Greg was so helpful and knowledgeable about oil furnaces and how they differ from a heat pump or air conditioning. He really took initiative to figure out the electrical issue I thought I was having. He got on it and made me more confident in the decisions I need to make with the size and climate I live at.

I really cannot say enough great things about this company! We converted over from a gas furnace to a brand new heat pump system. Starting with Sarah in the office answering all of my questions, Debra coming to my home to do the estimate and answer even MORE of my questions, to the actual installers themselves - Reilly and Ray. You were all such a pleasure to work with! THANK YOU!!
Reilly and Ray both did TOP notch work, even the inspectors commented on what a great job you guys did with our install. They had to do some work in my insulated attic, and they cleaned up after themselves so well that I didn't even know they had completed the work up there! They are both very personable and kind, answering any questions we came up with along the way. I wish I could give this company more than just 5 stars! If you are considering using them, I would highly recommend them! They show up when they say they will and provide amazing service along the way! Thank you all again for everything!

My wife and I had a new furnace, heat pump and 200 amp electrical panel installed. We had several bids but decided to go with a local family owned business instead of a corporate business which turned out to be an excellent decision. Dave Ross, our estimator, did a nice job of explaining everything that we needed and was did not try to up sell us on unnecessary products.
Brian and Zeek were our installers and they were very professional and easy to work with. They did an outstanding job of installing the new equipment and worked seamlessly with Electrical Outfitters NW, who did the electrical panel and additional wiring requirements. After finishing the installation, Brian explained all the information needed to my wife and I so we felt comfortable running the new furnace and heat pump. These guys made us feel totally confident that we were getting everything we were hoping for with a sense of connection to the company's goals of taking care of the customer. We would highly recommend Glendale Heating for any of your heating and air conditioning requirements.

I had a great experience getting my heat pump through Glendale heating and air! They were very responsive to questions and provided great communication! Reilly did a great job with the installation and he even stayed late to ensure everything works smoothly. I highly recommend their services!

Glendale H&AC's technician (Sergei Kanchikov) showed up promptly (only a very few minutes after) the scheduled 10 am time to perform a months-in-advance scheduled seasonal inspection and PM on our forced-air gas furnace. Within minutes of arrival, he examined the main air filter, and showed me that it does NOT need to be replaced yet - maybe next Spring! but not now. Then he set to work, and continued steadily for about 2 hours inspecting, testing and adjusting/tweaking settings as necessary to prepare us for the coming heating season (this is written Mon Dec 8 in Seattle, just before an "atmospheric river" is due to clobber us). When he came back up (from the under-house "stoop space" where the furnace actually lives), at my request he explained what all he had done, and he told me enough (with pix!) to assure me that we're "good to go" for the time being. Very happy with G H&AC's (Sergei's) promptness; honesty (filters are expensive), confidence in his skills, and especially the service itself. I can heartily recommend this company (and Sergei himself -- are you listening, G H&AC?) for any H or AC job you have, from repair, to installation of a new furnace (or AC unit), to maintenance.
Also, by the way, Sergei was quite friendly and easy to talk with to get answers my questions, though mostly I decided not to bother him with that until after he was done. Great job, Sergei!

Glendale was great to work with from the recommendation from my oil company to call them, when I needed a new oil furnace, to the finished install 3 days later! Bryan was knowledgeable and friendly. Great company! Worked with them for years on an old oil furnace we had and then just recently had them replace that furnace with a new heat pump. Great communication, price, personality and install speed. Very professional install, amazing sheet metal work.

Often, when running the heat over the past year , we have smelled oil in the house. We recently had a very strong smell of oil in the basement. Greg came out and was meticulous in searching for a solution. He found a blackened nozzle that needed replacement and did so quickly, charging us a fair price. Several days later, and no hint of the oil smell. Greg is s patient and very knowledgeable - highly recommended!

Overall experience with Evergreen was excellent - John was efficient in going through the house and giving us a bid and also explaining the options. Very responsive to questions by email. The bid was competitive to other bids we got and more transperant. The crew itself was very efficient and had to come up with some slightly modified plans to get the work done and explained and got permission for each step and they also finished well before time and gave us a tour. Awesome experience - highly recommended

Evergreen Heating & Cooling Services offers a top notch professional team! I was impressed by the technician, Stuart, who serviced my 16 yr old furnace and diagnosed a serious problem.
Rather than repair it, I chose to replace the furnace.
Then Justin P. visited me to give quotes and to make a thorough assessment of my situation. He took into account my budget and my primary concerns. I wanted a 2 stage furnace that was not as noisy as my old one. Thank you, Justin,
for your patience and genuine interest in helping me make a good decision. As a single home owner, this service means a lot!

I mean, install just finished today, so I can't talk long term yet. I found the installers to be very considerate and good communicators. Everything looks fantastic and appears to be working well. I absolutely HATE inconsiderate and poor communication so I definitely would recommend Evergreen to anyone!! Probably the most painless big home improvement I've experienced.

Our team was courteous, professional and took great care with their work while working both inside and outside our home. Their prices were competitive and the turnaround from confirming we wanted to move forward was very quick. I'd highly recommend anyone considering ductless systems to include Evergreen in your bid selection process.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They finished the install of our new Mitsubishi unit on 11/13/2024. On 12/6/2024, the unit stopped working and we haven’t had heat since. It took 4 phone calls through the main office to get a repair guy out, who confirmed it was installed incorrectly and could be a faulty unit. He told us he would order the correct part on Saturday, 12/7 and that he would be back to install it on Monday, 12/9. It is now Thursday, 12/12 and there has been zero communication from the main office or repair. We’ve called again, only to speak with someone who said they cannot help us because they can’t see our order in the system (??) and to call the main office back. We spent nearly $30k for a unit that worked for less than a month. I don’t know what else to do, they keep giving us the runaround, and we still have no heat.

Save yourself the headache and expenses and go with literally any other company.

Really happy I found Evergreen. Not only was I able to get an appointment scheduled within 24 hours, the associates who answered my call tried feverishly to offer tech support over the phone to ensure an appointment was not scheduled if it wasn’t truly needed. I really appreciate that type of customer service in this day and age. Cody was our technician today and he supplied us with stellar service. He was able to quickly assess the problem and get our heat turned back on within minutes of his arrival. We will definitely be repeat customers!
