Extremely dependable when it counts. They have replaced our furnace and installed our central air conditioner. When the seattle gov inspector came to inspect the work, as required, the inspector actually said, "it's nice to inspect their work, it's always top notch". Ben showed up in a mask, professional and friendly. Ben took a good look at existing water heater, gas meter, and was great at answering all of our questions. I liked the detailed estimate continuing with a tank water heater or changing to a tankless system. Energy Saver Solutions certainly earned a 5 star rating for their estimate.
