Insulation Contractor reviews in Seattle, Washington

We had a very positive experience with Insulation Co. LLC. They arrived early and worked hard until the job was finished. Their work quality was excellent and We are very pleased with the overall project.

We did a full house remodel and, unfortunately, had to redo several areas due to the poor-quality subcontractors hired by our general contractor. For the insulation work, we decided to go directly with Insulation Co. and had them remove the old insulation from our attic. Since we were also doing extensive HVAC work, this made the entire process much smoother. The owner was fantastic to work with, accommodating our schedule when we were ready to install the new insulation. The work was impeccable, and we will definitely hire them again in the future. Highly recommend—Thank you, A+ service!

Great Service, had crawlspace insulation done last year.
I did not want to rush with a review and wanted to give some time before I rate the service.
The work they done was great and on time. Also Jo was great and flexible to adjust the schedule to fit my re-ducting work in the crawlspace.
Highly recommend !

Jo and his team at Insulation Co. did a great job! From the start, I could tell I was in good hands:

- I called and left a message with my address and issue (mold in the attic due to a detached stove vent).

- Less than an hour later Jo called back. He'd looked up my property on the publicly available city records, so was able to put together an accurate estimate based on my home's sqr ft.

- Then Jo walked me through the steps, the equipment, and the timeline. He followed up soon after via email with all the info we'd discussed, plus links to YouTube videos with additional information about the process. He included a line-itemed estimate/contract with clear terms.

- On the agreed date, his team showed up on time. They were courteous and efficient, and finished the project later that afternoon. The project lead had taken photos throughout the process and walked me through the work they had completed. They did a great job cleaning up too.

Cannot recommend enough!

Jo and his team did a fantastic job had a lot of bird nesting debri in the attic. They did a wonderful job cleaning it up sealing the attic space so the birds won't be a future problem and get new insulation taken care for my house. Right on time, quick, great clean up when done!

Excellent company to work with. The crews arrived on time, were very professional and prepared for the job. The work was very efficient, the provided plenty of surface protection and did a great job of clean up. Highly recommend.

They were incredibly prompt in responding to our bid, offering a fair price without any hassle. We were thrilled with how flexible and accommodating they were in scheduling, making it easy to coordinate with our own busy timelines. The crew was efficient, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Not only did the work look great, but it was also completed exactly as scheduled. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality attic insulation with top-notch service and products!

We has Insulation Co remove and replace our attic insulation as a part of a larger electrical project. Both phases of the insulation work went quickly and smoothly. Better yet, Jo from the company was incredibly responsive and kind in his communications with us which is a big bonus for first-time homeowners still learning how a lot of this stuff works. Our family recommends Insulation Co should you need similar services.

Very quick response & bid was accurate. The workers were prompt, actually arrived a little early and were able to complete the work in a very timely manner. I had my crawl space done wich included removal of all the old insulation and vapor barrier, sanitized, rodent prevention, and new insulation and vapor barrier installed. Highly recommend! Very nice job

I recently hired Insulation Co for a home insulation task (removal, remediation and new install in our attic) and I am very pleased with their professionalism and work quality. Jo, my main point of contact, was professional and courteous from my first interaction with him. He gave me all the details I needed including how the contract would be executed from the very first conversation until the after the completion of the insulation.

The team arrived at the assigned time, did amazing work. Pedro (the team lead) and his team were professional throughout the process, took care of my hallways and house, and left my house clean and tidy when they were done. That evening we were commenting how we felt we could feel the difference between before and after the work.

If you are looking to get outstanding service, great quality of product and installs, and most importantly a feeling of ease and satisfaction in your choice in contractors then give Insulation Co a call!

My husband and I are very pleased with the work of Insulation Co. We appreciated their professionalism and were able to communicate our needs to them.
The crew showed up on time and worked very hard cleaning out the crawlspace after we had a problem with rats and then possum living under the house. They had it looking like new again.
Thank you, Jo, and team.

I already had a decent bid from another company, so I almost didn't even talk to Insulation Co. But Insulation Co offered deeper insulation for a lower price. They were clean and super quick. We later noticed a ceiling crack that was probably from their crew. When I told them, they sent someone out to repair it, no questions asked. Their responsiveness was why I decided to write this review.

Insulation Co was quick and thorough. We needed a job done quicker than most. They remiediated our entire crawlspace and replaced our ducts. They made sure to get us on their schedule immediately. Jo even went out of his way to be available to me while he was out of town. They finished everything in less than a day for each job with excellent precision and kind workers. They were also reasonably priced! I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Jo was amazing! We needed a large crawlspace cleaned out quickly and he was so responsive and helpful. His quote was competitive and he got the job done beautifully. Other companies I called had long wait times and high prices. I’m so glad we worked with Jo! I highly recommend him.

Professionals…all of them. Great communication, on time, efficient…everything you want in a contractor/installers. The took before and after pix.

Insulation Co did a attic clean up/insulation replacement project at my home on Camano Island. Jo was great to work with for the estimate, scheduling and pre and post work follow-up and the crew of three guys who did the work were on-time, professional, fast and very knowledgeable! I was very happy with their work and I'm glad such a great company exists! Definitely recommend them and I might have them redo my crawl space as well!

We had water under the house. Ugh. Jo gave us a fair quote in a timely manner. They finished the job under our crawl space when they promised. The job was neat and clean when completed. Jo sent us rebate forms from the gas company and answered a few questions I had. Would highly recommend Insulation Co

They were fast and efficient. They arrived on time and cleaned up when they were finished. I recommend Insulation Co to anyone who needs their crawl space cleaned out and insulation replaced.

Jo Estrada and his workers at Insulation Co. LLC were great to work with. They removed the old insulation and vapor block in my crawl space and put in new material. Jo was always responsive when I wanted to talk with him and his workers were top-notch. His pricing was fair. I never had the feeling that I was being taken advantage of or treated unfairly. The workers did a thorough job and cleaned up like they'd never been here. I would definitely hire Jo and his colleagues again. Richard in Seattle

Insulation Co did a great job with my attic mold remediation and insulation replacement. The team was professional, on time, and transparent throughout. Pricing was fair, and they explained everything clearly—no pressure or upselling. Highly recommend if you want honest, quality work.

Jo and Insulation Co. were perfect. I chose them based on reviews. They walked me through getting my 1925 vermiculite insulation tested for asbestos (it was ok, no asbestos) and explained the timing with the electrician. Extremely helpful. Then the 3-person team led by Julio came out and did the job this morning. Incredible. They cleaned up on their way out. I recommend 100%.
