so fast, easy, communicative, and affordable! They even picked up my new area rug from the seller and then delivered it to me sparklingly clean. Overall the experience with FuzzyWuzzy was fine, we dropped off our 5x7 shag rug with 1.25 inch pile after 2 years of wear. We frequently sit on this rug so the area where we sit the shag pile was all compressed and matted. We brought the rug in ostensibly for a cleaning after our cat had an accident on it which, to their credit, was cleaned well.

THAT SAID, the matted pile is still very matted and is not particularly clean. We were really hoping they would be able to get this rug back to a “like new” state for $150, but that was not the case. It will however extend the lifetime of the rug which we are happy about!

P.S. - In the attached photos you can see the post cleaning status of the matter segment and a non matted segment. The non-matted segment is nice and fluffy, while the matted section is still pretty matted.

Needed an area rug cleaned before I move, and Fuzzy Wuzzy made the whole process an absolute dream! Super quick text response once I requested a quote, they were able to pick up same day. And one week later, the rug was delivered in perfect condition. Would use Fuzzy Wuzzy again in the future, highly recommended!

It was a 2 day ordeal, upon the call to book for the services, I was quoted 399.95 for 5 rooms (minimum fee), but the job was for 3 rooms. The engineer that came over to the house on the first day said that odorizing and protection layer service was free because I was booking it for less than 5 rooms. However he didn't see how he could do the room in the third floor since there was no easy way to get the equipment up there without damaging the walls, so he left. I called back and asked them to ignore the 3rd room and just do the 2. The second engineer spent less than 1 hour providing no additional services promised by the first one, and passed on the full charge, 399.95 for 50 minute work.

They did a great job, and did it quickly. My rugs desperately needed cleaning, deodorizing (we have pets), and scotch-guarding. Our rugs look and feel great!
