Kevin from Brennan Heating was extremely good at explaining the importance of signing up for their yearly maintenance program. I have never been very good at doing these things on my own, and now l don’t need to worry about it.
-
HAD OUR FIRST MAINTNENANCE DONE ON OUR GENERAC GENERATOR AND IT WENT PERFECTLY. THE TECH TOOK HIA TIME AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. HE WAS VERY POLITE & PROFESSIONAL. THE SERVICE WAS FREE BECAUSE OF A 2-YR FREE MAINTENANCE DEAL W/THE PURCHASE OF THE GENERATOR.

Reggie was AMAZING! He fixed the problem with my furnace very quickly, and he showed me a bunch of other things to look out for without any pressure, just education. My furnace is working again, and it could not have gone any better.

We had Reggie from Brennan heating out to service our A/C system. He was very skilled, got to the heart of the problem and explained everything including options. Everything is working
good now. My wife and I were most impressed with how professional and polite he was. My puppy nipped at him but
he took that in good humor. We like Reggie and will never consider any other service.

We installed heat pump over $15k through Costco in 2019. Guess what? It broke after 3 years and costed us $2k to repair. We keep having issue & now compressor is broke. They reached out and said will get back to me after discussing with their manager. No one ever called me back and no one answered my voicemail. Worst experience ever. I'm keep having to spend money on this. NOT WORTH IT.

Excellent service. DJ Huie was very knowledgeable on exactly what needed to be done, and did it. Installation was awesome. Would definitely use them again.

We went through Costco for a furnace/AC install and Brennan was the contractor they used. We recieved bids from Bob's and another local contractor with Brennan coming in at the middle of the bids but in our opinion, Brennan offered a better grade furnace and AC package so we choose Brennan for our project. I appreciated Paul and his honest approach as to what equipment we needed without upselling us yet at the same time, gave us options to consider with appropriate pricing. Paul is very knowledgable as to what he felt would work best for us and took the time to explan why. I will start this by saying that I am very picky about details so I was very involved on the install day and follow up visits where I made a list for Brennan of items to take care of. They showed up on time and where able to complete the install in a day and took care to protect the carpet and stairs covering them with drops while they worked, The install had a few hiccups such as a missunderstanding on where the lineset was to be installed on the house and a few items that neeeded adressed on the furnace on a return visit. I was nervous as to how Brennan would resolve my concerns on remaining issues but Paul followed through and Brennan took care of issues without excuses or arguments, I really appreciated the professionalism in the way Brennan resolved the issues. I gave Brennan four stars instead of five only because of miscommunication on the lineset placement on my house which couldn't be fixed. Jesus and his team where terrific in finalizing the reamining issues on the install by making sure all the details where addressed to my satisfaction. I would recommend Brennan for your heating and AC needs.

Three appointments had to be made from early September to mid December. After three appointments, the company got nothing done.
My edit one day later: I phoned Evergreen Air Duct Cleaning Company when it appeared that I was getting nowhere with Brennan. The guys at Evergreen showed up the next day. Got the job done, arriving in a very similar van. No problems. -
After only 5 hours of no power, the crew got everything wired up. Here, Jefferson County PUD tech is reattaching our meter. The Brennan Electric team needed one more hour to complete the wiring and test the generator. I was surprised how quiet the generator was running at full load. Sounded like standing next to a Ford F150 with the engine idling. The final electrical inspection will be later this week but they are allowed to keep the generator hooked up and active in the mean time. We now officially have whole house backup.
One of our neighbors walked down to see what was going on and was impressed with the set up (said he had "generator envy"). He has a portable generator connected to a manual transfer switch.
Our generator waits 5 seconds after the power fails to confirm its not a power bump, the generator then cranks and runs 5 seconds to stabilize the power. So, a total of 10 seconds elapses before power is restored. The transfer from generator back to public utilities happens in a blink, almost unnoticeable.
We should get about 3 days of power running the generator at full load. We can extend to 5 days by only using essential items and skipping the electric range, electric dryer, etc. The two LP tanks are configured to allow two more tanks to be added for a total of 1,000 gallons (if we ever want to go that route).
Brennan Electric was a great company to work with. They provide turnkey service (electrical, gas, permitting, maintenance) and they communicate well and are very organized. They install about 30 generators a month throughout the greater Puget Sound area!!!
I recommend getting 3 quotes. Each of our three quotes were wildly different (pricing, type of generator, size of generator). Costco had the best deal which saved us $2,000. They also offered a 12 month, zero interest loan (no monthly payments but the balance is due at the 12 month mark). This will give me time to vacuum up overtime at the hospital to pay the $16,000 bill! -
The Brennan Heating and AC team was composed of 4 workers: Installer, HVAC technician, electrician, and a helper. They took out the 30 years old electric air handler and heat pump and installed a new Lennox system. One challenge they had was to connect the existing duct work to the new system. They struggled but persevered. I have to commend the installer for how he handled the frustrating task of connecting the unit. The electrician ensured we were up to code by installing an outlet accessible to the heat pump. The technician informed me that the hole through the foundation for the pipes from the heat pump to the air handler was not large enough to accommodate foam insulation. But it wasn’t a significant heat loss. The helper was attentive to the other’s needs. Standing by and stepping in to assist when needed. They worked as a coordinated team which was satisfying to watch. They cleaned up the debris and scraps and took the old dirty system away. Scheduled in April is an air duct cleaning. The system is quiet and heating well. The COSTCO cash card coming in a couple weeks is a plus.

