Want to share my experience with Seattle Heating and Cooling. Very impressed with the work that they did. Everyone has been great to work with and made the process  of getting 5-zone ductless mini split installation easy. Arrived on time and worked until the job was complete which was after 7PM. Highly recommend.

Serge and his team did a great job installing our mini split system. They are polite, and professional. The installation was completed on a prompt timeline, and the quality of their work was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality HVAC work and dependable service!

Having a gas furnace seems to be rarer in this area and finding a contractor that does the work and does it well is a challenge. Seattle Heating and Cooling are competent, skilled, and provide wonderful customer service. Sergey’s team is the best! We needed a complete furnace replacement - their installation team did a perfect job. We’re so happy we don’t have ti worry about this for probably decades to come.

Daniil from Seattle Heating and Cooling came and did a tune up of our Carrier hybrid heat pump system (it's two different units, one the outdoor heat pump and the other is an electric furnace that kicks in when the heat pump can't handle the cold, which also contains the blower which distributes heat through the ventilation ducts throughout the house). The system cost more than $11,000 so it's a sensitive thing to make sure it's handled correctly. Daniil did among the most thorough inspections of the system I've seen, including pointing out some flaws in the way the electric furnace had been installed by the Carrier dealer back in 2021 and some recommendations on cleaning the system that I could do myself. All wrapped up in a thorough inspection report and done at a very competitive price. Thanks Daniil and Seattle Heating & Cooling!

Never showed up to my set appointment and didn’t bother to call me and let me know they couldn’t make it out for the set appointment. Very unprofessional I had to call them to find out where they were and if they were still coming to look at my ac not working properly. Don’t waste your time with a company who doesn’t even show up or call customers to reschedule.

We had a good experience with this company.Their technician responded quickly and patiently answered all the questions I had. He was punctual for the appointment. We were very impressed with his professionalism and honesty.Will highly recommend.

I am extremely pleased with the service call performed by Fredrick. He quickly identified the problem of no cool air circulating to our 2nd and 3rd floor and expeditiously cleaned the units. He was professional and thorough. I would recommend them and will be using their services again!!

I called because I am desperate to find a part for an older model home AC and all they said was "Sorry, we aren't selling individual parts." and hung up as I was trying to ask if they could give me a referral to anyone who might. I work in the service industry and would have at least finished listening and tried to assist given that I know my industry far better than anyone who would be calling for help.

Their technician failed to show up during the appointment window. I had to call two times to get someone to reschedule to the next morning. The tech failed AGAIN to show up during the window. We had no communication from Phase about their tech being late or not being able to come. Completely unprofessional service from Phase; look elsewhere for AC service.

The team at here have been great. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. They've helped me with a variety of problems and issues over the years, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for AC & Furnace Repair services.

Fredrick came out yesterday to check out my A/C which had some minor issues and explained everything. He gave me a full service and good advice on routine maintenance of my AC system. When the HVAC system started making unusual noises, we called for assistance. The technician arrived promptly and carefully inspected everything. He fixed the issue efficiently and tested the system afterward. The noise is completely gone now. Excellent service experience.

I can’t speak more highly of East Hill. Doug has helped us over the last few years limp along with our old heater. It finally died over winter and he replaced it quickly with high quality, professional service at a very reasonable price. I won’t go anywhere else but here.

Doug has done multiple jobs for me and my family. We continue to recommend them to anyone we know. Doug is honest and looking to do the best for your needs as long as you are not asking him to compromise his integrity. Excellent work that I trust, which is rare today.
