We bought a furnace and got it installed through Costco, the whole experience was good. I gave two stars because the experience with Jaimie from permit department was awful, I tried call her to ask a question about a letter that was sent to our house regarding the permit because I wasn't sure, after three voicemails within two months since she's never picked up, she finally called back with nasty attitude. Brennan seems to be one of the biggest and well known companies but management has failed to train their employees with proper customer service protocol. I would like to recommend your business to my friends and family due to professional installation team and great sale coordinator, but this unpleasant experience had me think twice. Thanks

Brennan used to be my #1 HVAC company to call upon and I do not recommend this company since they charged me for a diagnostic that was not conducted. I tried to seek a refund but was advised by Tyler that once a system is tagged and shut down, no diagnostic can be done. It’s a pathetic excuse because I called the company and advised them of my system being shut off due to a cracked heat exchanger seeking a quote on replacing it but they insisted on sending an unprofessional tech to my home named Tran. He spent 15 minutes at my house and did nothing.

Had a great experience recently getting a new furnace installed through the Costco program. Rick Clements from Brennan made the process easy, straightforward, and clear. I had a lot of questions about which system to choose for my situation and he helped guide me to the right one without trying to upsell. He was also very patient with my questions, even answering them quickly and promptly after he had already secured my business. The installation was a breeze and was well communicated. Definitely recommend.

Needed service on our AC unit (R-410A Recharge). Called Brennan and spoke to Michelle, she is so nice to talk to. Brennan was at the house on time in the morning and got us taken care of. Definitely Recommended.

Being a former teacher, I give them a grade of "C or C-".
I'm not sure if someone else took over this business, sold it, restructured or something. I also have a guess they changed their computer and communication systems. I have used Brennan for the last 7 years. This past year has been a challenge getting my pre-paid service taken care of. I know it seems weird to prepay for the next service but they give a discount and a discount on parts. I'd rather have better service than cheaper service. If you only want to do commercial work, then just get out of the consumer business all together. Don't be mediocre.
There are too many other HVAC companies out there highly recommended. I could go to Overlake or Greenwood or any other with plenty of 4.5 star reviews within 10 miles of my home.

Spent $20K on a 4-head mini-split AC system in spring '22. It failed mechanical inspection, and now having used it during the summer we find it loses refrigerant pressure, and one condensate drain line has leaked and caused $$$k mold damage (and continues to leak after a "repair"). They said they would cover the cost, but the headache is on me to fix the damage and hound them to solve the issues. Like many reviewers I find them unresponsive and pretty unconcerned. I do not recommend. Do they pay attention to their reviews I wonder? 24 complaints on BBB.

I’m only giving 1star because it’s required to mark 1-5. Let me start out saying when I called to schedule an appointment to get an estimate for work done in my house, they were prompt and kind. They came to my house on Nov 1st, 2024. The technicians were quick, polite and answered all my questions. I was informed by the technician that I would be getting an estimate and then could schedule the repairs needed. I have yet to receive my estimate, I’ve called multiple times. I was told the technician was out on Vacation and forgot to process the estimate and when returning, he could push it through. About a month later I called again since I didn’t hear anything and was told they would reach out the technician and call me back. Still nothing… I then received an email and text saying a technician was on his way to my address (I am not sure why) so I called the office and no answer, I called a few times and haven’t heard anything still and it’s now the end of April 2025. I highly suggest going with a different company, maybe one that will follow through with what it says and not leave customers waiting to get work done for months.

Bryan and Michael arrived early as I requested and worked hard to clean the furnace vents, returns and ductwork including the dryer vent. Our daughter had recently used Brennan and recommended the company. I am very happy with the results. I felt the price was fair. They were pleasant and nice to have in our home. Two thumbs up!

Fixed the issue, and when something else went wrong a month later they fixed that with no additional charge. You can feel safe knowing that they're going to get to the bottom of everything and not overcharge you.

UPDATE: if I could give a lower rating I would. What an absolute JOKE of a company. They came to fix our system for the third time. They said they “got it working” but that it still wasn’t fixed correctly. We were told that they would be coming back out to fix it properly. It’s been TWO MONTHS SINCE THEN. Phone call after phone call and repeatedly being told management wasn’t available, empty promises of a return call, getting the run around, I am FED UP. We are filing a formal complaint with Costco against this company. I’m so done.

I don’t normally write reviews, but my husband and I are beyond frustrated with our experience and the system that was installed by Brennan. Decided to go through Costco, sales guy was great. Install seemed to go fine (installed in January), but now we are 2 months in and our heat stopped working TWICE in the first two weeks after install, and NOW our AC doesn’t work. I’m sorry…but a two month old, $17,000 system should NOT have problems. It’s not ok. And now we will have to be calling Brennan for a THIRD TIME, in a two month span, to have them come out and figure out why the heck our system is not working as it should… AGAIN. If I could go back and go with someone else, I would. I really think Costco should reconsider who they are contracting with, when it seems so many people are having issues with the systems they are installing. I’m genuinely pissed we spent so much money on this junk.

I want to be kind and respectful in my response, but I think a bad review is warranted. If businesses and home owners want to find a good heating and air company I would encourage them to look elsewhere. My experience with Brennan and Heating has not been pleasant. At first they charged our church about $700 to replace a thermostat. I thought that was over the top but I moved on. About 3 weeks ago our church parsonages furnace went out. They came to look at it and gave us a price to fix it. The price seemed reasonable so I agreed. It took them a while to get back with me. I found out later that a salesman from Brennan called one of our parishioners behind my back (I am the pastor of this church) and tried to get them to approve the sale of a new furnace, of which, we did not need or want. It’s been 3 weeks and they still not have fixed our furnace. The communication from Brennan has been nonexistent. I have had to call them for regularly for updates on parts that would arrive and when we will be out on the schedule. The last phone call was perhaps the most frustrating. I can forgive the time it is taking because it was the week of thanksgiving, but the lack of phone communication and updates is unacceptable from a professional company.

He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to educate me and answer all my questions. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish!!

This company Van drivers are driving so recklessly. Happened so many time with me. They get out of the gas station on canyon rd and straight enter in road without stopping or looking around.
I attached the picture of there work truck that jumped front of my Semi truck on canyon rd and not speed up and start moving over 10mile per hour. I was on 40mile per hour speed
I have load 90,000lb gross wait. I press brake so hard to stopped my truck to avoid accident. And honk at him.
Soon i start back driving he still driving so slowly. Trying to change lane and pass him, he change lane front of me and start pressing brake. He did that next 5 mile canyon rd to pioneer. I called them and get no response. This stupid driver get so many people's life in danger.
