Not always friendly service but definitely reliable and flexible with finding what you need for older equipment.

These were the distributors for the Climate Master Geothermal HVAC system we installed in 2011. The installation was terrible (another review) which is, technically, not AirTec's fault. However, we finally had to get another contractor to fix the poor work of the original Climate Master approved installer. This after several years of inadequate function and one heatless winter. Airtec rep Mike came out to help on one occasion and advised the new contractor when the system finally failed completely. The system was still under warranty. AirTec told the contractor that the work would be covered under warranty. Despite repeated communications by both the contractor and me, Airtec has refused to pay anything on the repairs that were required. Climate master may be okay, but I would never buy anything that was distributed through AirTec in the future. Look for someone who honors their commitments.

Snyder Green furnace oil delivery. Always friendly and professional.

Good quality service. Installation day hit by heavy snow and they arrived on time, did a good job in the harsh condition, Installed new furnace and AC, ensured the heating worked. The next day they came back to get everything checked and tested. The electrician even changed our outlet on the porch because the old one missed the cover. Communication system also good, very prompt replies via text messages and email.

Although the company that installed our Daikin mini split system went out of business we are happy to have found Green City heating to service and diagnose our system. I find their team is thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.

Green City is very wonderful to work with. I had a Daikin minisplit which was down for 2 months. I had technicians visits total 6 times. Robert came this morning. He finally diagnosed and fixed the machine. They are now running. Their front desk Claudia said she would send out an experienced guy. She did. Robert was great. He also had help from Daikin rep Patric on the phone to provide help. In the future I would go to them directly for help. Thank you Claudia and Robert! My equipment finally started running after 2 month's down time!
