Mark (owner) and Kyle (install tech) were both super professional and helpful through the process of procuring and installing my new system. They were knowledgeable, and I appreciated that when I dropped in to see how work was progressing, Kyle always took time to show me the details of the progress and make sure I approved of everything as it was done. Mark was helpful in all the coordination, quickly getting his crew out to repair any drywall after the install and address inspector feedback to seal the external conduit housing to prevent rodent access to the attic (something I typically don’t see on most heat pump systems). Go green is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable - recommend them to anyone looking to replace or improve their system in Seattle.

What can I say, I’m throughly impressed by the great service Jeremy and the Go Green Heating & Air Conditioning team has provided. And would recommend their services to any family and friend, with no hesitation.

With the crazy heat waves in Seattle these last few summers we decided to hire Go Green to help with installing a Mini-Split system to provide A/C in our living room and master bed room on a positive recommendation from our neighbors

Jeremy initially came out last year to help us with assessing our needs and provided a detailed quote with clear breakdown on parts, labor, permits, electrical install, and warranties. They were also able to pass down rebates from the city and manufacture which made us feel great about the pricing.

After booking the install in early Jun it took Go Green about 1.5 months to get installers out in mid Jul. Gavin was the onsite team lead, he was professional, clearly walked us through the install process and expectations, while following up on a few tweaks we had asked for throughout the install process. One first day they installed all the interior units, and on the second day they connected up all the electrical wiring and got the units working.

One hiccup that ended up being the highlight of our experience with Go Green was their ownership around a mistake the electrical subcontractors made. On the second day the electrical subcontractors drilled six larger 6” whole around our main electrical breaker. We had not expected this level of work on our home, and was disappointed to find out that the electrician wouldn’t cover the drywall repairs. However Jeremy stepped up and offer to fix the drywall issues at no cost to us. Over 6 days they came out and got our home fixed back its original state with texturing, primer and paint matching, all with clear communications throughout.

If there was an option to give 6-star review I would totally have provided.

Edit: Changing to 5 stars. The company has demonstrated a sustained commitment to resolving all issues to my satisfaction.

Original Review:
The product installation (6 months in) seems mostly great, but the communication and follow-through were bad (and continue to be bad).

The main problem was that the salesperson said a number of things that turned out not to be true (sometimes in writing). Once the workmen (who were excellent) were on-site they corrected the situation, but by then, decisions had already been made based on what the sales guy said. The whole process would've been a lot smoother for both me and Go Green if the sales guy hadn't said things that turned out not true.

While the workmen were great, communication and follow-through with the main office was not:
1. One day the workmen didn't show up. It wasn't until I called the office at 10am that I found out they had been reassigned that day without telling me.
2. Go Green didn't schedule any of the inspections until after I reminded them (a month after the completed install).

My main sticking point with the install was that the wall-mount installation they did is vibrating the entire wall of the house (including the electrical panel). I have tried contracting Go Green multiple times via both phone and email but they've completely ghosted me.

After months and months of trying to get the company that installed my heat pump system to fix an issue and being told I'd have to pay $1,000 for something the should have done to begin with (dampers under the condenser's feet since it was attached to the side of the house), I called Go Green for help since a friend recommended them. From the start, they took the time to send an email after our call to get clarification and to make suggestions, and then sent out a great technician to take a look to see what could be done. There was also an issue with one of the head units not cooling down as well as the others.

Anyway, instead of giving me the runaround, he told me what could easily be done to fix the miserable droning noise we'd been enduring for months and months, and also addressed the head unit issue. Later that week, they came out and did what we discussed and the charge was so very reasonable. I literally NEVER hear the condenser anymore. It's been a god send and I will always use this company for anything HVAC related.

We hired Go-Green to install a Mitsubishi system consisting of a wall-mounted outdoor compressor, attic heat exchanger, and ducting and vents throughout our house. During the project Mark, Kelli, Jeremy, and Abel from Go-Green were communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. Jeremy in particular was excellent and helped us narrow down on the right system type, system sizing, and several other aspects of the project.

Once the project started the Go-Green employees were very nice. There were some issues during the install: the wrong hardware showed up originally, a worker slipped and put their hand through the ceiling, and originally the coolant lines weren't routed where we had asked for. But every single issue was corrected quickly and to our satisfaction. Their installation foreman Abel was excellent, he truly cared about the quality of the work and paid attention to the details once he arrived at our job.

Mark Strok is the owner and we chatted several times on the phone throughout the install. He really impressed us with his responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to make sure things were correct and we were happy. We ended up with a system we love and a warm house!

Nice clean bid and install of a Mitsubishi split system. Ac and heat pump. Price competitive. Well recommended by previous customer.

Installers Andre' and Kyle, and the electrician (sorry I lost his name) who ran the required heavy #10 electrical line for the outside compressor unit, all had to work around probs caused by the house being both 97 yr old and brick sheathed. Did this with skill and attention to homeowners requests and the house's tricky requirements. Nice neat job; all buttoned up.

Crew chief/site rep Vlad explained the options well when spec-ing the job, and Andre did so explaining how to operate the control units for the inside heads. If there turn out to be any loose ends, I'm sure GoGreen will look after us.

Go Green installed a new ducted heat pump system for us to replace electric baseboard heating. They were able to get the install done very shortly after signing the service contract, and we are beyond happy with the new system!

Everybody we worked with from Go Green, ranging from the rep who created our quote to the crew that installed the system and the billing department (Robin) was extremely kind and professional. We will be contacting Go Green for our HVAC needs in the future and cannot recommend them enough!

I got a Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat unit installed. Andrey, the main technician that installed it was friendly, professional and kind. He also had a great assistant Jaime helping him out. And let's not forget Vlad, Max and Robin! The entire team provided excellent service. Good job, GoGreen! Thank you!

Best experience - I highly recommend. Replaced our furnace and added air conditioning. The experience was easy and professional from start to finish. They always arrived right on time, cleaned everything when they left, and even came back to drywall after completion. I ended up hiring them to do another electrical project 6 months later. Joe McMillan was so great to work with both times. Honest, reliable, informative, fast and so easy to communicate with before, during and after completion. I would very confidently recommend Joe and GoGreen to any of my friends (and already have).

I had an unusual order online and it changed during the process. They were very good and handling the changes and keeping it easy.

Disappointed. Called to get availability on some commercial heaters and was told a minimum of 30 days. Not even a time frame but the minimum amount of days meaning it could take way longer. That's ridiculous. It doesn't matter how good your products are if they are unobtainable.

Representatives at this company weather for purchasing or for technical advice are very knowledgeable and patient in helping make sure that you get exactly what you need whether it is a question answered or the right piece of equipment for your needs !!! AAA+++AAA Roger N.
