Britescape does excellent work maintaining our landscaping! Their workers are very skilled and they are nice people. Our yard always looks great after Karen and her team have been here.

It's been pretty rare for me to work with a contracting team who has exceeded expectations. And it's unprecedented for me to work with a contracting team who's delighted me so much that I'm moved to write a review. But Britescape has inspired this delight. Robert's superb team designed and executed outdoor lights in my backyard, and tackled a creative solution to hide my EV charging. The team is phenomenal - efficient, considerate, creative, easy to work with. Just awesome. What they came up with was FAR better than I could have imagined - they took my vague idea and made it look seamless and elegant. I am so, so, so pleased.

I really love Britescape. We all know lights can make a difference but I really had no idea what a large difference they can make. Robert came out to help design and correct the spaces we had. He knew immediately what was needed and everything he suggested turned out fabulous. The great thing is they really minimized what I needed to buy by reusing a lot of what I had. I really appreciated this. The guys who came out, Chris and Chris really care about their work and it shows. Lighting is precise. I never had an appreciation of all that went into this until I met Britescape. They have really transformed my house. I get comments all the time about the lighting. It really makes me happy. Britescape has been working in our yard for years, with projects adding new and different elements as well as monthly maintenance including weeding, pruning and beautification. They are superstars- Reliable, professional, knowledgeable. John is great and our yard has never looked better because of his care, along with Karen and Kyle and Abaigh and Cooper and Jordan and many others.

We hired Britescape to install lighting in our back yard. Robert was very professional throughout the whole process, from our initial meeting all the way through completion. In our initial meeting Robert made perfect recommendations, listened to our thoughts for current needs and plans for future expansion. Robert even suggested irrigation and we are very please we listned to him. I will definitely be recommending Britescape and Robert to all my real estate clients.

Great experience with Britescape - I needed landscape lighting redesign and Joe came out on the 4th of July holiday for a consultation! He got a design back to me very promptly and was very accessible to answer my questions. Within a few weeks an installation crew was scheduled. We had a small miscommunication about which day they were coming but it all worked out. Chris and Ray were respectful of my home and finished the job is less than the estimated time. Chris made on-site adjustments to the location of sconce fixtures that worked out even better for my BBQ. After I saw the lighting after dark, I decided I needed some additional lights. Joe was fast in supplying an enhanced design and Chris was able to return within a week to install the additional lighting. Great looking job and no damage to my plantings or my bird feeders!

It was a pleasure to work with Britescape for our home exterior lighting design and installation. Everything went extremely smoothly, and the staff was very professional. The price overall was a bit high, but the professionalism, high quality products and excellent service made it worthwhile.
I worked with Robert to design the plan for our house. He had great ideas and worked with me to adjust as necessary to fit within my budget. The team of 3 that installed the lighting took great care to not disturb our existing landscaping, removed the old lighting and cleaned up everything when they left. Our project was mostly installed in one day, but they had me review what it looked like at night, and then came back the next morning to complete the job and make any adjustments. I would highly recommend them!

Britescape installed new landscape lighting for our front garden, and installed two new trees in the curb strip where some problematic trees had been removed. The landscape lighting is gorgeous, and the tree install was handled beautifully. The teams were friendly, professional, and tidy. I would definitely work with them again!

I always have a great experience with Scot and his team. Their design is beautiful, the work is detailed and thorough and the followup is above and beyond. Everyone on his team is friendly and skilled from the project manager, designers, carpenters, skilled gardeners and laborers. He turned our small and tired backyard into something we love every single day (even if we’re just looking at it through our window). And, of course, we had to have him back for our front yard which we get compliments on all the time. What we love most is the ease of the space. It transitions seasons to season, year to year and “allows” for imperfection making it perfectly imperfect even if I don’t keep up on weeding. Thank you, Scot!

Cannot recommend Scot and his team enough. They did an incredible job transforming our yard. We had a lot of small, useless spaces that clearly had just been neglected. Their design work was excellent, but what really set them apart was the incredible attention to detail of the crew.

They really finish the last 5% of a job that makes something stand out. Little details, like moving our irrigation controls or putting in steel strips at the edge of our turf as a weed barrier.

We engaged PAC Landscapes to help power wash numerous areas on our property in Seattle and could not have been more pleased with the result. What began as a large drainage project, evolved into creating a completely new entrance into our home, surrounded by an entirely new landscape. Josh and his crew created a work of art. I enjoyed the creative process with Josh, and trusted his judgment entirely throughout. Being in the space during the drainage project allowed for Josh to organically redesign our yard in such a way that feels so natural, and right for the space. I absolutely lucked out finding PAC Landscapes LLC to do my project. Josh Arndt was a great communicator - keeping me in the loop as things developed each step of the way. I have an over 100 year old house, so as some siding needed to be removed to accomodate the new pavers, a few old house issues became apparent. Josh came to me with suggestions on how to move forward with the pros and cons of each idea. He absolutely kept water abatement and protection at the forefront of his plans.

His guys were friendly, helpful and cleaned up each day as they ended their work. They were patient with my overly friendly dog who wanted to say hello everyday they were here.
