The gentlemen were quick, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Of the four quotes I requested from different vendors, they were the only ones to give me an actual quote on the phone without a big sales pitch. It was very refreshing.

Jo and his team were great! First of all, I appreciate the quick and easy process to get an estimate without needing a inspection. And the easy of scheduling the service date was also a great point!

For the service, they went above and beyond by even fixing my bathroom fan connection with the ceiling, not to mention the great results! The attic looks brand new after they finished.

The crew was fast and dedicated and cleaned everything at the end of the service.

Jo and his crew at Insulation Co. were great to work with for replacing the insulation as part of our studs-out renovation of our 1926 home. Our project ran into several delays initially (not related to insulation) and Jo stuck with me through multiple re-schedules until we were ready to have the insulation installed. His crew was efficient and did a fantastic job with the install, and his price was most reasonable. We passed the insulation inspection on the first pass. I would definitely work with Jo/Insulation Co. again and would recommend them to anyone.

I received a quote very quickly for attic insulation clean and replace for circa 1964 home (replace original insulation, clean, fill gaps, install new to code). Was eligible for significant rebate from PSE. Entire staff (estimator, inspector, crew) were timely, courteous and respectful of my time and home. Showed detailed photos of work completed. Top notch!

We received several bids from insulation companies to reinsulate and mitigate any potential mold issues after we had our roof replaced. Insulation Co came in at an extremely competitive price and also ensured that any potential utility co rebates were applied to the total.

From start to finish - these guys were great. The owner Jo is extremely involved and communicative throughout the entire process and never failed to respond to any questions. The crew on site took great care to ensure our spaces were protected from equipment and workers going back and forth. They were quick and efficient, fixing our ductwork, sealing it, insulating everything, applying mold/mildew preventative treatments (while protecting the newly installed ridge vent from our roofer), installing new blow in insulation, and making sure that we would have an installation we wouldn't have to worry about for a long time to come.

Highly recommended, and will definitely have them out when we're ready to have our crawl space reworked!

I requested quotes from three different companies to add insulation to my attic, which required a pre-inspection due to the roof design. Ron and his crew were punctual and professional. Interacting with Ron was a great experience: he described in advance what they were going to do and when, and followed up with status updates throughout the day. All the folks working on the crawlspace project were courteous, and they finished the job quickly and at high quality. At the end of the process I went into the crawlspace myself, with Ron by my side describing what they had done, and what to watch out for in the future. The finished work looked neat and clean, and all odors and prior mess were completely gone. They will follow up in a few days with a post-project inspection, but so far I am very pleased with the quality of their work.
Update: the follow up inspection was quick and professional. I received photos and updates on the state of the traps (no activity, yay). Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this business.
