Incredible service at a great price! I was so impressed by how attentive Loren was when he came by our home for a complimentary quote. He took the time to walk me through our options, laying out different quotes as we explored not just replacing our furnace but getting a higher efficiency system.

We were able to schedule a service within a week of putting a down payment. Andrey did such a great job with the installation. He also made sure to walk us through the set up of the thermostat and proper maintenance of the equipment, as well as answer all of our questions.

Go Green Heating AC & Electric provided outstanding service from start to finish. The customer service rep who helped schedule my appointment was incredibly helpful, she walked me through exactly what I would need and, just as importantly, what I wouldn’t need, which I really appreciated. The technician, Hakan, was amazing! He was extremely informative, took the time to help me understand how all my systems work in my home, and even went above and beyond by checking on a few additional things that weren’t part of the original request. Truly helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommend!

We really appreciated that Go Green Heating was transparent about the bidding process. Other HVAC providers have not only been more expensive, but they have failed to provide the details that would make their hourly rates for labor and their markups apparent. Go Green, in contrast, provided a breakdown in their bid for materials and labor based on a stated hourly rate, and they were willing to have us provide our own electrician for the job, since he was already here for another project. The installer was on time and completed the job competently and efficiently. He volunteered helpful information about our heat pump in a respectful manner.

Extremely satisfied with the performance and professionalism of this company. Their quote was detailed and transparent, and our installation team leader Vlad was accessible and communicated really well with us through the process and got the job done on time. Highly recommend them.

Go Green did a great job from start to finish! When getting a quote they thought about aesthetics (which no other companies mentioned), explained how all the units worked, and were very competitive on price. After the initial quote they helped tailor the system to our specific needs as we better understood our needs.

During the install they were professional, careful, and thoughtful during the entire process. They explained the plan, worked efficiency, and were able to overcome a small issue while still finishing under scheduled time. I'd highly recommend Go Green to anyone.

Very easy to schedule appointments and communicate with.

Denys was the technician who came to my home. He was very clear, efficient, and knowledge and went above and beyond to make sure my mitsubishi mini split was running like new. He also gave me some good advice on how to maintain it.

Great product and service. They installed a new furnace and heat pump to replace a 16 year old gas furnace. Communication was clear and the staff is professional.

Very impressed with the service from Go Green! Got 3 ductless mini splits installed in our townhouse by Andrey and he was fantastic, professional, efficient, and very friendly. He even said hi to our dog and was very patient as we moved the dog around our townhouse to avoid too much interaction. All the communication from Go Green sales & service (Josh and Robin) was also a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

We had our Mitsubishi heat pump installed by Go Green in 2021 and continue to receive excellent service from this company. Not only were we thrilled with the original installation but the maintenance service has been stellar. Recently we noticed that the cooling function of our system wasn't operating up to standard and during a maintenance visit this month (May 2025) Go Green tech Hakan discovered an issue between the off-brand thermostat and the Mitsubishi heat pump. They took care of this problem immediately at no charge. Stellar service like this has made us very happy customers of Go Green and we highly recommend this company for both heat pump installation as well as service maintenance. Thank you Go Green!

We had a great experience with Go Green with our HVAC / mini-split project. Vlad went above and beyond when inspecting our home and getting everything squared away prior to install. Then Andre and Joe were extremely professional and efficient during the 1.5 day install. Can’t recommend enough!

We've hired Go Green twice - once for a through minisplit cleaning and once to install an additional minisplit and to upgrade our heat pump. Both times they were easy to work with and communication was great! We had Go Green scope out the heat pump upgrade last summer, and never felt any pressure from them to move forward with it (we decided on our own this Spring and contacted them again). Andrey handled our heat pump + new minisplit install and was friendly and professional. He gave us some tips on maintenance as well. Overall would recommend.

Juan from Go Green did an excellent job servicing our ductless heat pumps.
He arrived on time and was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. He was also a delight to talk to and very gracious in answering many questions about our system.
Because of this great experience, we plan to have Go Green come out every year and do the annual maintenance of our heat pumps.

    TL;DR:
I had a great experience with Go Green on a previous install, so I hired them again for a new ADU project. Things started off well, but during the final install, a missing control wire became an issue. Despite them running the lines, they’re now saying it’s my responsibility, want to charge $1500 to fix it, and won’t cover drywall damage. Communication has since gone silent. Disappointed, especially after such a positive first experience.

Let me start by saying that I previously hired Go Green to install a mini split at my former home to replace a broken furnace, and I was extremely pleased with both the installation and the team’s communication. They were professional, collaborative, and helped us find the best solution for our space.

