Couldn’t be any happier with Ladonna’s. We had an event going on that needed a last minute floor cleaning and she dropped what she was doing and at our buisness within an hour. She had dogs she was taking care of that she brought along and kept in the car while she did an amazing job quickly and efficiently getting our floors done! Not to mention extremely reasonable rates! We can’t thank her enough and cannot recommend the buisness more! Book Ladonna!

Olga did an awesome job cleaning our home. She was very thorough and paid special attention to our very neglected bathroom. Ladonna was able to visit for an estimate and get us scheduled very quickly, treats (and pays) her staff well, and went above and beyond with communication and making sure we were satisfied. Our estimate aligned perfectly with the actual cost and time.

So efficient & energized. The crew showed up ready to work & were so organized. Everything got done plus two stains I couldn't get out myself, we're totally gone. I was very happy about that.

Oneyda and Elizabeth cleaned my house today for the first time, and they did a spectacular job. I am a very picky, quite exacting person when it comes to the care of my home, and they are as exacting as I am. They are professional, completely thorough, hard-working and friendly. And the place is sparkling, squeaky clean and fresh. I can recommend them without any reservation. Great work!

Team 7 (Nancy-Luisa) did a great job cleaning my small house! It had been probably 3 years before a thorough cleaning, and the result is night and day! They made sure to let me know before going over the estimated time, so that I wouldn't be unexpectedly charged more than I thought.

I had a great experience with MM. easy to set up over the phone, walked me through pricing and options. We had Team 7 of Nancy and Luisa, they were fantastic. They arrived earlier than expected while I was unable to answer the door but they waited patiently without complaint which was very appreciated.

Our 700 sq foot 1/1 apartment took about 2.5 hours, at a cost of $282 for a deep clean. While on the pricier side than I hoped, they did a fantastic job of every detail across the apt as part of a “deep clean option”

They were super professional from the beginning. Coming over to give us a quote, and then the cleaning was amazing. The team was thorough and respectful. Definitely will be using their services again.

I'm very happy with Molly Maid's services. They are punctual, professional, show great attention to detail. They take extra care of fragile items. Unfortunately, I've had 2 both cleaning services that broke antiques and damaged my stove. Molly Maid employees dig in and work hard but are careful and conscientious with my belongings. Thumbs up!! :)

I had a different team this week but they were still awesome. Team 1 - Oneyda and Elizabeth cleaned my apartment and did a great job. Picked up all the random odds and ends that I had lying around and in general made the place a relaxing oasis to come back to.

I had to take some time off while I had some medical issues but now Team 7 is back and my home is great again. It is the details like the way they put the table cloth on the table that makes it great. Or how everything smells so fresh.

Update:
I have a problem with them sending reminder emails a day in advance but having their cancellation policy be that it’s $165 if not cancelled or rescheduled two days in advance. It feels like they’re trying to get you. Everyone double books on occasion and it feels like they’re trying to take advantage of that. If your window is 2 days, why remind with 1 day notice?

Overall, still enjoying this service, but at a new apartment. They are very timely and professional and friendly. Would still recommend :)
I have been a customer for the last few months. I have nothing to complain about. Norma and Lourdes have done a great job and been very nice when I have encountered them. It is great to come home and find the house almost spotless. On several occasions they have even found things that I lost the week before!

The team did an amazing job on our place, and although they did not have the equipment to do the extreme anti-pet clean on the one room with wall-to-wall carpeting, they were able to connect me with someone who could.

The place looks immaculate. Better than when we moved in, in fact. Highly recommended! Thanks to the team for their amazing work!

Our experience of Molly Maids has been a good one. They do a deep cleaning every two weeks, and we really appreciate their attention to detail.

Update: it’s been 3 years now and Molly Maids is still wonderful. They are very reliable and so responsive to questions. Easy to get a hold of. I strongly recommend them.

vvJust had my first clean from Molly Maids. They did a wonderful job. I love the extra touches with turning down the beds. I like working with a company for cleaning.

We’ve had Molly Maid clean our apartment for the past few months, and Team 1, Norma & Elizabeth, may have done the best job so far last week While they did seem to be running a little late, I’m confident they’re committed to doing high quality work. Better late than unclean! Thanks!

I've been a Molly Maid customer for over a year. They take such great care of my home and are great with my dogs. Their work is very thorough and I am always so happy with the results when I get home. I've been working with Team #2 exclusively for the last 8-9 months and am so very happy. Customer service is also fantastic. They are very responsive to email and have worked with me for rescheduling and taking special care with one of my older dogs when they are in the house. Highly recommend. Great experience.

I'd never received housecleaning services until recently, when I realized I needed some help around the house. Well, the staff at Molly Maid did not disappoint! Nancy, Eliza, and Amanda of Team 7 are fabulous - kind and friendly, and super good at what they do. My house has never been cleaner! Thanks so much!

Use Ladonna's Cleaning Service instead. Molly Maid has terrible communication and poor quality of cleaning. Ladonna's quality of cleaning was much better and much more affordable.

We hired Molly maid to do a deep cleanse a few months ago for our 2000 sqft house. We were told the hourly rate was $150/hour for 2 cleaners. And it would take 3-4 hours for them to clean. On the day of cleaning, it took the 2 ladies 10 minutes to load their vacuum and towels from their car from our driveway to our house. For an average human being, it should take shorter than 30 seconds to walk to our door from our driveway. Even if you carry a vacuum it should take less than 3 minutes at most. Since they charge us starting from the moment they parked their car, parking and unloading costs us $25. We told the ladies that we specifically want the playmat in the living room to be cleaned. 3 hours later, the 2 ladies were still working on the main floor, wiping our kitchenaid mixer and some wine bottles on our kitchen count there. They told me they need another hour to do the basement. Their work is extremely inefficient. After they finished their cleaning, it took them another 10 minutes to move to the car on our driveway. And this costs us another $25 given their $150 hourly rate. Their deep cleaning didn’t include vacuuming under the furnitures nor making my house clean. And they also didn’t wipe our playmat which was the only ask we had. I definitely wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone. You can hire much better cleaning service at much lower cost for sure.

I’ve been using Molly Maids for over a year now and they have been amazing. My house is spotless every time! They are efficient yet do a thorough job. They can clean my 3,000 sq ft home in 2.5 hours which is awesome. I’ve gotten to know my cleaners, Elizabeth and Oneyda, and they are respectful and sweet. When I had to change dates and times the office staff were polite and courteous and were flexible with my changes. I would recommend my cleaning team to anyone!

Team 7 did a great job on my home today. They got right to work. They worked independently.
