JP arrived at my home on time to give me a quote. He was knowledgable and professional. He got up on the roof to inspect it and demonstrated the brushing technique used to remove clumps of moss. I paid a deposit and the very next day Jack arrived to clean my roof and gutters. He was a complete professional and worked by himself for almost 10 hours. His work was detailed and complete. I could not have asked for a better cleaning job.

I wanted my house perfect before putting in the market. Had the full package deal and everything (gutters, siding, windows and roof) shines. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks!

JP and Zay did an amazing job putting up our Christmas lights! Our house looks great for the holidays and we'll definitely be using Johnny Tsunami for this in future years. We've previously used Johnny Tsunami for gutter and roof cleaning/moss treatment, and general pressure washing, and they were equally fantastic for those jobs.

The Alex Schmidt team was efficient and worked quickly to clean down spouts, roof and deck. The deck cleaned up beautifully. The estimated two-day job was done in six hours. It was expensive! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the windows were left with debris from the cleaning, the white trim should have been washed off as it was left dirty from the cleaning, and at least one of the down spouts was left dirty. I expected this would have all been done.

Ty and Gavin did a great job on my home. They cleaned the windows inside and out, and soft pressure washing of my decks. They showed up on time and worked quickly. The entire experience from my initial call, the appraisals, to the finished product, was handled very well.
This will be my go-to company from now on!

Word of wisdom to request before and after pictures of your project day-of to ensure it was done properly! We had our gutters cleaned, a roof blow off, and moss prevention powder placed on the roof in August and this is what they looked like two months later in October. We had the company back out to take a look when we noticed our gutters overflowing onto our driveway, as we were concerned since our house is three stories tall with very few trees around the roof. We’ve been here 9 years and have ever needed a cleaning this quickly after. The company refused to redo the work and said it would be an additional full gutter and roof cleaning charge (the moss treatment has no guarantee/warranty). Upon request, the company did produce two grainy and far away photos of the roof after the blow off, but did not have a clear image of the gutter cleaning. Now I am left to wonder either if it wasn’t done properly or wasn’t done at all. We will be going with another company for an additional cleaning now because of this poor result.

My first experience with Johnny Tsunami the first appointment I had scheduled they called 30 min before and had to cancel and reschedule after I had already made arrangements to be home that day. The guy Angilo seemed to struggle with getting the work done - I had my roof treated gutters cleaned (with face wiped off) and exterior window cleaning. He had to redo some windows as there were streaks from when he hosed the gutters off. Also i realized the next morning he had missed the three windows above my entry way and once again when scheduled to return to fix he cancelled 10 min after he was supposed to be there)the office said he has done this before). I also noticed about 15 minutes after the worker left as I was outside cleaning up a bit of a mess he left my patio was discolored with a rust tint to it. At first they were very nice saying they would have someone try and clean it off - they ended up denying any of their products would do that and never responded back to my reply to their email. I would never recommend them as their workers seem very inexperienced with no supervision. I do believe it was most likely the moss treatment or the chemical used to clean the gutter faces that discolored my patio.

Hired this company to hang outdoor Christmas lights. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. Scheduling was quick and earlier than expected. The two young guys that did the work were also very friendly, on time, professional and did a great job.

We had Ty come out today for roof and gutters cleaning. Friendly, professional and provided great overall service. Many thanks to JP also for the great communication and follow ups. Will be using again.

Our HOA hired Johnny Tsunami to clean windows and gutters in our townhouse complex for the second time now. Overall it looks like cleaning windows in tall townhouses with limited access is still a challenge for them. Windows were left dirty, especially on the third floor. While cleaning and using water from some of the units they damaged plants in my mini garden for two days in a row.
They did have the lowest price among three vendors we assessed though.

Johnny Tsunami is a company that will come out and blow off loose debris and then apply a strong bleach solution - they call this “soft brushing”, but there is no brush involved. It also will kill the plants around your home. If you like the way my “after” pictures look, then feel free to pay them $1200. If, however, you want your roof cleaned, please hire someone else.

Reserved date and time to install and remove Christmas lights for mid-November 2023 and early 2024 respectively, a year in advance. Lights were up and ready to light up the day after Thanksgiving! Thanks to Cote for his professionalism; did an excellent job. Looking forward for the lights going up in November 2024. It'll be the third year Johnny Tsunami will brighten up my house and the block I live on. Thank you to the staff. Happy New Year!

I had my roof, gutters and driveway/patio all taken care of this week and Angelo did a great job! He was efficient, clean, and communicative. As he left, he gave me recommendations for what to tell my landscaper to reduce possible affects in the future. Overall a great service and I would definitely recommend them in the future.

JP gave me an awesome deal and Ty did an amazing job cleaning the roof. They were very prompt, extremely easy to contact and did exactly the work outlined. I would for sure recommend them to clean you roof and gutters!

We asked Johnny and crew to come out to clean our roof, gutters and siding. The quote was for a couple thousand. We also asked for our shed roof to be cleaned. We read and reviewed their work on their website and it looked like they did a decent job. They came out promptly with little wait time so that was a plus. However, the one man crew missed the whole front section by our front door for cleaning the siding. He then totally missed doing the shed on the work order. The siding looks decent but if you are expecting every spec of dirt and old marks to be off, nope that won’t be the case. The photo of the dirty windowsill is my front porch area. That was taken after the second time they came out. If it is more work than pointing a pressure washer it won’t get cleaned. We had the same employee also come back and rinse whatever solution he used off our windows as it left a filmy residue that made my large windows look the worst I’ve ever seen. Customer service tried to tell us the shed roof had been cleaned the first time but i recommended reviewing your cameras because we sent receipts it wasn’t. Then when it was redone it might as well have not been done because it still looks the same, no ladder, no broom were used. Just a swish of the hose over the top of the roof and wow it doesn’t look any better. Also your hoses won’t be rebooked back up after so make sure you check those after. I pay for convenience and this ended up as a headache I could have done without. People say you get what you pay for but we paid a lot and this was not the same results as we have had before hiring a simple handyman to do that same job.

Had to move out on a Sunday of a long weekend and was saved by Alexa able to come in and clean the place up. On time, friendly and professional, she went right to work and got the place done up and in tip top shape. Would recommend 👌

I booked a four-hour deep clean and had a very good overall experience. There was some initial miscommunication about the quoted time, but once expectations were clarified, everything went smoothly. I appreciated being able to outline exactly which areas I wanted prioritized. In my case, the floors were the focus, and the team really delivered on that.

The texting and customer service were very responsive and addressed all my questions and concerns quickly, which made the process feel easy and professional.

One thing to note is that they are a bit pricier than some other cleaning services in the area. However, the quality of the work and attention to detail made it worth it.

I would definitely consider using them again and recommend them if you are looking for a thorough and responsive cleaning service. Just be sure to clearly communicate your priorities up front.

Amazing communication before, during, and after, as well as sent pictures.

Quality of the cleaning was amazing, and our house smells wonderful.
