Tracy from Cleanup Guys did a great move-out cleaning. The detailed photos she sent showed the place was spotless and everything looked well taken care of. Clear communication and very professional.
One Bedroom Apartment size -about 700 sqft

We booked Clean Up Guys for a deep clean of our 1,000 sq ft home — our first time ever using a deep-clean service — and the experience was honestly pretty disappointing.

They were scheduled to arrive at 8am. No one showed. When I called to check what was going on, I was told they were en route. 30 mins later, they told us cleaner’s cat had died and they needed to reschedule? I sympathize, but we had already cleared our home for the morning and put our new baby in daycare specifically for this appointment, so rescheduling wasn’t a great alternative. They eventually found someone else who could come at 2:30pm and slated to wrap up by 6:30pm.

The cleaner (Tracy) was certainly nice enough, but when we came back @ 6:35pm, the actual cleaning was nowhere near “deep clean” standards. Two full rooms were left untouched, the bed wasn’t made, fridge unsorted, carpets not lifted for vacuuming under, and the oven was never touched.
Not to mention our vacuum was utilized and still full of dust left in a corner..

For a service marketed as a deep clean, this felt more like a ‘vibe check”. Honestly something my husband could’ve done in a rush to clean up the house after a “boy’s weekend” whilst hungover.

They refunded half the cost, but considering the amount of work left undone and the inconvenience, that really doesn’t make up for our poor experience. I’ll be charging it back to my card for a service not delivered.

1/10 would not recommend.

Terrell is absolutely phenomenal. I’d give him more than 10/10 if I could! His attention to detail is unmatched, and he consistently leaves our home feeling refreshed and cared for. Beyond his exceptional work, he is incredibly respectful, kind, and a true pleasure to have in our space. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

This company is a joke. They lie about everything. They said they will send someone with 15 years of post construction experience, turned out Katrina don’t even know how to put a vacuum cleaner together. Second time they send Tracy, and Tracy don even have a vacuum cleaner, so I let her use mine. She did a good job but don’t have enough time to finish. Last they send Imani, they messed up the time and Imani is 90min late. She won’t clean the garage though that is in the contract. She said the company didn’t tell her is it post construction work and she is just here to do a favor for a friend. Then the company stop taking my phone calls. I ask for a vacuum of the garage and the cleaner won’t do it say it will damage equipment. I asked her to use mine and she won’t

Tracy came to clean our house and did an amazing job! She was so kind, caring, personable, and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend using her for anyone who wants a good job done on their home cleaning.

Lizzie was very thorough and thoughtful with her cleaning! She left our place spotless, and was mindful of and sweet to our animals! I would trust her with any cleaning, and feel she was worth every penny and more!

I am thoroughly impressed by the service Makayla provided as a move-out cleaning of my son’s U district apartment. Makayla arrived early, was professional, very pleasant and did an outstanding job! The apartment management required cleaning by a company that is licensed, bonded and insured and I am thankful to have found The Cleanup Guys. The booking team made it easy to reschedule from our original appointment— even to clean on New Year’s Day. Additionally, I found their pricing very reasonable. The unit looks better than when my son moved in!

Terrell and Jae came out to do a cleanup on a house we were listing. They arrived on time, fully prepared, identified the problem areas and got to work right away. They worked together, did a great job, and even made some of the areas we didn’t think could be cleaned shine up.

Would recommend them again.

First wanted to say, administration staff communication is very good (only reason why the review is not a 1 star). however, the value proposition is just not there. WAY OVER PRICED. I needed a small 1200 sq ft townhome cleaned after my tenants moved out. i was offered a "special deal" offering a free room with the cleaning. The price they offered me even WITH the "promotional" free room was 20% more than what i would pay my regular cleaners for an entire house, but the communication was great and professional so i figured i would give them a try.
When it came time for service, you can see why they company is charging the insane prices they do... overhead. Administration team seems to contract out to different cleaners, who then report back to admin team, and communicates to customer. The quality of work fell short as well. I expected a deep clean of the small townhome, but was told at end of cleaning that windows were not included. It may have been oversight on my end for not hearing that it would be extra, but for the price they charge, you really really do not get your value out of it.

I HIGHLY suggest to do some shopping around. call local small businesses that don't have to outsource or contract out their cleaners, which will lead to savings passed onto you the consumer.

Two star because they took a job they were not qualified for. I was looking for smoke odor remediation and they said they could do it. A guy showed up with Lysol, which was good for general cleaning but not good for removing lingering cigarette smells. He wiped the walls but the smell still lingered. They were nice about handling it when I raised the issue but this wasted a lot of my time.

Terrell did an amazing job handling our move out cleaning. He went above and beyond and left the place spotless. His dedication to his work was awesome and his personality was wonderful.

I can’t recommend Terrell and the Cleanup Guys enough.

Tracy did an excellent, thorough, and highly detailed cleaning—every area was carefully addressed, and no spot was left untouched. The space looked and felt noticeably cleaner, with clear attention to detail throughout. I’d absolutely recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a reliable and meticulous cleaning.

David and his team at The Cleanup Guys are incredible! My mom surprised us by sending someone over to clean our bathrooms and kitchen. She knows I’ve been ill for the past month and haven’t been able to do anything around the house. Sky came over and was absolutely incredible! She was thorough, thoughtful, and very efficient. They use eco-friendly products and I couldn’t be happier. As soon as she was done, I contacted David to ask her to come back for monthly cleans, she did such a great job! Highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs!

We needed a big clean of a smaller house. The cleaner did an excellent job, getting everything done very efficiently and got the couple spots we asked to go back for right away. Very happy with the cleaner that showed up.

I was disappointed they only sent 1 person. The house was very dirty and I communicated that multiple times. For previous move out cleans different services have sent 2 people, this needed the same. Our cleaner stayed over 8 getting as much as she could done. Would have been better with 2 people for 5-6 hours.

Met Terrell today who did our move out clean. Terrell is very Godly man who put his heart and soul into his cleaning. House is now spotless and ready for the next tenants. It was truly a blessing to have met Terrell, just wish it wasn’t on the day we were leaving town. If you want a clean house and a job well done by someone who’s guided by a higher purpose and standard, Terrell is definitely your man! The Clean Up Guys was better priced than other competitors too.

I had an amazing experience with The Cleanup Guys for my move-out cleaning! Breana was fantastic—super friendly, professional, and so thorough. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and my place looked spotless when she was done. Honestly, it looked better than when I first moved in!

Sky was amazing, she made my apartment feel fresh and new despite what she was working g with. She was very friendly, adding levity and conversation while she worked. She managed to make the apartment feel like it was brand new even with some of the more difficult areas to clean, such as the guest bathroom which had been left for me to deal with after a move-out(before and after shown in images). 5/5 star service.

The Cleanup guys sent Imani to do a deep clean of our house. First of all, it’s amazing that they are able to do such services on the weekend. Imani arrived and did a thorough walk through of the house, listened to my problem areas of my house. She did such a wonderful job, has such a close attention to detail, and is determined to get any stubborn, hard to clean areas sufficiently cleaned. The bathrooms are immaculate as well as the rest the house. Could not recommend them enough.

Terrell did a fantastic job cleaning up our bathroom and bedroom! The bathroom in particular was caked in smoking residue and he did a great job getting nearly all of it out. He also made sure our bedroom was cleared of all dust and cobwebs. On top of being professional and communicative, he took the time and effort to ensure that both rooms were clean and met our expectations. The service from these folks was impressive! Thank you!
