Tristin and his team did great work with my gutter cleaning and roof blow off. They were on time, nice, professional, and showed me pictures of the gutters both before and after the work. They cleaned up all the debris from their work and made sure I was happy with the job before they finished. They were also very communicative about their arrival time and what exactly they'd be doing. With rainy season starting, I'm glad to have everything in shape and appreciate their hard work.

We had the best experience with this team. They were on time, communicative and effective. It has been a long road in our house renovation project and this has been the ONLY portion that went 100% smooth. We will be using them yearly moving forward. Thanks, team!

Our technician, Emma, was top notch. Communication before the appointment (arrival time and note when in route) was appreciated. She was very professional and did an amazing job clearing our gutters and cleaning all the windows on our home. Definitely will us this company again and would request Emma!

Wow! Johnny Tsunami wowed with detailed and kind service. My home needed a thorough window cleaning after 2 years of construction. My 59 windows were also challenging by being high and vaulted. The windows look brand new and crystal clear! I am thrilled with the results and highly commend them and Miral with my 110% recommendation. Great service!

I recently took possession of a house that had been receiving service from Johnny Tsunami. I've continued this service & have been very happy with everything. I have scheduled return services for every 6 months. Roof spraying & moss treatment, so far. They have other services I'll probably be using too. I highly recommend them. The guys coming to do the work are very polite & professional.

The entire process of having our long overdue metal roof cleaning (our fault :) by Johnny Tsunami was great! From the initial visit and the cost estimate, through the wonderful job that Tristan did in removing all of the moss and lichen off of the entire roof was 1st class! I haven't used their services yet, but they contacted me immediately after I submitted a quote inquiry and quickly scheduled a free estimate, which I really appreciate. They also sent a calendar, which was very helpful. Will update when the work is completed.

Johnny Tsunami did a great job washing the windows of my house last year, so this year I hired them to clean my roof, deck, and front path. Ty and his team did an awesome job. Not only does everything look like new, but soft-washing was much gentler than power-washing. Highly recommend!

Emma was amazing! Thorough, efficient, great communication. It was a pleasure to have her here and I completely trusted her abilities cleaning my two roofs. She did an excellent job.
I do wish that Johnny Tsunami's workplace policy was to have two technicians working together for safety. No fault of the technicians, but as a company policy, having two staff working in high places would be prudent.

I contracted Johnny Tsunami for cleaning of my metal roof, and the 2-person crew (led by Michael) did a fantastic job. The roof looks like new, all debris was cleaned up and carted off to my yard debris pile and the surroundings of the house were left completely clean. Communication before and after was great (and I got good pictures of the "before" and "after" on my roof). Not cheap, but worth it to preserve my roof!

Michael educated us about the benefits of using bleach on our metal roof. We knew that we did not want bleach and requested it when we set pup the job order. I respect his opinion both Michael and Lane did a good job..

Alex Schmidt did a great job for us. He was very prompt and professional. He cleaned our roofs and gutters for the house and three outbuildings. He made sure nothing was damaged by the cleaner, and cleaned up after the job very well. We would definitely have him back to do more work as needed. Thank you for a job well done!

Tristin arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly and did an awesome job with a super positive attitude! He took pictures of the roof to keep on file and took extra care to make sure my plants were safe and watered them on top of it. He also went the extra mile and helped my husband figure out our bird problem. Great job! The company is efficient, communicates well, and offers fair pricing compared to some others in the area. Highly recommend!

First JP Nunez a customer service rep came out and did the initial review and estimate. He was very professional and efficient and amazingly polite. Once the service people came out Michael Crawford and another associate they were extremely fast, detailed polite. They did a wonderful job and I couldn’t recommend them any higher. They are five star outfit Thank you Johnny tsunami!

The job was done fine. The communication was poor. We had to make 4 calls because we kept getting one appointment time missed after another, and nobody called to explain they weren’t on going to be on time.

First appointment was scheduled 9-11 am. We called and they said oops, 1:30 pm. They didn’t show up until 3:30 pm. We ended up spending the whole day at home waiting, which shouldn’t have been necessary.

Very glad I called Johnny Tsunami! They were professional, did a great job cleaning my horribly mossy roof and dirty windows. More than happy to be able to put them on my annual maintenance list to have them back in the future! Score!!!

Great company for tile roofing! The estimator was thorough and answered any question we had. The office team did a great job with listening to our concerns and scheduling around our tight schedule. The techs arrived promptly and quickly handled the cleaning of my roof and siding. They spent time to explain the process and sent before and after photos. I had one downspout that was clogged and difficult to clear but they were able to get it taken care of. Excellent service. Would recommend to anyone wanting their house cleaned and looking like new again. Thanks Alex and Michael.

Did a great job. Moss on garage roof was really bad.
House roof looks brand new.
Workers were polite. I wish they could have picked up more of the moss on the one side of garage.
The only complaint I have is they forgot to close gate. Lucky I checked before letting out the dog. They were not the first service person to leave gate open, so I always check