It was easy to schedule our maintenance service, and communication was great with the office and with the technician. Our technician (GM) arrived when she said she would, was thorough, cheerful, and efficient. She serviced 2 systems that we have - a ductless heat pump and an all-house furnace/heat pump sy.stem. She had all the right tools and equipment, and was focused on getting the work done efficiently and correctly. I would recommend her and Brennan.

IBS Provided excellent service and was very helpful. He was professional, a great job and was good to work with. I would use Brennan and him again

Had a mini split installed on 4/1. Installers hands down great workers and people! Wife even made them lunch. They were a pleasure and professional and clean.
After not getting an invoice for a month I followed up with the company to get a status. I had this project financed and the bank got their invoice and submitted payment.
During my call with the office I let them know that I still didn’t have the mechanical permit and the inspection had yet to be completed. Additionally since working with the team on their proposal and the contract I have been asking to get a service contract set up to stay in compliance with the warranty. Still nothing.
Yesterday I leaned that the finance short paid them by $90. I was called and told I needed to pay now and what CC would I like to use.
I said oh thanks for calling could you please tell me the status for the mechanical permit/inspection as no permit was sent with the package and also let me know about service and a service contract.
No information was made. An email was sent because I do not want to pay the $90 until the project is completed and closed out with the final inspection.
Updates will be done as this project gets completed and the company gets their final $90. Project finished and closed out I will happily pay.
Overall other than installation not a good experience and will be reaching out to Costco! -
Brennan Heating has been fantastic for their professional installation and maintenance for the past two years! We went through Costco and we have not had any issues. From installation through service it has been a wonderful experience and we expect that our gas furnace and 3 ton air unit(both Lennox) will stand the test of time. Each employee from sales, service, and administrative assistants contacted by phone have been professional, friendly, and adept at being helpful in their respective fields of expertise. Costco and Brennan Heating are committed to providing the best to each of families that put our trust and safety in their spheres of influence. Thank you both! Sincerely, James.

Got our HVAC system via Costco 2 months back. Had a bunch of issues to deal with till now.
1. Air ducts was not sealed properly, so hot air was leaking out. Put some duck tape myself and asked them to add a missing cap on the newly added pvc pipe.
2. There was a constant buzzing sound from HVAV unit and it took 2 technicians visit to resolve it. 1st time it was miss diagnosed. There seems to be lack of training.
3. After the sound issue was fixed (#2), they missed to configure the thermostat. So now it’s giving some system warning which looks like some setting is not set properly. So waiting for another visit from them.
Hopefully all issues get resolved soon. -
This is our second home that we have had Brennan heating and cooling do installation of a furnace and cooling system and hot water heater. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision. The install team was very neat and clean, explained the new system workings very well.

We had a great experience with Brennan installing our new mini-split, ductless heat-pump/AC system. Went through Costco so we also got 10 percent back in the form a cash card. Paul, our sales person came out and recommended a 2.5 ton system for our log cabin - he didn't over sell us on a bigger system like 2 other HVAC companies tried to do with their bids. Also, the Brennan bid came in way less than the other two (do your diligence and get 2-3 bids is what my Dad taught me). The crew that came out to install was also top-notch and super friendly, I highly recommend Brennan for their service, professionalism, value and quality of equipment they sell.

Brad from Brennan was great. He went through our old furnace and said it is in good shape. He explained what possibly caused it to stop and restart in a few hours and that there is 'No Need to Replace' it. Best service on the planet!
-
Ibrahima did a great job servicing our fur as. He was on-time and ready to go. Ibrahima was very knowledgeable, helpful, and above all very respectful and friendly! I specially appreciate his workmanship and dedication! Thanks Ibrahima!
Kind regards,

We chose Brennan Heating through Costco and paid several thousand dollars more specifically for the higher level of customer service we were promised, but the experience has been the opposite. The installation was left incomplete, multiple technicians failed to fix issues leaving us with no heat and the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. The salesperson who introduced himself as our project manager repeatedly promised phone calls he never made, and at one point even told me he was “equally frustrated,” which was incredibly upsetting given that he was supposed to be managing our project—not commiserating. We also dealt with miscommunication about a scheduled duct test and repeated scheduling issues that required family members to drop everything to let technicians in. After paying over $22,000, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through has been extremely disappointing and far below what Costco customers are led to expect.
After repeated attempts to get someone to contact me to resolve our issues we felt we need to share our experience in an effort to prevent others from dealing with this. I will be sharing all details with Costco as well. -
Brennan heating install my Heat pump and furniture.from Costco. Dakota service rep came and service my unit. At that to time we discussed my concerns about the lack of flow to a particular section of my house. He went underneath my house and said that the duct needs to reroute . He said that he would work up a quote and get back to me. Several weeks goes by and I haven't heard from Dakota so I called Brennan and they told me they have to speak with Dakota I never received a call. Several months has passed. I called Brennan and they again told me they would call me back with a quote. Twice they have said they would call me back and never followed through. Brennan Im sure Costco wouldn't be happy with the way you are treating their customers. Don't worry about contacting me I will take my business somewhere else.
