Three Tree Roofing did a fantastic job. They always chose the right way to do it rather than the easier way. There are always lots of opportunities to take short cuts on roofing but they never chose them. They were a great price for such a professional group. Super clean at the end of the project. I would highly recommend them!

Good Experience with this company. Thorough discussion and explanations by its estimator, good communication scheduling with their office and with on-site roofers who worked quickly and skillfully, applying the new roof and cleaning up the site very well. So far, so good. Roof looks great, but hasn't been weather-tested yet. If all goes well when the rains return next fall, I'll probably bump this from 4 stars to 5.

(Dec'24 Update) Roof has held up well thus far. No detectable leaks, loose shingles, etc. Looks great and seems to be performing well. Bumping from 4 to 5 stars.

I am very impressed with the staff, communication and quality of work performed by Three TREE Roofing. From the sales rep right to the roofers. We are waiting to reconfigure a secondary roofnand the roofers will return to finish that small area. Then gutters will be installed. Highly recommend Three Tree!!

Our initial visit with Paul was very enjoyable and informative. He was quick to respond to all of our follow up questions and made sure we were comfortable every step of the process. Once the project was underway the project team was engaged and made themselves available for questions and provided regular updates. The onsite crew was very efficient and professional, sharing updates throughout the process. Once the work was completed a full walkthrough with the project lead was completed to be sure we had a chance to see the finished work and ask questions. From start to finish our experience with Three Tree Roofing was excellent. They will be our first call for any roofing needs in the future and we fully recommend them for anyone needing these services.

Fantastic service, and competitively priced. The City of Seattle recommended them through their home repair grants and loan program, so they’re backed by the city for quality and reliability. I had my roof, skylights, and gutters done by them.

You know how great it is when you experience really good customer service that is genuine and thoughtful and professional? Over many years, we have dealt with a lot of roofers, contractors, and construction crews. Some were great and others not so much. We are very careful who we choose.

We were looking for a roofing company to tear off the old, lay down plywood, and put on a new roof. We got three bids, and all seemed reasonable, but when we met with Three Tree Roofing they blew everyone else out of the water. Competitive pricing, high quality materials and a great crew. From the estimate to the end of the job, their customer service was off the page.

They cleaned up as they went and in a day and a half they finished the roof and gutters and you would never know they were here. It looks amazing!

Three Tree Roofing was highly recommended by Artisan Electric who installed my solar panels. I was assured that Three Trees was honest and efficient which turned out to be exactly the case. From the estimate to the the final installation I was impressed by the professional coordination and clear communication. I knew exactly what to expect. Cost was in line with other estimates.

Three Tree Roofing installed a standing seam metal roof on our primary residence several years ago. We were very happy with how the project progressed and with our new roof. When we needed to replace the roof on a rental property we contacted them for an estimate. We had several estimates and felt Three Tree was competitive and fair with the pricing. They did an excellent job through all phases of the project, from the initial estimate to the installation and the clean-up. Everyone that we dealt with was professional and courteous. We would highly recommend them.

Three Tree did a great job replacing our roof. I like that they really knew what they were talking about when giving us an estimate, and I appreciate that they have long term year-round employees. They were fast and tidy and everything looked good when they were done. I definitely recommend getting your roof done by them!

It is really 4.5 stars, because of some relatively minor issues: While the roofing job itself was excellent, the crew used black trim, which was unacceptable to us. We are partly responsible because we did not check the white option when we signed the contract. They corrected it with slight additional labor cost. There was also confusion about the downspouts, which the crew initially judged not to need replacement, so we canceled that part only to discover later that some were not really usable, so it needed to be done. The downspout replacement itself was fine but unlike the roofing crew, the subcontractor's technician did not clean up properly after himself. I have spoken with the company about that.

Prompt and thorough estimate visit, reliably on-time service once they were selected, even though they told me that can't always guarantee that. Very professional crews for both roof and gutters, friendly and happy to answer questions.. Left my yard nearly immaculate -less than a sandwich bag of stray materials I found in the couple weeks after they finished. Thanks to Three Tree for making a big job go really smoothly! And I love the color of my 50 year roof, which will outlast me!

Overall my experience with Three Tree Roofing was great. I felt like I was well informed about the details of the work. Since I was coordinating removal of solar panels, my schedule was less flexible and Three Tree was very supportive of helping me schedule conveniently and to work around a big rain forecast. The installation crew was on time, had great communication and did a stellar job. Very happy with my experience!

Three Tree Roofing provided outstanding service from start to finish of our roofing & new gutters project. They responded promptly to our initial inquiry and our follow up questions. They thoroughly explained the options available for our roof. They outlined the pros & cons of each option. They made prudent recommendations about the details of the project (for example, what to do about the chimney). The project started & ended on time. The roof removal process was efficient and the debris was thoroughly gathered up and removed. The installation of the new roof and gutters were also efficient and remarkable tidy. Our new roof and gutters function as they should and look great.

The first wind storm of December 2023 sent two huge tree branches through my garage roof. I got a few quotes for pricing and time frames and Three Tree had the best price which included a lifetime warranty and they were able to get to my roof in less than 2 weeks from when they quoted me and they were done in one day. The roof is beautiful and the service was beyond great. It's nice to see that customer satisfaction is still important these days. I highly recommend them. 20 stars out of 10!

I walk in my neighborhood compared what others work, my roof top them all. The material used is the highest of quality. Crew finishes in a timely manner. They left everything clean.
