Can't comment on their *actual work* but helping saving like 40 dogs in minutes means they think quickly sooo 5 stars.
-
Honest, friendly and thorough. We use PSR for maintenance on our industrial refrigerators and ice machines.

Had work done on the hvac they charged me $700.00 the next day it stopped working again and he came out and they charged me $1000.00 dollars more. I called and asked why I'm being charged twice to fix the same problem and was given no real answer besides pay it. Not very happy with being double charged

Top notch, professional company. We use them for all of our larger projects in our school district. PSR does the work the way it’s supposed to be done.
-
Letting 5 people cut you off on the highway does not make you a safe driver.
No need to be an unnecessary nice driver, this causes unwanted traffic in the back.

Since we contacted with PSR, we do not have to worry about any of our HVAC system. It's 100% covered no matter what. If you own a building, PSR is a necessity.
-
Ever since PSR Mechanical took over our HVAC maintenance system, we don't even worry about any issues. In case we have some issues, they come out right away and we have one less thing to worry about in our office. If you own a building, I strongly suggest you should call PSR.

These are the folks you want to call if you are in an office with HVAC and it is your responsibility to maintain it. I had a unit go out and called PSR, they had someone out right away. The gentlemen was professional and fast at getting our HVAC back up working. It was a hot day so we really appreciated the fast and professional service.
-
PSR is the epitome of professionalism. They are truly experts in their field and communicate well with their customers to ensure they are well informed about their systems so that quality decisions can be made. Never having to worry about being nickel and dimed is a wonderful thing.

Was reached out to by this company regarding potentially sale of their HVAC services. The gentleman that reached out to me, Keaton, was friendly and forthcoming but seemed extremely fresh faced and new. Also, didn’t really seem like a local to the area. Being from Seattle, I do like dealing with folks who are from the area and know the area like I do, but that was just me being a bit judgmental. Perhaps I just am a fan of the Seattle flair and would have vibed with somebody who was from the area more - the poor review is because he put me in touch with his sales manager, Cori. Unfortunately, Cori seemed very out of touch and was more focused on talking about herself than the product or services she could provide - or me, the customer. I think in the time we spoke I was able to get out two lines of dialogue before she began ranting about how great she was again, ultimately turning me away from the company and losing her account executive a potential sale.

Although I haven't had the chance to be a customer (yet), watching the videos online of how you/your employees stepped up yesterday to open your location up to dozens of dogs running loose after the fire at the doggie daycare, shows what a class act business you truly are. Thank you for helping save so many fur baby lives yesterday by giving them a safe enclosed location and keeping them out of traffic. I hope to be a customer in the future. Thank you!!

Our AC unit is working perfectly again. Thanks to Seattle Heating & Cooling. The technician did a great job.

Swapping out the old dial for a sleek digital thermostat, the HVAC technician demonstrated true expertise and efficiency. Within 45 minutes, my system felt brand new, and now my home’s temperature is consistently perfect. It was a pleasure watching a professional who genuinely knows their craft, and I'm thrilled with the seamless installation. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs!

This business tried to charge me charge me 1,500$ for a 60$ part of being that I could of installed myself.
-
The job was way over priced, call center unhelpful with resolving my issues post job.
-
This organization acts as a call center and dispatches unqualified technicians. This place is a scam. The address is not accurate. People who they send out do not hold the appropriate license to work on residential HVAC systems in WA.
-
The technician was incredibly respectful of our home and our time. That goes a long way, truly appreciated.

I would give these people 0 stars.
First they arrived 1 HOUR LATE AFTER the 3 HOUR window they said would come by.
In addition, the technician that came by was not experienced enough to be working on a Furnace. He failed to properly diagnose the problem. What is most frustrating is modern furnaces have a control board that will help tell you what is wrong. Based on that error code, he DID NOT do the basic trouble shooting with the error code I had. He fixated on another component and insisted that was the problem.
At the end I was stuck with a $160 bill for a service call with an improper diagnose.
I am not a HVAC tech, but I can read the maintenance manual and do basic research. I can explain what each individual component does.
The tech was unable to get the furnace to work. I was able to get it to work. I did have to bypass a specific component, but if these tech’s can’t do it. But I can with some YouTube research and a maintenance manual. That should be the verdict for you to RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
In addition, they have failed to present me with their License with WA state’s L&I (Labor and Industries) that they have a specialty contractor’s license to work on HVAC systems.
TLDR: DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
