Great experience with SW Plumbing, with shout out to the plumber, Audie Lucero. The office is helpful with updates on arrival times; Audie quickly understood the problems and the fixes, and: Audie was a real pro in approach and execution to the work. We especially appreciated the care he took to protect home and carpet during the job.
Five star experience!

Called south west today to remove a gas line valve that was in the way of installing our new, electric, oven. Kyle arrived an hour after I called. After giving me an estimate he also told me of the promotion to flush my hot water tank and that he could do it at no charge. He was awesome to work with and very thorough. I highly recommend Kyle Chaplin! Thanks again man.

Had a great experience with Guillermo as he walked me through all the options I had to add electrical to support my generator. He was professional, personable, and was willing to take the time to explain the whole process to me. Mark and Ben were the installers of the electrical generator outlet and were awesome! They were professional, friendly, and efficient. They walked me through all of their work and how to properly use the new electrical. Highly recommend!

Additionally, had a plumbing inspection done for my washer. Chris came out and helped diagnose what the issue was. He was very friendly and professional and would highly recommend as well!

All of my experiences with South West have been great, and would highly recommend if you need any plumbing or electrical work, I can vouch for both!

Guillermo Gomez Mendoza's service was beyond amazing. He came to our house was very polite and explained things in great detail. He is very knowledgeable and when it came time to discuss options to fix our issue, he explained the problem, pricing, options, warranty and stuff they would do. He asked if we had any questions as well! Southwest should be proud to have someone like him!!

We woke up with our water heater leaking all over the garage on a Saturday morning. Ricardo and his brother both came out within an hour. Unfortunately the water heater was old and needed replacing. We've been in our house a little over a decade and they found the tank needed replacing. Everything was done within about 3-4 hours on a Saturday. We were so worried that we would need to wait several days to get resolved. Both Ricardo and his brother were very polite and cleaned up the area when finished.

i really appreciated roberto and ricardo for coming out and fixing the leakage problem from my bathroom. one of them went underneath the crawl space while the other was in the bathroom turning on the shower faucet to find the source of the leakage. once they figured out what was going on, they were able to fix the issue! throughout the work, they did a good job explaining what they were doing and what i needed to know for future reference. overall these guys were awesome and i hope whoever needs help with their plumbing issues, they get roberto and ricardo!

They showed up very fast and make sure to explain everything throughly to me. I really appreciate all the help and options they gave me. Audie and Daniel were amazing. I definitely recommend

Guillermo and his partner !! BOTH went above and beyond for a new project an existing front porch light issue and also offered up a preventive maintenance plan. These 2 are the best team and we love SW ! A side note.. these 2 also get a 10 on customer service and treating me mother with respect .

We had an unexpected plumbing emergency that turned into a full repipe of our home, and this team was incredible. They were clean, very communicative, and worked long days to get everything done quickly. They made a really stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

We had Audie and Daniel out to repair a broken spicket, leaking shower drain, and an additional pipe under the house. After all repairs were done they noticed our water meter was still spinning. They found one of our toilets was constantly running and repaired it at no cost!! They were both very professional and timely with their service. We truly appreciate all the work they did for us!!

I was having electrical problems, thinking it was my circuit box. Called in the morning and the representative said a technician would be out today. The rep called about 3hrs later and the tech is on his way. The technician Kurt showed up. Asked me what the problem was and I explained. He was quick to listen and started troubleshooting the problem. I won't bore you with all the details, but he started with the panel and went in the rooms associated with the breakers. When Kurt was checking I was thinking you are in the wrong room. After testing outlets he found the problem. After correctly it, and testing it, every is all good. Kurt, definitely impressed the hell out of me with his trouble shooting skills. Made some great recommendations about replacing all the outlets and switches in the house due to the age of the house. He also showed me some examples he had.
The time and charge was great. I will definitely have south west come back out and replace all outlets and switches and I will definitely ask for Kurt. He will be my go to tech from now on.

My experience with Guillermo was wonderful. I had a smoke detector that wouldn’t stop chirping and was terrifying my dogs. He arrived asap and on short notice and fixed the detector that was going off and two more that had expired! He was professional and saved me from having to spend the night in a hotel with my dogs!!

