I hired Ladonna and team to clean my 2 bathrooms and my kitchen before I moved out of my apartment. They did a fantastic job. The oven, microwave and shower looked better after they cleaned it then when I first moved in. It was incredible. Also, Ladonna is upfront and honest about her pricing. It took her team an extra 2 hours then expected, but Ladonna ended up only charging me for the original quote. I really appreciated the detail and time they took to get the job done. And it was done incredibly well. Thank you Ladonna and team for taking pride in your work. It definitely shows! Thank you!

I’m truly grateful to Ladonna, Gloria, Maria, and the team who helped turn an overwhelming and difficult situation into a manageable experience.
Ladonna called me very quickly after I submitted an online estimate request and we walked through my home via FaceTime. I had extensive smoke damage and an overwhelming mess left by tenants and needed to get the house in shape to move back into with my family. They were able to quickly get a team to my home and start cleaning.
The initial quote was high as we expected the team would need to clean from the ceilings to the floors and essentially wipe down every surface. Once the team got started, they informed us that they thought what was covering the walls was smoke which would not go away regardless of how much cleaning they did so they recommended having the home repainted with kilz primer.. this is exactly what needed to happen and despite the expense a full interior painting job, I really appreciated Ladonna and team’s honesty rather than performing a service that would not have been beneficial long-term.
They continued to clean the rest of the home which still took the team almost 2 days, but they were prompt and efficient and ensured that I was happy with the service before leaving.

I highly recommend Ladonna's Cleaning Service. Ladonna, the owner, was very warm and friendly on the phone, and the employee she sent out to clean my house, Gloria, did an amazing job.

Susan and her team were amazing. I called in a panic at 6pm on a Saturday and Susan answered and came by to do a quote and site visit that night. Her team showed up Sunday morning at 8AM and knocked out a ton of cleaning (and did so very well!). From start to finish, Susan and her team exceeded expectations!

Fantastic and wonderful people to be working with. Ladonna goes out of her way to video call around my home and notice details that I didn't even notice in person. Gloria and her family were outstanding with the level of detail they were able to get to make my already new home look newer. Would highly recommend!

Was asked to leave my house multiple times and refused, even kept taking pictures of my bathroom after being asked to leave multiple times. Was told to step outside to receive payment, yet stood in my doorway blocking the exit to my home staring at me and not moving, despite being told that she needed to go outside immediately.

Tried to argue with me about my home and belongings. I told her "I'm not asking you to argue with me. I need you to leave my house right now. My brother is outside and he is the financially responsible person who will pay you."

She lied and said she needed to grab her items still [there were none], and started taking pictures in my home without my permission.

Add on to this that she had a [I'm assuming private] AA-type meeting playing on her phone speaker extremely loud the entire time. Heard a bunch of people spilling their private guts about their addiction and such. Suuuuuper uncomfortable and unprofessional.

This does not even address the actual service. They vacuumed the same carpet 3 different times throughout their cleaning rather than just doing it once at the end (milking time).

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was noteworthy to say the least. I called Ladonna this afternoon to see about a same-day cleaning for my apartment and was told she would need to see the place before committing to the job, which is completely understandable. Upon arrival to my street, I received several frantic phone calls asking where I was and that she “didn’t have time for this,” even though she admitted she had entered my address incorrectly. After trying to explain that I knew where she was and could come to her instead of her entering my address into her GPS for a third time, and walking up to meet her - she stared at me, said “I can’t.” and literally ran away from me to her car and drove away. I haven’t elicited that kind of reaction from a woman since getting braces in high school…
Honestly, I understand it was a last-minute request and the cleaning industry is busy this time of year, but that was probably the most unprofessional encounter I’ve ever had. Would not recommend this company.

Maria and Gloria were fantastic and did a wonderful job doing a move out clean on my apartment. They finished earlier than anticipated and even cleaned the walls which was above and beyond what I paid for. Service is extremely fair/affordably priced for the level of cleanliness and scheduling was easy. Will 100% be recommending and using this service in the future

Ladonna and her crew came in on short notice and did a move out cleaning that left my home looking brand new! I almost moved back in. It was a gift to the new tenants. Ladonna has high expectations and she and her crew care about the quality of the work they do. It was well worth the $$$ if you want a quality job.

Our experience with Ladonna was fantastic from beginning to end. I called last minute for a church cleaning after a funeral. Ladonna answered right away, was clear about pricing and accommodating with our schedule. She did a phenomenal job cleaning the church. It was spotless. She communicated with us the whole time, since we couldn’t be on site, and sent pictures at the end. Her pricing was very competitive. We will call Ladonna for any future cleaning, it was seamless from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

This was by far the strangest business interaction I've ever had. I submitted an online request for a quote and got a call within a minute. Her tone very clearly indicated that I was an inconvenience to her. She then said she needed to look at my house before giving a quote. The house is empty and clean, but she kept saying she didn't know how I live. I said no thanks and that I'd hire another cleaning company because I needed quick turnaround. She then started ranting, so I hung up. You'd think I was trying to sell her something instead of me just literally trying to pay her to clean my empty house. So strange.

Incredible! I submitted an estimate request online and Susan got back to me within minutes, then she came to the house the same day to provide an estimate. Gloria came the next day and did an exceptional job! Ladonna’s will now be coming every other week. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of their customer service and cleaning services!
