Reviews of local pros in Seattle, Washington

We found North Seattle Carpet cleaning to be super responsive and helpful. Very prompt, very respectful and excellent work. Highly recommend.

Absolutely professional and great results! Highly recommended

This patch job was better than expected!

Price a bit high, but very good work by professional outfit.

The service crew were easy going and personable, but still professional and mindful of our home and belonging. They did a great job on the carpet…so far but time will tell how well it worked. With others in the past many stains returned. Price was very good considering it was a deep cleaning! Thanks.

Prompt, responsive, professional and communicative. Thank you for the beautiful job.

Just got my carpets done today and they looked fantastic! The service was just under 2 hours and I will continue to use this company.

Raphael L. just left after cleaning my carpet... I had ordered a deep clean and all over "pet spot" cleaning and the carpet looks like new... I had low expectations as it had been years since it had been cleaned, and never professionally! I think it was an excellent value!

Easy scheduling, great communication, courteous, great cleaning job, sensitive to protecting home from equipment, full post-job cleanup, good price, and easy/efficient payment method. Couldn’t be happier and will continue to use and refer to friends.

Regarding the work: The carpet and couch looked great after they were done.
Regarding the price, it was almost double of what I paid for similar cleaning a year ago from a different service

August was on time, professional and did a great job! Throughout the booking process Matt was very communicative and provided an accurate estimate for the final cost. I would highly recommend North Seattle Carpet Cleaning!

Our entire experience was excellent - from the first call with the owner Matt, to the cleaning with August. Responsive, professional, efficient… we will definitely use North Seattle Carpet Cleaning again for our small office needs.

Edit: Just completed our winter service. Another great experience. Nate was excellent.

I spilled latex paint on my couch and carpet so I called Matt and he sent August out within two hours. August was great - very courteous, professional, hard working and kind. He really saved the day for me! i also appreciated that Matt gave me a quote when I called. Another place I called gave me a very fuzzy estimate and said they would not know for sure until they came. I highly recommend North Seattle Carpet Cleaning!

My first time using North Seattle Carpet. Nate arrived on time and did a great job cleaning my older carpets.

I recently had my couch cleaned and I am beyond impressed with the results. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The team was incredibly friendly and made sure to answer all my questions, demonstrating their extensive knowledge about different fabrics and cleaning techniques. They worked efficiently without compromising on quality, and my couch now looks brand new. I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely be using them again for future cleaning needs. Highly recommend!

August did a fantastic job! Excellent communication, very thorough, very timely, and overall pleasant service. Would 100% utilize North Seattle Carpet Cleaning again— truly writing a review because I am so happy with our carpet cleaning experience.

Service guy arrived late and up-charged me to move a wheeled shelving unit three feet to its left. I didn't even ask him clean there. And later when I went to inspect the work, I saw that he blew a electric fuse. Of course he failed to mention that at his recap. I still give it three stars b/c my carpet looks much better. They could do with better service team members though.

Nate was very Knowledgeable made my tiles and grout like New!!

The team was punctual, communicative and got some difficult stains out of my couch. I would highly recommend them.

Ahead of schedule, great service, and did such a great job on old carpet. Highly recommend.

Matt is the utmost professional in how he provides prompt quotes, answers questions and gives advance notice of upcoming service. He takes great care to protect our home during the cleaning job, and the results have been flawless! Really appreciate N Seattle Carpet Cleaners!

Techs were polite and kind. Looked clean and put together. Kept me appraised of all the work throughout the time here. When they left you had no indication that they were here except for job well done. Would hire again!
