Molly Maid did an outstanding job cleaning my home! The team was professional, thorough, and left everything spotless. I was especially impressed by the extra touches—they even folded towels, blankets, and paper products into beautiful designs. Their attention to detail truly sets them apart. I was so pleased with their work that I’ve decided to schedule monthly cleanings. Highly recommend!

The cleaning staff are great! The communication from management, and their decision to raise pricing because we were out of town for over a month is the reason I stopped using them. Their staff also unfortunately did cause a lot of damage to our walls and floors during cleans that management isn't willing to address.

Getting an estimate has been incredibly frustrating. I requested an estimate online, and they immediately signed me up for a $500 appointment. They provided no options to cancel. Their AI sent me a text but wouldn't cancel my appointment without more personal information. They also sent me an email, but there was no way to reply or contact them besides calling the number. I called the number and nobody picked up, even though Google says they're open until 11pm.

We hired them for a move-out clean and were quoted $300-640 for an 1800sf house. We got a better quote and tried to cancel, but they threatened to charge us anyway if we did. So day of the clean, they tell us a third person is coming, increasing the hourly rate. We said no. They said too bad. A few hours later they call to say they need an additional hour ($200 over max quote). We said no. They left but told us the basement cleaning would be unfinished. The next day we went to the house and the entire thing was clean! So they wanted another hour to sit around and do nothing and charge us for it. Stay away from this company.

The house always looks spotless! The attention to details is amazing. And getting all the main surfaces and the hard to reach ones every time is a game changer for my house. I look forward to Molly maid coming every time!

We had our first cleaning experience with Molly Maid after my husband had an unexpected injury. It was so nice to come home and see the place freshly cleaned and everything felt in its place been than before. I'm afraid I won't be able to go back to doing it myself anymore 😄!

Editing - I did downgrade our rating slightly. The ladies are super friendly and warm. They are fast and efficient, all of which is great. We've been noticing small, minor damages over the past 4 weeks that we brought to their attention. So far they have scrubbed off nearly half of our tubs anti-slip texturing in one bathroom and the sealed splash guard. The toilet seat is showing some spots of chemicals, mostly minor. It's also disheartening that our magnet frame for our dog is now broken too. We had to reduce the amount of services because the wear on our house was getting too great for weekly cleanings. I'm hoping things improve moving forward, but I'd say a 4 may be a more fair review given the circumstances.

These two incredible ladies did an amazing job cleaning my apartment. They’re hard workers and did a fantastic job - these two women are professional and courteous. Will definitely be using their services again!

We just got started with Molly Maids and my only regret is not calling them years ago. The team is response and makes sure to understand your needs. There’s no pushiness in signing up. Our house after the first clean looked so amazing, I FaceTimed all my friends to show them. We are now repeat customers and I look forward to the clean date.

Johnny Tsunami was fast, responsive and friendly. They were able to get my roof and gutters cleaned within a week or so of calling. Gavin Bell was the employee who helped us and he was so friendly and nice, despite having to work in less than fun weather conditions. I'd definitely use this service again in the future.

Johnny Tsunami and crew do great work. We've had them clean both roofs (also fantastic) but this season we hired them for Christmas lights. Cole and crew did an amazing job and now we are ready for the yuletide! Highly recommend.

We were looking for gutter cleaning and roof moss treatment and we had a positive experience with Johnny Tsunami. Scheduling was painless and they were able to work around our travel schedule.

JP was very informative in our initial consultation and broke down the pros and cons of each roof cleaning method. He gave accurate estimates which aligned with what we paid.

Tristin did a great job with the gutter cleaning, he removed a lot of crud from the gutters and unblocked the downspouts. He treated our roof with a moss-prevention powder which dispersed (as intended) the next time it rained.

Great experience with gutter cleaning. Marcos did an amazing job and went above and beyond what was required. They cleaned everything up and also had some really useful recommendations for roof maintenance and repair. The scheduling process would super easy and the quote was really competitive.

Every step of the way, we felt like our project was a top priority! The onsite visit estimate was thorough and informative and when the crew arrived on the job we knew exactly what to expect. From top to bottom, our home now shines, I had forgotten our roof tiles were brown they had gotten so dirty over the years. Now thanks to Johnny Tsunami our home looks like new again. Definitely recommend this business and will use them again next year!

Fantastic communication, easy scheduling, prompt service. Our roof was a mess and there was so much debris and moss all over the ground when the roof was finished, I didn't think it would be possible to clean it all up. Tristan did a fantastic job with the both the roof and cleaning up. The perimeter of the house is cleaner now than when Tristan started. He was friendly, personable and professional. We are very happy with the entire process.

I always have such a great experience with a Johnny Tsunami. They are always very respectful of your property and they clean up well there in an out fairly quickly. Today Gavin is the one who came to service our roof. He was so nice and so respectful and he even locked my gate before he left because I had to leave while he was servicing the roof .I highly recommend them!

JP and Isaiah did a great job putting up our Christmas lights. They were polite and personable and kept us informed of their progress. They went above and beyond by blowing debris off our roof, deck and driveway. The lights looks wonderful. We’ll definitely use Johnny Tsunami again for this and other services.

Had a great experience with the Johnny Tsunami team. Estimate was easy to set up and they broke down the estimate into a few different versions to show the price of different services. Estimate was done the next day and the prices were so reasonable for the roof and gutter cleaning that I opted for the window cleaning as well. The cleaning was scheduled only a few days out. Merrill Hunt was my technician and he was very professional and courteous of the property. He did his work quick and efficiently and our windows look great. He took pictures of the gutters and texted them to me after he completed cleaning them. He discussed the maintenance plan with me and recommended that for my gutters an annual cleaning would be enough when I mentioned I was thinking every 6 months. He did recommend the roof cleaning/preventative moss control every six months. I was glad for his recommendations and happy to hear that I would only need the gutters once a year and not twice. Now I will be able to utilize their other services with the money I will save from just an annual gutter cleaning. We used Johnny Tsunami to hang Christmas lights this year. From start to finish, everyone was professional. JP and Izaiah were fantastic and super friendly when installing and even cleaned a couple of gutters and blew the roof off while they were up there. Checked in on a regular basis to make sure all was what I was hoping for. I will definitely send my business their way in the future. Week 2 and all lights still working and looks great!