Because of that great experience, I reached out to them again when it came time to install a mini split in a newly built ADU in my backyard. Their sales team was once again helpful and responsive—offering multiple options within my budget and working with us early in the construction process to ensure the lines could be run inside the walls. Since my father is a licensed electrician, we opted to handle the electrical work ourselves, just as we had done previously. Go Green had no issue with this approach the first time, and we were under the impression that it would be the same this time around.

On the day the lines were installed, both the installer and sales rep came out, walked us through the plan, and coordinated with our general contractor. It was noted in passing that we’d be using our own electrician, but no further discussion took place about wiring responsibilities.

A couple of months later, once the interior was ready, we scheduled the final installation. The appointment was originally set for 8:00–8:30 AM, but the night before, I was informed it had to be pushed to 12:00–12:30 PM due to an emergency. I adjusted my schedule and took a half day off work to accommodate.

During the install, the technician (Andre) mentioned that a control wire was missing and that they’d need to cut into the drywall to adjust the condensation pipe. We agreed to the drywall change, but noted that if the control wire was missing, it should be addressed by Go Green since they had run the lines.

After the install, the team left without further discussion. When I followed up, I was told by the installer that the control wire was our responsibility because we used our own electrician. He claimed this had been communicated months earlier, but none of us recall that conversation. I reached out to Vlad, our sales rep, to explain the situation and the complications now involved in retrofitting the wire through finished, insulated walls.

Vlad was understanding and said he’d speak with the owner. A few days later, I received an email stating that Go Green would not take responsibility for the missing wire, but would install it for an additional $1,500—and would not cover any drywall damage caused in the process.

Since then, I've reached out to Vlad and Mark (previous sales rep I worked with) but haven’t received a response. The answering service has been courteous and assures me my messages are being passed along, but it feels like I’m being ignored.

It’s disappointing, especially after such a positive first experience. It seems like a mistake was made during the install, and rather than owning it, the company is shifting blame and avoiding communication.

Thank you to the team for putting together my mini split units, they were quick with installations on a last minute project. They even came to fix the units that no longer worked for a fair price. Highly recommend Andre and his team

Juan was amazing! He came out to clear a couple of our condensate lines and reconnect and tape some line to PVC joints. He also took the unexpected discovery of a hornet's nest in stride. He obviously takes great pride in what he does and knows what he is doing. Very personable and patient as we asked him a whole list of questions about how everything worked. Best tech we have had from Go Green, and they've all been great so that's saying something. Robin who booked the appointment was also great to work with. Thank you!

The installation went very smoothly. The whole crew, including Andre the electrician, left the place cleaner than they found it. They were also happy to explain how the heat pump was set up without the mansplaination. That was my favorite part. 😊

Can’t recommend Go Green enough. We recently had a 4-head Mitsubishi heat pump installed for our home. From the estimate with Vlad to installation with Kyle and Tyler, everything went smoothly and professionally. They work with the best products available in the US, had the best pricing of the quotes we received, were incredibly polite and respectful at every step of the way, and finished the installation ahead of schedule. The employees even mentioned that it’s a great company to work for, which speaks volumes.

I had a fantastic experience with Go Green and my mini-split install today! I looked at a few companies and got quotes but Go Green was the most reasonable and didn’t try to upsell me. The day of the install was so smooth and the guys (Chris, Nick and Gavin) were all nice, outgoing, respectful and made me feel comfortable with the work that was happening. They predicted the work would take 2 days but they were able to finish in 1! It’s 82 degrees out right now and my living room is a comfortable 67. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I had three techs from another company y come out and look at my furnace (two techs and a salesman really) each one telling me something different with the last two say the unit was completely shot and had to be replaced.

The team at Go Green were out the next day for a second opinion and had it up and running in 20 minutes.

Unit still needs to be replaced in near future but it’s no longer a must do immediately situation.

Broken from day one, then ghosted. We had a 3 unit mini-split installed by go-green a few years ago. For the past couple seasons, we started subtly noticing that maybe the units weren't cooling and heating very well - but with mini-splits you sometimes wonder if you haven't just started them soon enough and let them run long enough or whatever, so we weren't sure. Finally, it became obvious that there was something wrong with the cooling, so we called to try to get service, but they were several days out to help us, and it was getting really hot. So we tried someone else, and found out that the system was slowly leaking coolant from day one, and we also had to pay $2200 for extra troubleshooting due to go-green not labeling the wires and tubes, which is common practice. So, I know companies and people make mistakes, but the reason for the one star review is that I have tried to contact go-green by email and phone for over two weeks, was told that I would receive a reply, and still nothing. So, poor workmanship, and lack of accountability. I highly recommend using a different company for your AC needs.

We met with Loren of GoGreen to discuss heat pump options. We ended up going with another company only because of unusual design due to remodel we did several years ago. But Loren is really good, and we would definitely recommend him and Go Green if you are looking for upfront, no games, knowledgeable and patient to handle all your questions.
