We had our furnace maintenance done by Lake stevens, and what an absolute pleasure! He was on time, so knowledgeable, and walked us through everything step by step. From the moment he pulled up, he was so excited and happy to see us, it was so sweet! He showed us, and taught us how the furnace works, and what was inside it in detailed. He made us feel so comfortable, and didn’t come off pushy at all. ( we are so used to HVAC people being so rude and mean a lot of the time) so this was a huge surprise to us. I cant tell you enough about how amazing Lake is as a person and an employee for your company. We are Greenwood customers now. ONLY IF WE GET LAKE STEVENS! lol but can’t wait to see him again to help us with our furnace for next year. He went above and beyond in every single way. Won’t ever forget this fun experience. Thank you for everything!

Installation went perfectly — he arrived on time, worked neatly, and made sure everything was installed safely and up to code. He also took the time to walk me through how to use the charger and answered all my questions.

Updating my review since we have now had both HVAC services as well as Electrical Services from Greenwood and both were great experiences!

Muhammed came to service our HVAC system and mini-splits and did a fantastic job! We had let them go for too long between services and they were quite filthy from our two big dogs. Muhammed was timely and great at communicating what he was doing and how he’d be working.

Joe and his apprentice did a full electrical panel upgrade for us and installed a bunch of new lights and outlets for us in an area where we are remodeling. They were awesome to work with, so friendly and responsive, and it was nice to have them around for a few days!

We had an excellent experience with Greenwood for a series of projects including a new electric panel, new water heater, duct cleaning and more. Everyone on the team was fantastic, from Brandon and Tomas on the electrical team, Lucas from the plumbing team, and Jose, Thuan, and John from the HVAC team, and everyone else I worked with. Everyone from Greenwood was friendly, professional, and all did a great job on our projects.

Brandon Banister and Tomas from the electrical team went above and beyond and not only handled our electrical needs such as the new electric panel, they also helped rewire our hot tub when they saw the old wire was not suitable for the hot tub’s amp requirements. You knew they wanted to do the job right and they helped make sure everything was safe and in top quality for our family.

I highly recommend Greenwood and look forward to using them again

Great service. Brody, the technician (plumber) was personable, efficient. Informative, and service oriented. He fixed an issue in addition to the one we called him out for. He went the extra mile in checking our plumbing system. We have used Greenwood for furnace services and have always been happy with their employees and service and that's why we turned to them for plumbing service. We highly recommend them!

Marcus came over to our house twice. He was on time, courteous, informative, and even took a look at another plumbing issue that we had had in the house and gave some advice. He cleaned up after the work and made the whole process feel ease comfortable. Highly recommend Marcus and Greenwood plumbing.

Had an issue with my one year old water heater. When I turned on my faucet, I got water at first, but then it dribbled to nothing. I am pretty good at figuring out problems around the house, but this stumped me. Called Greenwood. They said it would be sometime between 1 and 8 for their technician. He arrived around 2:15. After evaluating everything, it was a simple fix. The little box that sits on top of the water heater and regulates the safety valve has 4 Bain it. They were dead! When they died, the valve shut. New batteries and I had water. I knew what that box was, but didn’t know about the batteries Now I do! Great job done by Tyler Stevenson.

Ratnesh was great and super knowledgeable. He arrived same day and expertly resolved the issues. After repeated appointments with other service providers, it was a huge relief to have Greenwood Heating get things all sorted. If I ever need HVAC service again I know exactly where I’m going!

Greenwood tech came over and addressed the issue at no additional charge. They were very professional in addressing the issue and I didn’t feel pressured. They were very thorough and polite. Love it when service companies own it and fix it. They are a class act. THANKYOU!!!!

Charged me for diagnostics which i paid; after the tech left the battery on the generator drained to 11.7v from 12.2. Within 22 hours and its useless now. I took pictures that i sent to the tech before he arrived to prove the battery was healthy. Not happy about it. The problem was with circuit breaker in panel but they offered to do a generator and electrical diagnostics for extra costs. It made the problem worst. If this problem is not corrected then the review stands and further actions will be taken.

Was incredibly pleased with Greenwood’s team, from Lori in sales, Alex and Jared (furnace/mechanical), Brandon (AC)/the electricians / the whole team! The City inspector came a few days after the job was completed and commented “they did excellent work.. no issues at all!” A+!

