Our water leak issues in multiple places (faucets and valves) in our house fixed in no time. And all this is done with friendly and respectful manner. We also got advice on how to keep things running ourselves. In summary, I was very happy with Seatown (especially Clay and Ryan that helped us)

Found seatown a few years ago when our furnace died in the middle of a cold streak. They came right out and helped us get up and going. Now we have them coming out twice a year to service our hvac system… and we have the same guy each time. He knows us, knows our system and remembers or has notes on all the work he’s done for us!

Clay Swanson from Seatown was kind, courtesy, professional, and knowledgeable. We had an emergency call in which Clay discovered the pipe for our hot water tank sprung a leak. He communicated throughout the whole process on the best way to reach the leaking pipe and fix it. He also called Pure Dry Restoration to get them started on dehumidify our family room and to assess any further damage caused by the leaky pipe. Clay assessed the situation carefully and thoroughly to get us on the right path. Thank you 😊

Ty did a great job installing the bath fan at my house. I had tried (and failed) to do it myself, so was really glad to have Ty come in and do a thorough job, making sure it was all set up properly in the duct work, tidying up the electrical box and getting us good to go.

Ty was also tidy and respectful of our house, as well thoughtful around our cats when they got curious!

Seatown is always fast, does as an awesome job. Their people are really first class. In Plumbing, HVAC and electrical. I have used them many times and they are worth it!!

Seatown plumber Jacky W. was outstanding! We had a problem with our two-pump sewer system that ultimately required one of the pumps to be replaced. Jacky was super patient and accommodating all through the diagnostic visit and replacement process, as I ran through the troubleshooting steps I wanted to try, took some time to research different pump options, and then confirmed everything was working as expected after the replacement. We've tried a couple different plumbers before this that didn't have much interest in actually understanding how our system works, and sometimes made a mess of things because of that--it was a huge relief to be able to work with someone so helpful instead! Fingers crossed we won't need more plumbing help anytime soon, but we'll definitely call Seatown when we do! Thank you!

Patric did my furnace tuneup. He is competent and efficient. He answered my questions about what he was checking. I appreciated his low key advice, and will remember to change the air filters!

Jacky W is a total pro. He fixed the leak we knew about and discovered two others where previous plumbers had taken short cuts. Very pleasant technician, recommend highly.
