Cj did a complete plumbing inspection for us today-he was very thorough and took time to explain everything he was doing. It was part of our annual plan and we were impressed with the detailed review and recommendations.

No complaints. Was on time, efficient let me know what all my options were. Didn't try to upsell. Would absolutely use again !

Taylor changed out some wall heaters and installed a kitchen chandelier for me. He was very helpful and professional and I’d highly recommend him and Seatown to anyone needing electrical work done. I also appreciate the timeliness of the service and updates when the arrival time slid slightly.

Macalan serviced our heating system today. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Macalan also went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results of today's visit. We will be asking for him by name for future maintenance services from Seatown.

Jacky Wong came to my house on an urgent need. He introduced himself, diagnosed the situation and gave me the opportunity to sign for work to be done. The work was not easy, but I heard no complaints from him as he worked. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and I was informed that there is a one year warranty against leaks.

Clay Swanson was so helpful! He cleaned out my drains and was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Kyle was kind and was able to find the issue and get my oven working again, and informed me of steps I will need to take in the future to get my power up to what needs to be to operate my appliance efficiently. Didn't end up going with Seatown but wanted to leave a review with their practices and quotes, which are completely outrages and 2x all 5 other bids I received. They're trained to talk to you for TWO HOURS, with 1.5hrs of hard selling & peer pressuring. Did not cave into the sales pitch, and I'm constantly getting spammed by their texts & emails. If you're looking for HVAC related projects, I highly recommend others and to avoid Seatown.

Highly recommend Austin service provider. Very time efficient, took photos, provided detailed clear explanation of findings/recommendations. Very informative general preventative inspection of plumbing in condo, built 1969, 2 bathrooms, galvanized pipes, electric hot water heater.

Seatown has been so great for all of our heating and air needs. Our technician Patric always shows up with a smile on his face and does a great job with the work he does. Today he installed an air filtration system for us (which is already working great!) and was super patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Patric and Seatown.

Today my plumbing technician was
Clay Swanson. This is the second time Clay has been here. First time was redoing the plumbing under the kitchen sink. The price was very reasonable and the work was done perfectly by a master plumber. Clay sold me on Seatown and I asked for him to be dispatched today for an estimate to install a walk-in shower. The quote was half of what I expected. Im disabled and having a company with great knowledgeable people who you can trust is very important. Clay is that person!

CJ did a great job at my plumbing inspection. They were very thorough and explained everything. Additionally, they followed up with to ensure I was scheduled for the necessary work as well as after the work was completed to make sure I was taken care of. CJ is the essence of excellent customer service!

I always have a great experience with Seatown, all of the service providers are excellent from the phone operators to the service technicians. My technician Macalan was exceptional, he explained every step of the process, explained how parts of the furnace worked and how the filters and regular maintenance extend the life of my furnace.

Seatown’s technicians being prompt, up front about what’s needed, responsive to my questions, and trustworthy with estimated repair times and costs is why I’d trust any future repairs to Seatown. Here’s my latest experience:

After a long search, I’m thrilled to have chosen Seatown. Annual maintenance, part of Seatown’s annual service plan (highly recommend!), was trusted to Ty, Patric, Austin, and Mitchel. Each technician clearly explained what they were doing and, after close inspections of the entire house, what they found. Each articulated the difference between “nice to fix” and “must fix”—I had a few of both—code updates since the property was built, and when suggested repairs could be made. It was fast and easy to schedule the follow-on repair crew, Jason, David, and Patric, who, though good electronic record-keeping, had an excellent sense of the nature of the problems, what was needed, and how long each issue would take to resolve. All work was done to the highest standards, making it easy to refer Seatown to my neighbors.

Edit: Tacoma power came out and said the breaker on the new rv hookup is not the right amp breaker switch.

My grandmother paid to have a shore power hook-up added to her house and the worker hit our water line going into the house and pumped a bucket of dirt and rocks into our system and its in the toilet water tanks our water heaters and it jambed up a outside water spigot and its dripping the last week or more in this freezing weather. They will not return the call to my grandmother or my father. We will be contacting an attorney soon if this isnt resolved.

The technician, Jasper, arrived and was very courteous. He had shoe covers and explained in detail what he would be doing before the furnace maintenance started. In less than an hour, he completed my furnace maintenance and inspection. I appreciated his attention to detail and recommendations before I paid my bill. This experience is why I would use Seatown again in the future.
