Excellent job was done by crew chief Dino and his crew. Great attention to detail! They completed the roofing job within their time estimate despite working in sub-freezing weather for 2 of the days. The gutter subcontractor - Ben - also did an excellent job. He provided recommendations and had great attention to detail. We did not bother to get other bids since we were referred to Three Tree Roofing and they use Malarkey shingles with a great warranty. I highly recommend Three Tree Roofing.

Three Tree roofing is a wonderful outfit. From the first estimate (by a very intelligent guy) to the roofing crew themselves, I had first class service. The office staff provided accurate and timely information about timing and billing. I enjoyed the experience.

I am absolutely thrilled with the roofing work of Three Tree Roofing! First, the estimate came in well below 2 better-known roofing companies, such that I could get gutters as well for less than the price of the other 2. Second, the roofing crew and Miguel, the foreman, were outstanding. They did the entire roof in 2 days. They were clean and quieter than I expected for roofers. In fact, a couple of neighbors told me how quiet they were. One of them said, "They didn't yell to each other like a lot of roofers do." Their clean-up was excellent each day, and after the job was done. The gutters were installed in a day and look great with the new roof. Finally, communication with the office was great - I was kept well informed of every stage of the project. What a relief! I highly recommend them.

Three tree did a fantastic job on our new metal roof. Their price was fair — similar to other bids. The communication was excellent. The on-site crew were responsive and updated fascia boards as needed. And, most important, they did a quality job on the installation. The roof should outlive us. When the subcontractor came to do the gutters, he commented that it is always nice to finish up a Three Tree project because they do a great job. We have recommended them to neighbors who used them also.

Three Tree Roofing did an excellent job for us. They showed up on time and found a day in December with no rain, stripped the old roofing, put up plywood sheathing over our preexisting skip sheathing and a waterproof membrane all in one day. The following day it took them very little time to apply the new roofing and even replaced the roof on our shed and left the property spotless. Since we have a steep slope roof they also added safety rings at the ridge of the roof for safety lines which was not in the bid but will add value for any roof repairs or add ons in the future. The crew was friendly and the personnel arranging the job were very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this company.

Three Tree Roofing was the most professional of the five roofing companies we interviewed. We received a detailed inspection and a firm quote before deciding.

To help us choose shingle colors, Three Tree provided us addresses of houses where they installed the different colors, so we could see how they looked in real life lighting situations.

The installation went as promised and was finished in two days and included timely removal of the trash bin and honey bucket. Highly recommend.

The folks at Three Tree Roofing were great to work with. We were so impressed with the sales representative that we canceled other appointments for quotes. We were very impressed. Great communication throughout the process. Folks answered questions and followed up with requests. They were there when they said they were going to be there, both for the quote and for the actual work. They cleaned up the worksite and the project went quickly. I recommend them as one of the company's you should get a quote from.

Three Tree Roofing came to West Seattle to repair my roof this past month (December 2024). I was so impressed with their customer service and respect for my property, as well as their attention to detail. Our new roof is miles ahead of the one that was installed before. Really great job. Scheduling: Extremely communicative—we had to reschedule due to weather and they always called to advise and confirm if the new date worked.

Installation: Took two full days to complete and the team left NO SIGNS of a mess anywhere. They cleaned up amazingly, and most importantly: the roof looks great.

The Roof Itself: It looks even better than we could have hoped. Three Tree uses high quality products and it shows.

This was my first experience in having a roof replaced on my home. On top of it, I had just finished up an extensive landscaping project and was worried that roof replacement might harm or damage new plantings. Jack's experience in roofing in the PNW meant that he could recommend specific shingles based upon the pitch of my roof and garage that would best perform in our climate . Our house is a 2200 square foot two story with an almost flat roof. Very slight pitch. We received a competitive bid for a new membrane roof to replace the existing torch down roof and downspout system. We also felt the most comfortable with Jack K. who came out and provided the bid. We left during the installation which was amazingly quick and came back to a beautiful new roof and downspout system. You'd never know anyone was even there as they did a great job with clean up. Our crew was led by Jose and our office communication was with Matt W. who also responded every time within minutes to our many questions. Jack also drove from south King County to north Seattle during rush hour to show us downspout color samples because we couldn't really determine a match with the online options. That was great service and very much appreciated. We highly recommend Three Tree Roofing.