Our shower started leaking and SW Plumbing was able to come out quickly and fix the issue - Abel and Daniel were great - it was tougher than expected b\c the piece that needed to be replaced wouldn't come out, but they were able to fix it in the end without a major repair job. Friendly, professional, and great communication. Would recommend them!

We had Bert Bostwick and Sean out today to put in replacement piping for our kitchen, They were fantastic! They were super diligent and fast in their work. They did a great job and explained everything clearly and were both knowledgeable about the work they did and work that needs to be done! I appreciate their help and hard work!

I highly recommend Jacob Santos Warner and Zach for electrical work. They diligently and with great expertise installed a new electrical box and removed the previous one from my kitchen. Jacob took great care in installing the new electrical box on the outside of my newly resided house. Zach created a junction box that was very neatly and precisely aligned. Both paid a great deal of attention to detail and used precision in their work. Jacob helped me think through a plan for what was essential, what could be valuable in the future and what I really did not need at this time. Oh yeah, and they were great with my dogs. Trustworthy, kind and on point with their work. Five Stars.

I would like to express my appreciation to Audie and Daniel for yesterday’s work on our plumbing.
They were professional and polite and corrected the leaking value in our bathroom as well as replacing other old shutoff valves before they became a leak/flood issue.
We have utilized South West several times from replacing an aging water heater to a cracked water main years ago.

Francisco and Ivan were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and really skilled. A full toilet install as well as a valve replace in less than an hour. Stellar work and a good price.

Avoid if you value your time. Inefficient "Efficiency" policies.

I have been a long-time customer (back when this was AAA Heating and Airconditioning), but the transition to Southwest Plumbing, Heating and Air has been a massive step backward in customer service.

If you are a working professional or have a busy schedule, be warned: Southwest’s policies are designed entirely for their convenience, not yours.

The Issues:
Zero Proactive Service: I pay for a quarterly HVAC maintenance contract. Throughout all of 2025, they never once reached out to schedule my appointments. I essentially paid for a service they failed to facilitate.

The "10-Minute" Cancellation Rule: After finally scheduling a visit for my two properties a month in advance, the experience was a disaster. Despite me calling at 10:00 AM on the day of, and receive their call at 11.29am to confirm I was working from home specifically for this appointment and would be on work calls, they canceled my technician at 2:40 PM because I didn't answer a "final confirmation" call 10 minutes before arrival. I was presenting on a Zoom call and couldn't pick up. A reality Southwest refuses to accommodate.

Efficiency Over Empathy: When I called back at 3:17 PM, the operator told me it is "company policy" to confirm availability multiple times right up until the tech arrives to ensure they never encounter a locked house. While they claim this is for the customer’s benefit, it is actually a predatory efficiency tactic. They would rather a customer waste an entire WFH day than have a technician lose 5 minutes of "billable" time.

When this was AAA, I would receive a text with the technician’s photo and an arrival notification. It was seamless. Southwest has replaced that modern convenience with a rigid, high-maintenance phone-tag system that punishes customers for being at work.

I’ve now burned a work-from-home day with zero service to show for it. If I have to manage the scheduling, chase them for contract dates, and then be "on-call" like an employee just to get a technician to show up, I don't see what value Southwest is bringing to the table.

I will be looking for a new provider that understands that the customer’s time is just as valuable as the technician’s.

Gerardo was wonderfull to work with he is very kind did amazing work, he explained everything to me as far as what was needed to be done to repair the break. He was able to fix my broken pipe and get my water back on. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I would recommend him to anyone. The office staff was amazing as well they kept me informed on the status of the arrival of Gerado and I want to once again thank you for the great service and kindness that was shown 😀

Daniel and Audie awesome, highly decerning, assessment was right on, that other plumbing companies did not assess, and thus fixed according for the future! Use Southwest and, this team, for tough jobs that have gone unrecognized!
Well ready to use my kitchen faucet, without future fault from the beginning , as other companies have left a previous job.. RESOLVED!
Audience spoke to a very difficult vendor, and supported customer on the job, so customer, did not have to deal with this vendor; had vendor send to Southwest office WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE!
USE THIS COMPANY FOR PLUMBING AND HAVAC, THEY HAVE FINANCING AVAILABLE, AA WELL AS 'BILLS COMFORT' ACCESS TO OTHER MAINTENANCE SERVICES- AWESOME!
