As we were selling our house, we learned that the attic had a big mold and rodent problem. We got several quotes, but Insulation Co gave us by far the best one, in terms of price but also in terms of giving us confidence that they would do a good and complete job. Jo is very knowledgeable and efficient. We were not disappointed. The crew was professional and fast, and they went over and beyond to find the root causes of the issues, and addressed them. Highly recommend Insulation Company. The crew did a great job and left the work site completely cleaned up. Project was difficult to access crawl space in San Juan County. Great documentation via pictures of work done. Office support outstanding as well. Scheduling was easy and there was flexibility when our contractor schedule required changes for the insulation work.

We were in a rush and Jo came to the rescue. Replaced about 1600sf of insulation, treated all wood for organic growth prevention and did it cleanly and effectively WITH a warrantee for a free return visit. Highly recommend!

Jo and his team worked on our crawl space under the house. They replaced the plastic, checked for water, replaced screens, removed the insulation and replaced all of it. It was tied up and fresh. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. The price was reasonable and it looked fantastic when they were done.

I can't say enough about these guys!! We had a nasty rodent infestation under the house. They came in and WOW!!! Their work was WAAAAY beyond our expectations! They cleaned that horrible mess in record time. They had to do the entire length of the house and did an outstanding job! They found a water leak from our water heater. Can't thank them enough for that. They saved us a major future expense. They left a portion open for the plumber to come in to fix and replace the water heater. The plumber was impressed with how clean it was. He said it looked like what you would expect under a new home. We notified them the plumber was done and they came back and finished the job immediately. I TOTALLY recommend these guys to ANYONE lookin to have insulation work done. They are absolutely professional, friendly and are amazing! It was also less expensive than we anticipated. You won't find a better company out there. On a scale on of 1 to 10 ... DEFINITELY a 20!

Was in need of a quick crawl space clean up prior to listing/selling a home. They were available, prompt to communicate, and completed work within designated time frame. They took plenty of pictures to show the state of the crawl space and the work that was done. Would definitely use again in the future!

The crew was friendly, got right to work and efficiently cleaned out our crawlspace, replacing bad insulation, the vapor barrier, and any rodent-related problems. When they finished, they showed me before and after photos of some problems I hadn't expected (which they repaired). They did a great job, I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to other homeowners.

Insulation Company responded quickly, and did a good job getting a vapor barrier and insulation under our cottage. I was impressed because the cottage only had about a 18" clearance. The crew dug it out - removing the dirt - and cleaned up the site after finishing.

FYI quotes will come sight unseen over the phone based on square footage and a few questions over the phone. I called to ask for some clarification on some items that weren't quoted in the bid that I felt needed to be done & make a real price comparison. Other companies that bid the job had my fairly basic requirements in their bids without even asking. The sales rep (Jo Estrada) was condescending and rude to me over the phone and said that those companies would never do that and he knows them all (so I guess I'm a liar?). Said I'm "not and inspector" so I don't know what I'm talking about. Told me to go read the code etc. I'm also a tad skeptical that a sight unseen quote won't result in additional cost when the work starts- because they haven't seen the scope of work in person.

Clear and fast communication. Fast to quote and a very fast, clean, professional team that got the work done efficiently. I had a Muti family building that had a vapor barrier replacement done. Very happy with the service.

Insulation Co cleaned my attic and put in new insulation.
They were reasonable and easy to work with. I was initially hesitant to use them since they provide an estimate without a home visit and rely on documents for my house from the City Planning Office.
After dealing with a couple of sales people from other insulation companies that do home visits , I realized Insulation Co provided better price and better insulation.
I do recommend them.
