I just wanted to share what a great team and great job that Ricardo and Roberto did on the installation of a new hot water tank at my rental property. They work very well together and got the job done in a tidy matter and things seem to be running beautifully. Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with their work.

We needed our range hooked up. It needed a special part. We called a plumber and they said they would come that day but they didn't come. We called South West they came the same day. Both Evan and Reese were great. They had the part we needed. They were polite and kind. I would recommend South West to anyone.

I want to leave a positive review for South West Plumbing, specifically our plumber Michael Lakatos! He was extremely professional and easy to work with. We scheduled a water heater flush and a home plumbing inspection that went smoothly. I will gladly use South West Plumbing in the future!

I called South West and got John who was delightful and very helpful. He dispatched the Technician's and Raul and Jose who came out and gave me the TRUTH about the water heater. I appreciate that they kept it REAL and although I realize they wanted to do the job. They understood my decision and gave me SOLID feedback. I have other properties and partnerships that will benefit from using this vendor. I will also keep them on my vendor list for future reference and service request. Great Job Guys!

Very professional, well organized, a communicative throughout the booking and lead up to the appointment. Sent a picture of my technician ahead of time and were very proactive in letting me know my appointment timing.

Isaiah helped me with my electricity issues and was thorough and did a great job. Will definitely use them again.

Leo was very helpful. I really appreciated the way that he explained the nature of the problem with my old water heater and the implications of repair vs. buying a new one. He installed the new one and then walked me through everything, answered my questions and then taught me two key things to so with it and let me take everything down in notes so I can remember. He was not in a rush and I really appreciated being able to weigh options and ask questions.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Roberto and Ricardo Arce-Anaya. They came over for what should have been a quick, simple fix, but when it turned out my water heater needed to be completely replaced (hidden away in an incredibly tight closet space) they didn’t hesitate for a second. They stayed far beyond their scheduled time and didn’t leave until everything was fully resolved and working safely.

They did all of this while my (very) barky dogs carried on in the background, and they handled it with total patience and professionalism. Their compassion, problem-solving mindset, and kindness were truly exceptional. At a moment when I felt completely overwhelmed, they stepped in and took care of everything with calm, skill, and genuine care.

I’m incredibly thankful for their help. Roberto and Ricardo delivered the best service I’ve ever experienced, and I am genuinely grateful for everything they did for me. Highly, highly recommended.

Guillermo was great. I had a possible wiring issue in one of my bedroom ceiling lights. As he was going through diagnostics of finding out where the issue was, he explained each step of what he was doing and why. He was thorough as he checked wires, outlets, light and light switches. After he fixed the issue, he explain how it happened. He then asked to check the breaker box to just confirm everything was good there. Would highly recommend Guillermo for service.

Riley came out to our home today to repair our furnace, and what an amazing experience! he was very kind, listened, extremely carefully, treated us more than fairly, and he was exceptionally knowledgeable. figured out what the problem was immediately. he provided us a very fair quote, and immediately hopped back in his van to get the necessary part and completed the project in the same day! We would give him 10 stars if we could!

Gerardo was amazing! Not only did he tend to our water heater issues, and flushing, he also went into our crawl space to help us troubleshoot some other things we’d love to do to our house. Fantastic, knowledgeable service. We’d love to have him back for future service issues.

I am very pleased with the electricians Guillermo and Mark from South West Plumbing and Electric. It's great how this company handled the electrical work in my home. They installed a new baseboard heater in my bedroom and an Eaton power strip in the main electrical panel. They are organized and clean. I definitely recommend this company. Especially the professional Guillermo and Mark!

Then he came another time today as the light switch failed and he fixed it very quickly after recognising the issue almost instantly.

I had a great experience with Leo Pelayo and his partner during our plumbing estimate. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very honest about the situation. They took the time to explain the issue clearly, answered all my questions, and provided a fair and detailed estimate. Very friendly and respectful throughout the visit. I really appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

Troy Hamilton came this morning with his apprentice and replaced our 20 year old hot water tank. They were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up and took our old tank away. Troy went over how the Bradford White gas hot water tanks operates and answered all my questions.

Very professional and skilled group of guys worked on our generator installation and panel upgrade. We highly recommend South West!! A big shout out to Jacob W, Jon G, Keoni, Alex V, Troy H, and Troy’s helper!! These guys are excellent!!!

Audie was very helpful and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issues and clearly provided repair options. It was straightforward and we were able to replace our water heater on the same visit. I highly recommend him.

I have never had a bad experience with Southwest. We have used them for heating, plumbing, and electrical over the last 7 years we have lived in our home and they have always been communicative, reasonable with pricing, and have done a great job. I had the pleasure of meeting Leo a few days ago and he was kind and informative and he went the extra mile to make sure our hot water heater was working well before he left.

Alexey showed up today and helped us understand all the ins and outs of our HVAC service, gave us recommendations, was very honest, and very kind and friendly to our obnoxious pets and kiddos. Would recommend him any day! Guillermo also came and did a very thorough inspection of our electrical system! He was very patient in helping us understand our options and took the time to thoroughly explain why he was making the recommendations for improvement.

I want to thank John Gansz, Mike Johnson and Haden Johnson for the excellent customer service. They were all very knowledgeable, personable and professional. John did a great job thoroughly explaining his assessment and gave several options to address the issues. Mike and Haden were hard workers and worked tirelessly until the job was done completely. They were very thorough, knowledgeable and worked well as a team! Haden was such a polite, thoughtful and hard working young man. I would highly recommend AAA heating and plumbing, especially after my experience with these three gentlemen.
