Simon came today and did an amazing job cleaning out our ducts! He was personable and explained everything clearly. He was very thorough and gave extra attention to places that required it! Cleaned out every single vent. Took his time and never felt rushed. Even came on a Sunday for those that can stay home on a weekday. The quote was clear with no hidden fees and the pricing was very fair! We highly recommend Starducts!!!

My dryer went was clogged by a large brush and he took it out and flushed the whole vent. The vent was almost 15ft high. Did a great job!

Simon did a fantastic job cleaning our dryer vents, he found this screen that shouldn’t have been in the dryer vent that was causing a blockage and he cleared it out and replaced our vent. Our dryer is hard to service as it’s stacked on our washer on the 3rd floor but he was able to get it cleaned out and fixed just fine. We would definitely hire him again!

Cleaner air. The whole house felt so much cleaner just from having done this cleaning. We hadn’t ever had one done since we moved in and it was likely to have never been done before us. Wish we had done it sooner. Simon is a great and friendly service provider and happy to share what he is doing along the way. We got a few quotes but not only was theirs the best it was also the speediest and easiest to communicate with throughout the scheduling and process. They sent us several pieces of information before starting and were up front about all aspects of the job. Easy to see their quality work and responsive after when we had questions. Get cleaned up now with these guys.

I had Star ducts visit my property and clean the ducts on 18th December 2024. They charged me $545 for the service and provided me a report stating that the ducts have been cleaned and that I don’t need to worry for next 3-5 years. While I didn’t think much, I had been noticing that the heating vents were not blowing enough warm air as in the past. Last week, I then called another HVAC company to check the furnace and the heating pump. They blamed the dirt in the vents and found a lot of grime in both inlet and outlet ducts. Photos attached. I am still not clear what the guy from Star Ducts actually do. My only learning is that this company is clearly a scam.

Starducts did a phenomenal job! From the get go, Shimon was committed to customer service and made sure the pricing was clear and transparent. When he got here, he quickly diagnosed how he would need to clean the roof and also repaired our disconnected dryer vent. He’s an expert in the field, very professional and friendly, and is great at what he does! We will definitely be rebooking next year.

Simon does an excellent job. We were duped by the previous vent cleaners who charged us money but didn't really clean. Simon walked us through the process and showed us things that were important for us to know. He didn't cut corners and took double the estimated time to do the job thoroughly. I will highly commend Star Duct and Simon.

Nasser cleaner our dryer vents and was very helpful and professional! We live in an older home and helped identify where the exterior vent was located and advised us on how to keep our home safe from potential fire hazards (main reason why we wanted our dryer vent cleaned!). We would recommend StarDucts to anyone and plan to use them again in the future!

We had fo much fun seeing him clean our vents pulling our old clothes fuses, kids 🧸 toys. My 20yo son jaw dropped when he saw his old toys and it was an instant trip to a Memory Lane.

Simon was great! Did an inspection of our dryer and dryer vent. Cleaned out our vent. Cleaned up really well and made sure he closed our dog gate behind him. Very thoughtful very professional. Would have Simon back out for sure!
