After calling a country wide company three times over multiple weeks without getting a call back, I found Ladonna and requested a quote online. She called me with 5 minutes and found time to both meet with me and deep clean my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment right away. My apartment manager's list of demands were extensive and she and her workers did an amazing job. She she was very thorough both with her cleaning and communication. I am so thankful I found her.

We hired Ladonna's cleaning crew for a move-in clean of our rental house, and we were very glad we chose them. We had them clean our bathrooms, floors, and kitchen and we were very impressed with the cleaning her crew did for us. After they finished cleaning everything looked and felt so much cleaner than when we first moved in. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of a good cleaning!

I recently hired Ladonna's Cleaning Service to do some deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen for me. Kayla and Savannah did an excellent job. Susan, the company owner, was here part of the time to make sure that we were all on the same page and to do an excellent job on my floors. They kept at it until things looked like new. They were polite, positive and hardworking. I couldn't be happier. I look forward to having them back to do some much easier cleaning soon.

Immediately needed our event space deep cleaned after an unforeseen mess of an event, and my personal contacts were unavailable. Contacted Ladonnas in the morning, and by 3:45pm, our 2,600 sq ft space was spotless. Both communication and expectations were made clear from their end and mine, and I appreciated that. The best cleaning service I have ever used in Seattle! I contacted La Donna through their website this morning and received a call back within 10 minutes. Susan, the owner, came by to give me a quote in person and she explained the thoroughness of the work they do. Within an hour of my initial contact I got a quote and contract outlining the work I would receive. When I called back to schedule a cleaning, Susan confirmed that she could get one of her best ladies, Rosie, out to me today. Rosie was so wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail is second to none and you can tell that she takes pride in her work. We were in an incredible bind, with half the day gone, and the cleaning company we hired to clean (the day before stagers were to arrive), being understaffed & only prepared to do a general clean. Ladonna was able to put organize a crew of five fabulous ladies at two in the afternoon, who arrived in an hour, and left at 9:30p with the house show-ready!!! So, so, impressed, and can recommend them enough! They all saved the day, and we are so thankful💕

Ladonna stepped in to do a move out cleaning for me after another service I had hired failed to show up at the scheduled time, and then didn’t even bother to call me and let me know. Ladonna was communicative, flexible and straightforward throughout the whole experience. She fully communicated the work that would be done and gave me an itemized break down of the costs so there were no surprises... except for how good it smelled when I walked in after the cleaning! That was a delightful surprise. Will definitely hire her crew again.

We had to schedule a deep clean prior to our family moving into our new home last minute. This business is wonderful to work with. Susan is very responsive, very clear about expectations, very professionally and most importantly understanding and kind. She helped us through the entire process step by step and explained everything in detail. The cleaning service was great, our home looks beautiful. Our windows look amazing and spotless, right down to the corners and window tracks. I highly recommend them.

What a positive experience. I called last minute for a deep clean before listing my house for sale. Ladonna came out that same day to give a free in-person estimate. The pricing was super detailed and totally transparent--no surprises at all, and the owner helped me make smart choices about what services to select to stay within my budget but have the most impact. They then arranged to have as many workers as needed to get the work done within my limited schedule. They were flexible, fast, and flawless. The owner is an energetic lady who's expert in this field, and her employees are kind people and perfectionistic cleaners. Absolutely recommend!

Ladonna's Cleaning Services has done great work for me on very short notice, just one day. This has been for my daughter's apartment cleaning on two occasions when her regular cleaner didn't come. Ladonna sized up the job with me over the phone ahead of time and gave me a reliable estimate. She did work-arounds with her schedule to accommodate my daughter's constrained schedule (awesome!) and then arrived on time and did the work just as we wanted. And she sent me pics of the completed job. I couldn't be more satisfied!!

Ladonna was super nice and quick to respond. She personally came out to give us an accurate quote. The cleaning staff was efficient and polite and our difficult to clean wood floors looked so much nicer after just two hours of scrubbing.

The rates are very reasonable and competitive and they pay their cleaners well unlike some companies that have bargain basement prices. (Avoid those too good to be true rates).

Incredibly responsive and goes beyond typical cleaners. They can help with dishes, laundry, clutter if you need help with that. Susan picked up right away and came by to scope the job that night. Gloria is flexible and excellent - she even learned & followed the recycling & compost practices I follow locally. After falling behind on cleaning a few months due to health issues, LaDonna’s cleaners transformed my home in a day.

Ladonna was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Her responsiveness is impressive. I filled in an online form on their website at 6:00 AM and Ladonna called me early in the morning around 7:00 AM the same day to schedule a viewing of my apartment so that she could give me an accurate quote. She explained what all needs to be cleaned with the hours needed and gave me a precise and fair estimate. She accepted my cleaning request at the last moment without charging any last minute fees. Her cleaning staff was very detail oriented and they left my apartment spick and span. They needed no supervision. Ladonna kept me updated with the progress being made on the cleaning while I was at work, even sending me picture updates. All in all, Ladonna went above and beyond my expectations and I was very satisfied with her service. I would recommend her to a friend any day!

LaDonnas cleaning service went above and beyond to schedule me on short notice and provide excellent service. They provided an honest quote which at first seemed high but then she detailed out what was included it made it worth the money.
The move out cleaning included everything in the house from baseboards to ceiling fans and even the blinds on all my many windows. I wish I would have used this service on a regular basis and if I wasn’t moving out of state I continue to use them.

I was completely blown away by the cleaning experience I received by Ladonna and her team. I’d like to start by saying that when other cleaning companies wouldn’t even get back to me, she called me within the hour of me inquiring about a cost estimate for an apartment cleaning. She was prompt, courteous, kind, and very upfront with me. She pays her staff great working wages and takes care of her team. The cleaning crew worked on my apartment that same day and completed the cleaning with astounding results.

If you’re looking for the absolute cheapest cleaning in town, she isn’t the service provider for you. She provides a real service to both her staff and her clients by providing fair prices that both take care of her team but also represent the level of value and customer service she brings to the table. So if you’re wanting the best possible cleaning at a reasonable price point, then look no further. I would absolutely use her services again and again.

The staff are amazing! Margaret scrubbed our bathroom until it shined. She is a detail-oriented person who always goes the extra mile—last time she came by, she polished my kitchen cabinet handles, which had never even occurred to me.
