I had a great experience with Leo Pelayo and his partner during our plumbing estimate. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very honest about the situation. They took the time to explain the issue clearly, answered all my questions, and provided a fair and detailed estimate. Very friendly and respectful throughout the visit. I really appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

Troy Hamilton came this morning with his apprentice and replaced our 20 year old hot water tank. They were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up and took our old tank away. Troy went over how the Bradford White gas hot water tanks operates and answered all my questions.

Very professional and skilled group of guys worked on our generator installation and panel upgrade. We highly recommend South West!! A big shout out to Jacob W, Jon G, Keoni, Alex V, Troy H, and Troy’s helper!! These guys are excellent!!!

The dispatch dept was great, they kept me updated on my appointment. Leo Pelayo came and gave us a quote on a new water heater installation. He was so helpful, very knowledgeable and awesome customer service. We really appreciate the quotes he gave and appreciate his advise. Thank you!!

Audie was very helpful and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issues and clearly provided repair options. It was straightforward and we were able to replace our water heater on the same visit. I highly recommend him.

I have never had a bad experience with Southwest. We have used them for heating, plumbing, and electrical over the last 7 years we have lived in our home and they have always been communicative, reasonable with pricing, and have done a great job. I had the pleasure of meeting Leo a few days ago and he was kind and informative and he went the extra mile to make sure our hot water heater was working well before he left.

Alexey showed up today and helped us understand all the ins and outs of our HVAC service, gave us recommendations, was very honest, and very kind and friendly to our obnoxious pets and kiddos. Would recommend him any day! Guillermo also came and did a very thorough inspection of our electrical system! He was very patient in helping us understand our options and took the time to thoroughly explain why he was making the recommendations for improvement.

I want to thank John Gansz, Mike Johnson and Haden Johnson for the excellent customer service. They were all very knowledgeable, personable and professional. John did a great job thoroughly explaining his assessment and gave several options to address the issues. Mike and Haden were hard workers and worked tirelessly until the job was done completely. They were very thorough, knowledgeable and worked well as a team! Haden was such a polite, thoughtful and hard working young man. I would highly recommend AAA heating and plumbing, especially after my experience with these three gentlemen.

From start to finish, the water heater replacement was handled with exceptional professionalism. The technicians , Audie and Daniel, explained everything clearly and completed the work with great attentionto detail. The entire experience was smooth and exceeded my expectations. Truly one of the best service visits I've had. I highly recommend them. Price was a bit on the high side. Not under their control.

My life is so hectic that when my roommate had issue installing our new sink I was frantic to find a solution quickly. So when Leo and Jeshaiah arrived with such kindness and care for our situation I was so relieved. They found the most reasonable and affordable solution and got all the work done while I was at work. I was pleasantly surprised to come home to everything completely installed and looking beautiful. Very professional and kind.

We were remodeling our bathroom and had Southwest Plumbing come out—Ricardo and Roberto did an amazing job.

They moved our hot and cold water lines higher and over to the left, and even had to go under the house. Everything they installed was brand new. The copper looks great and shiny, the knobs are new and perfect, and the work is super clean.

They were professional, easy to talk to, and kept everything neat and clean. Honestly, this was the best experience we've ever had with plumbers. We’re really grateful and will definitely use Southwest Plumbing again—and will specifically ask for Ricardo and Roberto next time.

I recently had SWP upgrade my electrical box to a Span Electrical Box. I also had my HOD and furnace PM done. I have had a lot of services through SWP and highly recommend them .I have had very good experiences from all of there staff. They are very personable and knowledgble in there respective areas and are always are looking out for you.THANK YOU to Jesse, Brad, Francisco and Asheley.

I also want to recognize Jeremy Reich. He installed the Span. His attention to detail is very evident and appreciated.

We just had our electrical panel upgraded, and Adrian and Zach were absolutely incredible! From the moment they arrived, they took the time to walk us through every detail—what they were doing, why it mattered, and what to expect. Their communication was fantastic from start to finish.
They removed our 25-year-old panel, rewired and grounded our entire home, and had everything—including the city inspections—wrapped up in just 5–6 hours. The level of skill and efficiency they brought to the job was truly impressive.
Phenomenal service, exceptional professionalism—Adrian and Zach knocked it out of the park! We will defiantly be calling back Southwest Plumbing for more of our home repairs and needs.

This place is a total scam. I own add a ball arcade in Fremont and our regular repair guy was busy so I called Nortech , that was a big mistake. Nice guy shows up and spends 15mins recharging the gas on our walk in and charges us $759 . I asked what they charge hourly and he responds "we just charge by the job". Taking advantage of business that been shut down for a year and are just getting back on there feet is messed up. Ask them what they will charge before you start the job.

Hard to schedule, techs show up unprepared. Couldn't do the fix and left us with no refrigerator when only the freezer was broken before the tech showed up. This was a Friday, and still 4 days later he hasn't been back, costing us hundreds of dollars in spoiled food. So unprofessional!

Our AC died right before the hottest recorded day in Seattle history. I called every HVAC place we could find, and I wasn't able to find anything earlier than 3 weeks out—for the places that called me back at all.

Norman at Nortech was able to schedule us for the next day, and extended his hours into the late evening to get our AC fixed and get my family back into our house during this heatwave.

Along the way, he answered all of my questions about our system, and walked me through how he diagnosed what went wrong and common AC system problems so that I'd be better equipped in the future if I had a similar problem.

Getting the repair was pricey, but less than I would have spent on in a hotel for days or at the ER after electrocuting myself trying to fix the system on my own.

Norman and his staff was great! My heater went out in the middle of December and Norman conducted his staffs to order and install my new heater very quickly. Thank you Norman !!

Please note, this review is based only on service inquiring. Responded quickly to service request. Service fee was quoted as $149 per hr. They did not have an immediate availability and we found another company that was available sooner. But still will reach out to Nortech in the future.

Norman and his skilled crew are prompt, knowledgeable, and kind. They responded right away, having next day, even same day service. My fridge is better than new, and I thought it was a goner 😊

Hai was polite, responded quickly, communicated timelines, and showed up when he said he would. Price was as communicated. Did the job and made sure it was done right. Highly recommended.
