Called for a quote to clean a area rug. I was told it would be 125.00 after the 40% "special took it in a couple days later and even though the carpet was slightly SMALLER than the dimensions I gave over the phone I was then told it would be 211.00 I might have even overlooked the mishap but the woman "MARY" could do nothing but fight about the fact that SHE did not make the mistake and yes "mary" you did. This was not like taking a few shirts in the was a large heavy rug too ban emanuels had to go out of business so do yourself a favor and save on your aggravation and use another cleaner

Fuzzy Wuzzy was easy to work with. They sent me a quote online beforehand for my two Moroccan rugs, picked up the rugs from my house when they said they would, and dropped them off clean a week later. It was very convenient.

I've always had a great experience with their rug cleaning, with picked up area rugs and carpet. Super professional, and when I couldn't be at home to receive them, they followed instructions and even made me a video of them locking up. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
