We have used them for years now and we’ve had extraordinarily great service. They communicated that they were on their way, and Justin and Tyrone were right on time. They did an amazing job in a very short period of time. Very professional and they cleaned everything up perfectly. We use them twice a year.

Beyond happy with their service! They detected a minor issue I wasn't even aware of and fixed it on the spot. It's clear they go above and beyond for their customers. Very reliable and trustworthy.

I had a raccoon nesting in my chimney, causing quite a nuisance. The chimney animal removal experts I hired displayed exceptional knowledge and skill. They safely and humanely removed the raccoon and provided preventive measures to keep wildlife out. I'm impressed with their professionalism and highly recommend their services.

This was the most uncomfortable and unnerving experience. The technician was very dirty, he loitered in my living room until asked to leave, he went upstairs to my bedroom with no reason, and then charged me more for the estimate visit then originally quoted. The estimate he gave me was wildly inflated, he stated he needed to remove three birds from my chimney even though there was only one. I called the office to confirm this inflated estimate as there was no follow up and the person who answered brushed me off and would not listen to any Of my concerns. I would never recommend this company, there is no transparency or professionalism. It felt very unsafe having this behavior in my home.

This company will not stop mailing post cards to my house after I’ve never used them or never been associated with them. It should be criminal to send the number of post cards they send me. Wasting all that paper and wasting my time. CROOKS!

Showed up for the appointment with none of their gear and then couldn't come back again for another 2 days. After cleaning my furniture still smells and is still wet 2 days later.

A quick, simple job for the company, but they were just as courteous and efficient as if it were a larger job. I accidentally broke some glass while moving out of the apartment and even though it wasn’t anywhere near the carpet, Erasmo insisted on helping me vacuum it up. Just a real professional and friendly service.

Simple Joys came out and did a great job removing the moss from my tile roof, and washing everything out, including my gutters, and went all over my yard to clean out the fallen moss and dirt. I also had them clean all my windows, power washed my paver patio and my front sidewalk and driveway. They were on time, polite and respectful, and easy to work with!

I've used them for roof and gutter cleaning (and moss treatment) several times. Always professional and thorough, and they leave the yard in great condition.