David from Greenwood serviced my furnace today as a part of the annual scheduled maintenance. He texted me about an hour before arrival to give me a heads up, which I appreciate. He arrived on time and proceeded to do the scheduled work. He was upbeat, competent, and answered all my questions. He took extra effort to diagnose a gurgling noise in the furnace's condensation pipe. He talked with his senior tech to diagnose the issue and eventually fixed it. That I really appreciate. A lesser technician would have ignored the noise and not do anything about it. I am very satisfied with David's work. Keep it up.

Chris did an amazing job! He was super thorough with cleaning the mini splits in our home, and went into detail about maintenance information, pricing, and membership plans in a way that was straightforward and clear which I really appreciated. He was also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. He wasn't pushy about the membership plans, and instead was more focused on making sure I had the information that I needed to make the decision if I decided to sign up for one moving forward. I will be using their services again in the future as the experience was good, the pricing was fair, and our mini splits are super clean and working beautifully. Again, a huge thanks to Chris for making it such a pleasant experience!

Luke guided us through the process, helping us choose the right system within our budget and making sure we were aware of local rebates. He was incredibly patient, answering all our questions and scheduling our install just three days later—faster than we expected!

Jordan, Jake, Noah, Riley, and Austin handled the installation with professionalism and care. They kept us informed throughout, ensured our thermostat was set up properly, and explained the next steps for permits and maintenance.

We had our home electrical system updated with a new panel. Greenwood gave us a great quote and walked us through details we were not aware of. Our technician, Joe, was so personable and knowledgeable and took so much time to answer questions, personally guarantee our expectations were met, and went above and beyond to keep us updated as the project went on. He gave us insight from his own home experience, and ensured our future goals (a hot tub!) we're considered as well. I would highly highly recommend Greenwood for electrical projects! The company is non-assuming or self-important, and it puts its customers' interests at the forefront.

I recently purchased a home in West Seattle and had my two gas furnaces serviced by Greenwood Heating. The technician, Aryan, was very detailed in explaining the work he performed including switching out the filters, diagnostic testing, and identifying critical safety issues as both systems were installed about 25 years ago. It was clear by the test results and pictures of the scope work he completed that it was time to replace them as I had a hole in one of my units that was leaking carbon monoxide . Since I was planning on getting a bid for a new system, Aryan proactively reached out to his colleague, Jonathan, to explain the situation.

Jonathan, the sales person, did an outstanding job expediting the order and facilitating the furnace replacement process end to end. He was very transparent and put together a very detailed bid that outlined all the services, warranties, and product information.

Brennan, installation technician, did an Excellent job removing the old furnaces, installing the new ones, and showing me how to operate the system. Additionally, he and his assistant were incredibly thorough in cleaning up.

I highly recommend Greenwood Heating. They have a stellar reputation in the Seattle market and I’m so grateful that I decided to use their services again as they installed furnaces for me many years ago while I lived in Queen Anne and did an amazing job. It’s nice to know that the continuity of professionalism and excellence is still there.

Rick did a super job with solving a tricky issue with my hot water heater. His attention to detail and persistence were exceptional. I have generally been very happy with the service I’ve gotten from Greenwood over the years. Every technician who has come out has been outstanding.

I also want to recognize Jaxon, the plumber who was dispatched to get everything back up and running. They were equally professional and transparent. When reviewing the repair plan, they mentioned there might be an alternative solution that could save me money — but before making any promises, they wanted to get a second opinion to ensure it was the right approach. That level of integrity is rare. Because of that extra diligence, my quote was lowered, and I didn’t end up needing all the work originally specced out.

Greenwood Heating has demonstrated what true customer service looks like: honest communication, skilled technicians, and a commitment to doing what’s right rather than what’s easiest. I will absolutely continue using them for all future heating and plumbing needs.

I had a heat pump installed a year ago and initially had some problems keeping it running. This left me feeling apprehensive about it working properly and consistently. Greenwood is known for excellent service and technician Felix did not disappoint. He is the best! His knowledge of the system, his clear explanations, his patience and excellent customer service left me feeling completely confident that Greenwood would be there for me. He brought Greenwood’s electrical expert with him, Patrick, who reassured me of the company’s commitment to their customers complete satisfaction. We needed an electrical service upgrade to accommodate a Level 2 EV charger. These guys were great -- the job presented some unforseen challenges but they stuck with it (on New Year's Eve!). It was a 12 hour workday from them, but it's a clean, professional installation.
