Fischer recently installed a total conversion from gas furnace to heat pump at our home. The technicians arrived on time every day, kept the spaces where they worked tidy and clean, and, most importantly, both the A/C and heat appear to be working well. There was a glitch at the office with timing the arrival of the electrician, but our project manager addressed it quickly. We also appreciated that Fischer provided overall oversight; the project manager came to check on the job midway through.

We hired Go Green to install AC units in our home last week and they did an amazing job. The whole process was easy and the installation went quickly. They were very professional and super helpful, especially Andre who went above and beyond for us. We would recommend them to anyone.

Mark and his team are really amazing. They are very responsive, thorough and diligent in their work. I have worked with them on a few projects so far.
We are planning on working with Go green for all our AC needs in future. In fact, we decided to hire the team for an AC installation on another home

Project 1: We had found a leak in one of our ACs. Another AC company had quoted us that we needed to replace the entire AC unit (even though it was less than 3 years old) and we grew suspicious of their diagnosis and roped in Go Green to come check it out and give a second opinion.

Go green found the root cause right away and fixed it in a couple of hours.

I cannot recommend them enough - they are very reliable and trustworthy, and those are hard traits to find in any business! You won't go wrong!!

Project 2: I worked on another project with Go green on installing an AC on existing refrigerant line and go green found a leak on that.

They took full ownership of fixing the leak and went above and beyond to make sure my issue was fixed. They spent a whole day trying to identify the root cause of the leak, and suggesting multiple alternative approaches to fix it. I cannot recommend and thank them enough!

Go Green Heating & Air Conditioning performed admirably installing a split AC unit for my condominium. Installation was quick and efficient. The install team was courteous and respectful of my home, keeping it clean and tidy as they went. The cost was well within my budget and less than I thought I’d spend. Financing was easy as well. Overall, I’m very pleased.

We selected Go-Green to install a new heat pump using our existing ducts. Go Green installed my heat pump system - 6 mini splits on 3 floors, a compressor, and a Sanden heat pump. The system has worked flawlessly for 4.5 years now and the service techs are always friendly and thorough. Go Green!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Go green heating and A/C. They installed the system a year ago, right at the tail end of the pandemic with all the supply chain issues, but Mark worked with us to ensure we get the unit we wanted and fits the spec for our location. Installation was smooth and the system has been working great.

GoGreen diagnosed the problems with my Mitsubishi mini-split system—fan motor and compressor had both crapped out. I opted to upgrade to the hyper-heat version and they installed it. Both techs—Hakan who did the diagnostic work and suggested repairs, and Andre who did the installation of the new system—were great. They were informative and helpful and conscientious. Accordingly, I highly recommend GoGreen.

Whether you are switching from another energy source to heating with an electric heat pump, or replacing your old heat pump as I was, you need to do your research. You can learn a lot from online opinions. You will find, however, that it is the expertise of your HVAC company that you must rely on for system design, sizing, setup, and safety.
I thoroughly checked out several HVAC companies. Go Green Heating & Air Conditioning in Seattle was at the top of my list due to many recommendations from neighbors. Further research revealed a stellar business reputation. I was so happy to find that Go Green specializes in the two brands that currently rate highest in customer satisfaction and durability.
The process of working with Go Green was a team effort from beginning to end. The sales department patiently worked with me every step of the way as I decided on the model I wanted. There were a lot of choices, and I had a lot of questions.
The installation crew was amazing. There is so much detailed technical work involved, not just the heavy lifting. They were tireless, exacting, and also super considerate. Later, I discovered that they had even repaired a part on my water heater from a different company, that had come loose.

Our gas furnace was well past its expiration date so we decided to install a new furnace. We wanted a company that has been in business more than a few years, had great reviews and sold name brand quality products. But, I also wanted to make sure I was getting a fair price. Go Green Heating checked all of these boxes. They were professional and thorough and they always had the safety of our family and their crew in mind as the project progressed. They simply stuck to the original bid specifications and completed the project to our great satisfaction. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. Definitely give them a chance if you are considering any type of heating or A/C.

Bought AC from Go Green after receiving two bids. Go Green's was lower/better, they could install it sooner and came up with great recommendations. The estimator/account manager was super knowledgeable as he'd been a tech prior. The two techs who performed the install were fantastic. Super professional, efficient, great communicators and cleaned up really well. Helped think through the routing of materials to make it a super clean install. Highly recommend this firm.

We bought a single family house where they were the installer. They apparently oversold a commercial system to the previous owner: the system installed appeared to used instead of brand new, the control board installed was broken within a year of installation, the control system was for commercial applications with legacy thermostat and proprietary wiring and control board. It would be a headache to revert to traditional thermostat or to install smart thermostat because they installed the legacy EIM module with very poor self-serviceable support.

Why would anyone want a commercial HVAC system in their home just to control a heat pump and a furnace? Like why would you need an EIM in the first place? It just bind the owner to the legacy and proprietary Honeywell system so they can come and “maintain”

I called here to get my Heat-N-Glo fireplace fixed because this place had a great rating on Yelp. Mark is a very friendly guy and did a great job fixing my fireplace. I’m very happy but if I had to point out one thing, my original appointment was on Monday the 21st at 9am and I had to get a permission from my boss to come to work in the afternoon that day. No one showed up even after 930am so I was going to call them but then I found out that he sent me email saying he won’t make it that day due to some last minute trouble. He did send me the email at 630am but I don’t check my emails that often and it being the day of the appointment, I wish he had called instead of emailed... but perhaps he didn't want to wake me up that early... :)

Yet, all in all, I’m very satisfied. One part needed to be replaced and he drove all the way to Tacoma! (from my house in Renton) to get it for me instead of trying to come on another day so he can get it done on one day. Things like this and again, Mark being a very nice guy in addition to reasonable price, I think this place deserves 5 stars.

If you’re in doubt, think about this... why is he getting great ratings here and also on Yelp as well? Don’t hesitate... call this place and ask for Mark :)

I'd like to particularly say how thoughtful, knowledgeable and resourceful Andre was at installing our unit in an aesthetically attractive manner. He took the time to make sure everything was laid out in an organized way and not just randomly run across exterior siding as is too often the case with these mini-split installations. He gets my highest rating.

The same goes for Go Greens Electrician, Joe McMillian. He took extra hours to make sure everything was in rigid and run along eaves and down corner molding. It looks clean and professional. Really good electrician. Also my highest rating

Go Green is outstanding in every way. We had a stellar experience with them, starting with their creative idea about how best to work with our upstairs that did not have an air return, all the way through installation and returning to fix a couple of minor issues. The installers were fantastic - smart, creative, considerate , and very clean. Also, their price was extremely competitive! We couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish. We've been using Go Green for a couple of years now for maintenance on our Fujitsu mini splits that we inherited when we moved into our townhome.

They really came through for us on a recent leak repair that took several visits to resolve. When the issue wasn't fixed after the initial visit, the office manager Robin was very responsive in getting us on the calendar for follow-ups. Our technician, Brandon, was always transparent in explaining what the issues and options were, and helped us address some issues from the builder's initial install.

We look forward to continuing to use Go Green for our HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone else in the area!

I called Go Green to fix a broken baseboard heater, and they were great! They communicated well, including warning me when they were stuck in traffic (they still made it well within the window we'd scheduled.) Joe diagnosed the problem correctly, which Beacon somehow could not managed to do, and did the repair at a price less than a third of Beacon's estimate. I'm very impressed, and will call again if I need other HVAC or electrical repairs around the house.