Three Tree workers were hard working and knowledgeable. Everything appears to be done correctly and feel good with all the rain we have had to know we do not have to worry. Because we have self gutters, we are still waiting awhile to be sure they were done efficiently. Cleaned up every day very well.

Chase took the time to walk us through the whole process and answered all our questions. He really sold us on Three Tree.

After the bid was accepted, Derek did a great job of communicating when the project was going to start and how it would go. Their estimated start date was pretty accurate! Only delayed by a few days.

Jose and the crew who actually put the roof on were phenomenal. The whole job went way faster than expected (a little over three days) and everyone was super professional and a joy to work with.

We loved our experience with 3-Tree Roofing, starting with our Sales Consultant Caleb, our PM Jake and our Foreman Johnny. The communication and response time was great, the professionalism by all was impressive. Plus the quality products and long warranty coverage was a big reason I selected this company. I appreciated how well they cleaned the yard and picked up any leftover nails.
We were not planning on getting a new roof, but when we were getting bids for going solar, we found out our roof needed replacement first. 3-Tree worked directly with the Solar company to ensure the proper 'ice shield' was applied on the sections getting solar to ensure those sections stayed water tight during the installation process of the panels.

Three Tree roofing did an amazing job on our roofing project. They're very responsive, and everyone I communicated with on the team was very friendly and respectful. There was a delay completing our project because of our skylight, which we had them replace, was a very custom size and they had to reorder a new window with the correct dimensions. While waiting for the window to come in they maintained ongoing communication to keep my looped in on timeline. I would highly recommend Three Tree to anyone with a roofing project - they're really are the absolute best!

My roof and gutter replacement were completed with Three Tree Roofing in April 2025. I am so completely pleased with my experience with Three Tree I wish I could give more stars! Start to finish I cannot find one thing I would change.

The estimate provided by Danny was thorough and well explained. The price was slightly more than another company I got an estimate from, but for the top-of-the-line CertainTeed NorthGate rubberized shingles, a far superior product with 50yr warranty! It was an easy decision to go with Three Tree.

Jake was my PM, and he explained the process to me and allowed me the flexibility to schedule gutter install after my house was painted. He kept me posted on schedule delays for rain and when we were ready to get started.

The roofing crew showed up on time and worked like a well-oiled machine! Edwin was a great foreman, and the crew was definitely experienced. The vents and pipes that penetrate the roof were all replaced or coated to match the roofing, so they look new and seamless. The work area and yard were also left clean.

After painting wrapped up the gutters were custom-made onsite and installed. The gutter covers (perforated leaf guards) match the gutter color. The full assembly is high quality and installed perfectly.

Our roof looks AMAZING. We have gotten so many compliments already. I highly recommend calling Three Tree Roofing for your roofing project. I cannot thank this company and their team enough for doing everything RIGHT and making this an enjoyable process.

I got bids from three roofing companies last year since we knew this was one of the priority projects for our new home and Three Tree was an easy choice. Chase came out and provided an assessment, was able to apply a quick patch to an area that was compromised, and got back quickly with a quote and no pressure on timing. I also felt very comfortable that they could navigate our three story house that has issues around access for trucks or cranes.

I let Chase know we were planning to use them, but timing would be a bit farther out than originally discussed. When I reached back out 8 months after our original meeting I anticipated having to haggle over the quote, but they kept the original price we discussed and got us on the calendar. When another job was delayed, they were able to move us up to a faster start date that worked for everyone.

The crew was lovely, punctual, and super attentive to detail for the cleanup process. They were efficient in their work, and even with a few minor repairs that were needed in one section of the roof, and two bump outs they were finished in two days.

We look forward to not needing another roof replacement, but would definitely recommend this team to our family, friends, or neighbors.
